We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. We appreciated the quick response and the professionalism. If we ever have an issue again we will definitely use Jenkins Restorations.

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. We have used Zona for our water damage. They do not return phone calls and are very unprofessional with poor customer service. All they care about is getting paid, after that... they are in absolutely NO hurry to show up and finish their work. I do not recommend Zona to anyone. There are more customer caring restoration companies out there. CM

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Zymer and Jason responded quickly to my home after I reported the flood that went from my bathroom into 3 other rooms in my apartment. They answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and walked me through the details of the process so that I could understand what was required from me, from them, and from my apartment maintenance. I got an estimate returned in one day. They didn't hide anything and were really transparent in their estimating and how they were working while on site. I'd definitely trust them if another flood emergency pops up!

Just great when you have a water damage and you not near the place. Did a good job.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
