The hardest part of this experience was actually booking a time for the team to come out! Norm came out the same day I asked for an estimate! But then I waited for a quote for 2 weeks. Norm followed up after 1 week and asked if I had heard something, and I hadn't. He was supposed to speak with the office person. After another week I followed up myself. I found out that they had my email wrong. Why no one called me about that, I don't know. If I hadn't followed up, I'm not sure what would have happened. Once I signed the estimate, the team was out within the week, and they got the job done within 30 minutes. I was given a discount for the hassle. They did a good job. They need help with communication though.

I contacted Tree Workers of Phoenix to get an estimate to trim three trees at my house. I left a message and received a call back promptly. Rick came by at the appointed time and we discussed what needed to be done. He gave me a price and after discussing with my wife I called him and arranged a time for him to come by and do the work. They arrived on time and got to work right away. During the process Rick asked me several times if the trimming and shaping was what I had in mind. I appreciated being included.
I am very pleased with the results and will use them in the future.

As a professional Firefighter I pride myself on providing great customer service everyday. That is exactly what Fabian and his company provided for me. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. But they were able to come out and do the job all in the same day. Our Trees look fantastic and they made sure our yard was clean and back in order before they left. Russ removed a dead tree from my yard, as well as two stupidly planted trees that were causing damage. He also either removed the stumps or ground them down low enough that I can't see them. He also trimmed my bougainvillea. Everything was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Russ's work!

OUTSTANDING! We were researching removal of our 30+ foot Mexican Fan Palm and came across Moon Valley at a local Home Show about 2 months ago. After a storm came through and caused major damage to my mesquite tree I started calling around looking for someone to come out and remove it. Guillermo, the owner came out to evaluate the damage, walked the property and told me what he would recommend. He is very knowledgeable, honest and kept his word. Sent couple of emails (one in November 2018 and one in December 2018) and a voice mail (November 2018) about purchasing a cord of wood. I have not heard from them via email or phone. So I guess i they are not interested in selling wood. I would not want to deal with them for any tree service if they don't reply to emails and won't respond to voicemail.

Bartlett has been taking care of my trees for many years and they do a fine job. They know how to prune trees so that they are both healthy and beautiful to look at. Their cleanup is also very good. Debbie, my arborist is great to work with and Val, the foreman really knows how to prune trees.

Todd and his staff removed two trees from my backyard and I am so happy with the results. They worked efficiently and cleaned up so the yard looked great when they finished.
