Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

We have had Reddi Services come out twice. I would recommend them without hesitation as they were courteous, professional, and honest both times we have used them. We had Pepe Munoz come out both times. He is our technician of choice for his knowledge and willingness to find ways to save us money.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!
