We had an issue with our AZ home and Jacob and Charles came over and were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about what we were dealing with... they came up with a game plan and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it .. we learned a lot in the process... thanks guys .. you rock!

Brandyn and Chaz did a great job remediating the water damage we had. They were always on time, kept us in the loop during each step of the process, and were a pleasure to work with.

What outstanding service! Tristan and AZFW were great. Not less then 3 months into my first home a had a major water drain pipe go out that took my guest bathroom and half my kitchen with it. I call them and rest is history. Tristan my project manager had me up to dates on repairs everyday.

The service technician was great in terms of professional, efficient and cleanliness. I really appreciated that he cleaned up as he went. Tom Hodges was great throughout the process. Nothing but great things to say about Paul Davis. We had a roof leak that caused the ceiling in our guest room to cave in. Our insurance adjuster immediately recommended Paul Davis and they were here in less than 2 hours (amazing as it was a huge storm with damage all over). They cleaned up the water damaged materials, set up fans and dehumidifiers, tarped our roof and made sure we we did not get any mold from the water. Michael Rodriguez was especially great, worked hard, was courteous and extremely professional. He stayed until almost 11 the first night to make sure things were right and called me each day until the equipment was removed. I elected to use Paul Davis for reconstruction as well and anticipate continued good experiences.

Recently, had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof. The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).

AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

Overall, excellent experience. Daron and team were professional and clear on communicating. Fast response time.

I called to see if i can get somebody come and do an estimate for my damage floor but the answering lady “sue” lacks phone etiquette. She was rude on the phone. She should not be answering calls with that kind of attitude.

Ben Rodriguez, GM., the only light in this bleak tunnel. The only professional. Project manager was rude, condescending, and failed to manage my water damage and wood rot problem with even a modicum of acceptability and professionalism. The foreman was routinely late. The work done was shoddy, sub standard...very poor quality. Now in a dispute with the insurance company to have work done acceptably and properly. Truly disappointing.

Square One Restoration is outstanding. They took care of everything after we had a water line rupture in our attic and flood the interior walls. Ryan and his team handled the water damage, reconstruction, and insurance company. Remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms and it turned out great. If you want to make your life easier hire Square One, they take care of everything from start to finish. Extremely competent and professional.

These people are phenomenal. After Hurrican Ian I had Mrs. Tabitha Coman come out and assess our damages. She was extremely patient and gave us the time and dedication we needed in a very difficult time in our lives. They are extremely trustworthy and professional through the entire exchange. After a tree fell on our roof during a rain storm, we contacted PuroClean to dry us out. They showed up at daylight and immediately began working. Much to our satisfaction, they had everything dry within a few days. The workers were courteous. They were also careful and very organized. Thanks to their quick response, the damage to the inside of our home was very minimal. Thank you PuroClean!

During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
