Not happy with company, broke some of my items . Said they will mail a check. Been 2 weeks and no check. From the first day job did not go well, kept wanting to tear more walls down that didn'tneed it. Will never use again.

We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They came out the same day I caught my water leak, assessed the damage, tore down the parts that were beyond repair and dried what was able to be save. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

The two gentlemen were very nice they explained everything especially when I didn’t understand something or how everything works with all this damage, they also told me I could call anytime if anything worse were to happen which made me feel very comfortable.

Used AM/PM for when our dishwasher hose burst, flooding the kitchen. Was very pleased with their work, fast, efficient, and effective. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing restoration services.

Eric and Cameron were a delight to have in our home. Eric is very friendly and goes above and beyond. They did a great job with our initial water damage repairs so we hired them to paint our cabinets as well. Everything turned out great and we’d hire them again if we needed to!

Lilly Lucas and crew were the hardest working people I have ever met! From the moment they walked into my house they made me feel comfortable and confident with their work ethic. My house had flooded the night before and I was exhausted and sad. Lilly and her crew were professional and efficient. They were also all very kind and genuine. Highly Recommend!!! We had a toilet leak that caused damage in the ceiling above our kitchen, gross! Getting a hold of Square One was easy and Ryan alleviated all concerns I had over the phone. The very next day Bob from Square One repaired and cleaned our damaged ceiling, all while walking me through the steps he'd take to ensure any and all mold/toilet matter was removed. Bob even remembered to call when he arrived, as our baby was sleeping and we were looking to avoid additional chaos. Since moving into our new home a month ago we've dealt with a handful of contractors, plumbers, repairmen, etc. and I can say that Ryan and Bob were by far the most professional crew we've had.

These people are phenomenal. After Hurrican Ian I had Mrs. Tabitha Coman come out and assess our damages. She was extremely patient and gave us the time and dedication we needed in a very difficult time in our lives. They are extremely trustworthy and professional through the entire exchange. We had extreme water damage in our vacation home. Not being close by, we had to trust the restoration company which was on site. PuroClean Scottsdale did an amazing job getting our place ready for repair. They were great communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. PuroClean was definitely the highlight in an unfortunate situation.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
