Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

I had a hot water pipe spring a leak. I was referred to this company by my insurance. Adam was my technician. Several blowers were needed to dry out the water damage. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my surroundings and me, and always arrived on time when he said he would arrive to check the blowers. A very professional company!

I found every one to be very helpful and willing to work with me to explain the process of repairs done. Really appreciate the constant communication from Chris Cunningham and his help in getting everything organized and executed promptly. OCDcontracting also was quick and prompt with the repairs made and did a very good job.

We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

We had an awesome experience with PuroClean! They were really here for us when we needed it the most - my moms entire house flooded late Saturday night, so we needed help with the water mitigation and dry out of the entire house fast. I was connected to PuroClean and they took our call in the middle of the night (prob 1am) and their team was at our house at 9am the same day. Incredible! This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
