My insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration for my roof replacement. Everett Sandoval worked with me to coordinate this project. He was very responsive and professional. Everett went above and beyond to provide quality service and expedited the replacement of my roof to beat the monsoon. The team that replaced my roof worked fast and did an excellent job installing the new roof. I'm very pleased with the work and I'd recommend using Jenkins Restoration for roof replacement.

They seriously damaged the paint on my wall during cleaning and didn't provide the main service I requested. The scheduler didn't pay any attention to what I asked for (my main concern was getting a cabinet touched up). My project was to clean up after a small stove-top fire. So when viewing my quote I thought cabinet pain touchup was included and was extremely disappointed to find out from the technicians that this work would be from a completely different division. The quote was much too high considering the size of the job without touching up the cabinet. The scheduler paid no attention at all to what I needed, same for the inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they misdirect you and don't care about doing a good job.

Coming home to a pipe burst and a large water leak after a long day was very frustrating. The water leak had damaged my wood floors and all the drywall in the area.

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I definitely recommend the Phoenix Belfor office for your restorations. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. The professionalism and expertise while helping from Eddie, Julie, Maria and the whole team was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company based on what services I received.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
