What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. He was very professional and we were happy with how he cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend Jenkins Restorations!

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

What a comfort to know that everything is going to be taken care of by experts. Very organized, constant communication, great follow up. Highly recommended.

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

I interviewed three prospects before deciding on this company. Thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. They restored our home to a healthy state. Best option restoration did a wonderful job. We had extensive water damage and they came in a cleaned it all up. Everything looks as good as new again. I would recommend them too all my friends and family. They really do go above and beyond.

Describing EHS with one word is easy, dependable. The techs that EHS employs are dependable and arrive on time. When water extraction is needed they get someone out quickly. When remodels are taking place their material selections are great too! When using EHS I know that I can always get in touch with someone when I need to and that is something you don't often find with contractors. I recommend using EHS.
