nice young men worked well together as a team to tear out water damaged wood floor but as i called them- home wreckers- as a joke and that they did as it was their job it took 9 days to remove 1200 sq feet they could have needed more help to speed up process the basic core team was great but new guys showed up and didn't have the team work down - I was satisfied but had to call on management to get them to work Saturday as they said they were taking basically Friday thru Tuesday for Labor day off while our wood floors had yet to be removed-Good job a l scrapes and nails left on floor and walls but that is what it is-they needed more help I would reccomend ServPro and this season of haboobs gave them too many jobs

At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. Hours later he tells me that there's something wrong with the air handler and the area is flooded. He told me that he knows someone that he can refer me to that fixes this type of problems.

I am just glad he referred me to these guys with experience! Brandon and Cesar would take this task off my hands and update me from start to finish with the progress. All I needed to do was to file the claim through the insurance and they would take care of the rest. I am also glad that everything was done electronically alas 21st century.

Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

They arrived a few hours after the call.(promised within 4 hours but came much sooner). They were polite, thorough. They were easy to reach. They were very neat about removing items from the damaged areas.They were very pleasant and answered any questions that I had. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

The entire on-site teams of Mario, Eduardo, Felipe and David were extremely professional and on time. Also thanks to Brandy for getting things started and help putting my mind at ease as to what was ahead. Also to Jorge for coordinating everything.

We had a (small) fire around the electric panel in our garage. The entire electric panel had to be replaced, which resulted in several large holes and missing panels in the dry wall. In addition, there was a small amount of smoke damage on the surrounding walls.

Our insurance company recommended Belfor to do the repairs. Felicia Packey first came out to review the scope of the job and give an estimate. Chad John was the project manager on the job. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The repairs look perfect. The dry wall has been patched, texturized, and painted very skillfully. One would never know that we had a fire in that area. We are quite happy with the job that Belfor did for us!

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

Josh and his crew at ASAP are awesome! I live out of state and was worried about having someone trustworthy deal with a massive sewage backup from a main line in a condo rental unit I own. Josh was out on the scene within an hour of my call and kept me personally informed & updated every step of the way. He was incredibly patient in dealing with issues with the condo association & the master insurance policy which were responsible for the repairs. He went out of his way to make sure everything was repaired above and beyond what was required. It was clear that our satisfaction was of the utmost priority to him and I truly appreciate that!!
