Ryan and his team came late at night, vacuumed the water, set up machines to help dry out our house, and cordoned off the area to make the drying more efficient. Highly effective.

What outstanding service! Tristan and AZFW were great. Not less then 3 months into my first home a had a major water drain pipe go out that took my guest bathroom and half my kitchen with it. I call them and rest is history. Tristan my project manager had me up to dates on repairs everyday.

We had as great of an experience as you can have when finding out we had mold in our ceiling. Tom Hodges and his crew came in the same day I called them and quickly removed the mold, sealed it off and died up all the moisture. I've actually had to use them twice now for unrelated plumbing water damage and they were great both times. I highly recommend them!

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

I got them to do mold remediation, they did a good job and good communication.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! Restoration 1 did not do the repair of the water damage, but put us in touch with the various companies that deal with asbestos abatement, etc. The company did do drying, testing, and documentation of the situation.
We believe that Jorge Montanez, the Project Manager, is a valuable asset to the company. He made himself available 24/7 to answer our questions and provided information to our insurance company in a timely manner.
The techs-- Giovannie, Filiberto, and Oscar, to name several, worked hard and professionally. The only difficulty for us was the changing arrival times, even given the 2 hour window. They did keep us informed of the changing times.
We do recommend Restoration 1 of Phoenix.

We had a (small) fire around the electric panel in our garage. The entire electric panel had to be replaced, which resulted in several large holes and missing panels in the dry wall. In addition, there was a small amount of smoke damage on the surrounding walls.

Our insurance company recommended Belfor to do the repairs. Felicia Packey first came out to review the scope of the job and give an estimate. Chad John was the project manager on the job. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The repairs look perfect. The dry wall has been patched, texturized, and painted very skillfully. One would never know that we had a fire in that area. We are quite happy with the job that Belfor did for us!

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

We recently used ASAP restoration and they were very professional, have exceptional customer service and were able to take care of what we needed quickly. We were very impressed with this company and will use them again.

The leak occurred overnight on a Monday and was discovered on Tuesday around noon. The call to Servpro was answered promptly and we were put into the system. Within 1 1/2 hours, Lorenzo Montoya, the crew chief, and his assistant, Luis Aguilar, arrived. The water was immediately removed and the blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers were put in place. It is one week later and the job is complete - every area is completely dry. Lorenzo and Luis were excellent. Lorenzo called me every day to announce when he would arrive and he summarized the results of his work every day when completed. He also kept me informed as to what the next steps were going to be or could be. An extremely well done and professional job by highly skilled and dedicated men. I highly recommend without reservation this Servpro facility here in Scottsdale, AZ.
