I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

Gave us an estimate verbally, refused to give it in paper.$3500, they sent a bill for $7000, for 2x2ft sheet rock removal. sprayed fungacide on an inflated amount of square feet. the area of damage was 4ftx4ft they said they sprayed 120sq ft, Fraud FRAUD FRAUd this company. Website lies they dont give estimates in writing. They took out 1 trash bag of 9 liner feet baseboards. And they refused to give me an itemized breakdown of expenses with costs in $.

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. The leak occurred overnight on a Monday and was discovered on Tuesday around noon. The call to Servpro was answered promptly and we were put into the system. Within 1 1/2 hours, Lorenzo Montoya, the crew chief, and his assistant, Luis Aguilar, arrived. The water was immediately removed and the blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers were put in place. It is one week later and the job is complete - every area is completely dry. Lorenzo and Luis were excellent. Lorenzo called me every day to announce when he would arrive and he summarized the results of his work every day when completed. He also kept me informed as to what the next steps were going to be or could be. An extremely well done and professional job by highly skilled and dedicated men. I highly recommend without reservation this Servpro facility here in Scottsdale, AZ.
