Az total home removed asbestos from my house. They were very professional and respectful. The workers, and the man that checked the air quality were very respectful. They didn't touch or use anything in my house without asking permission. They covered the area with plastic and ran high power vacuums to get any remaining asbestos out of the air. They wore masks (to protect from covid) when entering and hanging plastic. They were the most respectful contractors I have ever used and I've been a general contractor and used many subcontractors. I would highly recommend them. Also there price was reasonable and I got 3 bids.

It wouldn't be enough just to say that they are great professionals and they did a great job at a good prices. They really were there for ME and MY needs when I most needed. It was more than just doing their job and restore my house. All the way was like having a partner who was there for me, understanding what I needed and doing so to make me happy.

The machines these guys had to dry my home were amazing. All the air movers were a matching green color and the whole crew was really helpful. We had a leak in our bathroom which flooded half our house. We didn't know who to call, so we got in contact with our insurance agent, and they recommend I call SERVPRO of North Central Mesa. Within an hour we had a team of Servpro employees here to help. With the help of the team extracting the water from the house and setting equipment like air movers and De-humidifiers I was able to live comfortable in my own home.

All Dry was a fantastic help! We called them once we first noticed we had water damage. They put us on their schedule right away and within days had the damage removed and the area drying. They helped us find the source of the water damage and hooked us up with an hvac guy to fix the problem. The guy he recommended was awesome and very well priced. All dry even got us hooked up with a rebuild company to do the repairs once the drying was done. All dry made this whole process so much easier! I highly recommend them!

Came out early the next day. Helped us determine mold and treatment. Very courteous. Matt wore a mask the whole time. Was overall a very good experience. I highly recommend using Lotus restoration services.
