They did an amazing job on the restoration work on my rental property. The project manager was on top of everything and never too busy to take my call and answer all my questions. Very flexible and professional, not something I have experienced much with this industry.

Mike was incredibly professional and helpful. When the situation evolved from minor water damage to full-fledged drywall removal with asbestos abatement, Mike was able to guide me through the process and connected with my insurance company and the asbestos clean-up crew. He even referred me to a contractor for the reconstruction when all was said and done. He went above and beyond for me, and I can't recommend his services highly enough!

While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. There was a considerable amount of damage to the closet and room doors caused by the machinery that was used for extraction. South Ridge in Mesa, I will a picture of the damage.

My wife and I just purchased a condo that after move in had a weird smell. They came out to sanitize the a/c vents and it really helped. Alex was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Very impressed. Will definitely use again if needed.
