Fantastic and prompt service. They went above and beyond remediating the water damage we had by allowing me to hand off the project to them completely so I didn't have to worry about it.

They communicated extremely well and really made you feel that they cared about your issues while handling the communication with other contractors and claims adjusters very well and kept everyone on the same page.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner Josh picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!
Josh was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

In fact, they are my go-to company for all of the properties I manage. Their estimators are always on time, and their maintenance specialists are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The company's staff are very professional and polite, and they do a great job restoring all of my property to its pre-loss condition.

Cleaning service was amazing! Was able to point out specific items to focus on in the house. They were very responsive and was able to get an appointment within the same week.

The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. They work efficiently with insurance agencies to come up with solutions in a timely manner. The front office at Belfor is also extremely helpful and proficient in communication. Bright Home did an excellent job completing our water damaged kitchen repairs in less time than I expected and the quality of the work was excellent. I was also impressed how well they communicated the schedule and visits to our house.

I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home.
