They got to my house in less than 30 minutes of the call. Fortunately they got there fast enough to where the structural integrity of the ceiling wasn't badly compromised from all of the water that had built up in the bathroom. The nicest part was as soon as they got there they immediately assessed the problem and how to solve it as if they've done it a hundred times before.

I had water damage from a pipe leak in my wall. Servpro showed up quickly, and got the drying started. The techs and project manager on site explained why they were doing all the things needed. The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

Had Arizona Fire and & Water out to my house a couple months back and would not recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time and go with someone else. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Took forever to returned calls and did a poor quality work. If I could go back in time I'd of gone with like Dryfore or a better company with better customer service and quality of work.

No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage. However when you have a responsive and professional team like 1800 water damage it makes things easier. I do not recommend this contractor. They did carpeting for Nationwide and we have a dispute over the thickness of the carpet and now learn that the sample that was taken to test was discarded. The woman Tara was condescending and unprofessional when we tried to reach a resolution. The flooring company was A All-Rite Floor Covering.

AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.
