Charles was our service lead and he was excellent with communication and set-up. He always let us know when he was coming with a quick phone call and a 20-30 minute lead if not more. I would never recommend this company. I am having a terrible time trying to get my condo back together. It has been 3 months since a pipe broke in my master bedroom bath and I still do not have a toilet or vanity and I still have plastic up where the walls should be. In the hall bathroom, although there is a toilet, the tile from the floor is no longer and I have missing walls. I was told by the Estimator/Inspector that my vanity would be replaced due to water damage, and that once the construction started, the supervisor would tell me where to go and look at new ones, instead the supervisor informed me that the estimate had it listed as R & R which is remove & restore, which means all they do is take the vanity out and replace the bottom section and then put it back in.

These people tell you they will call you back and set up appointments to start the job - but it never happens. I have called and e-mailed the person handling my job and he has yet to get back to me.

Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

What a comfort to know that everything is going to be taken care of by experts. Very organized, constant communication, great follow up. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Restoration. The owner, Josh, was incredibly prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he was my contact person throughout the entire process from mitigation through reconstruction. He made my emergency a priority and had a mitigation team at my home within three hours of my initial call. They stayed until 2:30 in the morning to do a quality job getting everything set for the drying phase. Josh then spoke with me regularly to help me understand the insurance process, troubleshoot the problems that arose with my air conditioner, and explain my options along the way. He had a great team of professionals get my house put back together quickly - I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company! Each person I met from ASAP was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions…), hard working, skilled, and trustworthy. You can’t tell that I had water damage in my walls or ceiling – they did such a great job with reconstruction. This company is truly top-notch!
