I had such a great experience meeting and communicating with Francisco...I called this company to come in and give me a quote for the water heater burst and damage in my water shed and utility room...He listened to my concerns and answered alll questions and I felt much more confident in what he had explained to me! We had a flooding issue caused by a faulty AC/heat pump unit installation and Rocky Mountain Restoration was on-site within the hour of the call from the plumber on a Friday evening. They checked in on the property daily and, frankly, I have not seen a level of service like this in a long time! The issue, unfortunately, repeated itself and they were again quick to the rescue on a following Saturday night. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and all-in-all absolutely awesome!

Service was fast and good. Employees kind, neat, clean , respectful and compassionate.

During the worst time, a house flood, Juan and Alan from Venturi Restoration were amazing! Every step of the way, from a late night dispatch to my house, to removing water, moving furniture, drying out my home, daily check ins on equipment and moisture levels. They were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional gentlemen and we appreciated them and their services!

We had an attic water leak 3 days before Thanksgiving. I've never had to use a Restoration company because of home damage before and PuroClean was recommended to us. They showed up before Thanksgiving to get us started with the demo of the damage to the house. They were informative and let us know ahead of time all that was going to happen. Whoever showed up for the day always called ahead of time to inform us they were on their way. They were courteous, respectful, professional and did the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any inside home demo work.
