We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

When my son found mold in his house, I called Mike at ServPro right away. Mike and Ryan helped talk us off the ledge and eliminated our stress. They walked us through the process and made us aware of things we never thought of. Very professional and knowledgeable! They helped us map out an action plan that took all of the unknowns away that were causing our stress. In an emergency, you need someone you can trust. I can’t recommend them enough!

These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.

We were having new flooring installed in our home. One of the installers pointed out we had a leak under some kitchen cabinets. We called PuroClean and they were there the next morning to remove the ruined cabinets and find our leak. Top notch people. Top notch service.

This was the second time I used Servpro in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. I had the unfortunate expierence of having my water heater break and water was everywhere. The nice people at EHS came to the rescue, for sure. They were with me every step of the way too! The guy came to my house and made me feel as if I was the only client that EHS had at time, which I know isn't true, but it was a good feeling. They even talked to my insurance company and did all the heavy lifting. Such an easy process and my house looks better than it did before the water damage. If I ever have any issues again they are the first people I would call.

A water part in our refrigerator failed/leaked overnight causing damage to a wall, cabinet and the carpet in a adjoining room. Called in the morning and within a short period of time the crew was at our home starting the mitigation efforts. Chester and Ruben were top notch in explaining what was being done and very accommodating to work within our schedule.
