I had a Water Heater go out early this morning....What a mess !!!...Paul and Dan came to the rescue..I got his name from a Friend.....What a great Find !!!!...Paul and Dan were outstanding...Great guys !!!! Very fair on the Cost to replace the Water Heater and the Service was top notch....They were at my house in about 3 hours with the New Water Heater, lines , valves etc...I would definitely recommend them as my friend did....Thanks Again Paul and Dan....

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.
edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

I want to highly recommend this company. They are the most professional plumbers we have ever encountered. Rob, Tony and Brian replaced the Quest piping in our house that had given us issues for years. They were knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and hard-working. I called a few times this morning as our water heater went out and Zephyr originally installed. The answering system was confusing and I got a voicemail each time. I decided to go in in person because I wasn’t sure I reached the correct extension.
They were pleasant enough in person but no one was on a phone and I didn’t quite understand why my call wouldn’t have been answered earlier, but decided it could have been bad timing. Nope. Just horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt and got a text regarding it. We had a lot of questions and it wasn’t efficient or helpful to text at that point. Requested a phone call multiple times and just got texts instead that didn’t answer the questions asked. The conversation was both useless and exhausting. We scheduled to have our water heater inspected/repaired or replaced by a competitor as a result.
The total phone call time with a competitor was about 5 minutes to have all of our questions answered. We spent an hour trying to get answers from Jessica at Zephyr via texts, without ever getting answers to the actual questions we were asking or the phone call we requested.

Called and left messages 3 times in 9 days for warranty service. After 9 days later the owner called back. When I mention how disappointed I was, he told me pretty much, it is what it is. When I reacted to his response, he told me to get someone else and refused to do warranty work!!

Installed my system in a new home and put everything in ass backwards now I'm willing to pay them and come fix it and they told me they can't help me. I noticed in my new neighborhood some of my neighbors having all of their air conditioning system replaced so that should tell you something about this company. By the way when I moved in I had hot water coming out of my garden hose and going to my refrigerator.
