Eric and Kim were awesome and very helpful. MEP home were great to work.

Allowed me to spend almost $2000 to replace parts on my system which were not compatible and caused my unit to break down completely.

They have been out 8 times to fix my brand new unit and have never been able to get it working correctly. 8 times. They are at the point where they are planning to send people down from manassas to try and fix the unit that is most likely defective from the manufacturer. So instead of completely replacing the unit and admitting fault they will give excuses in hopes, most likely, that the warranty will run out and then they can turn a profit on a bad unit. Stay away from this company

Update. This is in response to the company’s reply. When a company gives you a bad product, you replace that bad product with a working product to not inconvenience the consumer. Then you send that product back and let the manufacturer try and refurbish it. You don’t send technicians out 8 times to try and refurbish a lemon as the middle man. You have known the past month and a half that my family of four is living at this residence and it is the hottest part of summer. I have a 9 month old baby and a 7 year old child that rely on me and I have been unable to provide them with a stable housing situation the past month and a half because your company would rather send a technician out 8 times instead of admitting the unit is defective. Sometimes this happens yes, but the problem is fixed after one or two trips, not 8 plus. To put it into perspective let me offer this.....this hvac unit is brand new and hasn’t been working properly since I moved in on June 11. It is now almost the end of July and there is no guarantee from your company that sending someone down from Manassas will solve the problem. Which means my family could go AN ENTIRE SUMMER without a properly working air conditioning at the hands of MEP. If your company can knowingly put a young family of four at risk during the hottest part of summer instead of admitting a unit is defective then I can not recommend your company to any family in Hampton roads.

Lied about showing up twice, very unprofessional.

I have to say that the person that came out to check on my heating and air conditioning unit was very thorough and seemed very honest about my problem and continued working until my problem on the air conditioner was diagnosed. He was on time, professional and kept his appointments.
I'm very happy with the services this company provided so far. I give the rating a five star.

From Kim in the office to Eric and others as technicians, we received offered sound reassuring advice, and prompt service and repair on our AC issue. Thanks MEP!

If I could leave zero stars I would! These people are horrible. I unfortunately have to deal with them as they are the company that handles Ryan Homes new build HVAC. The women that answers the phone is so rude. I’ve dealt with her several times and you can hear her irritation in her voice like your bothering her. I asked to be contacted by a supervisor several times and she never has them do that. I just had a brand new home built and my ac hasn’t worked right since moving in. They have sent several incompetent techs here with no answers. Do not use these people. Unfortunately since I’m still under warranty I have no choice.

Their drivers continue to cut people off in traffic, honking horns, cursing out the windows. You drive a COMPANY CAR!! Show some professionalism. It was a female driver both times.

Very unprofessional! Blocked us in and got an attitude when we asked them to back up. Yelled at us, rolled their eyes, cussed at us. Do not recommend!

Not use their service but their truck driver very reckless and dangerous around neighbors
