I know I am in good hands with Pridemark Plumbing. I finally replaced my 16 year old water heater, and had installed a water softener system with a R/O system. Donny and his crew are prompt, give you all the pricing options, and doesn't try to sell you to top of the line. He is honest and always makes it clear that if anything you need or any questions you forget to ask that he is just a phone call away.

these are my go-to plumbers. they dont just do the job and go. they talk to me about the job at hand, show me and relay useful information to help prevent such issues in the future. and of course fix the issue lol. these guys just go the extra mile.

After our home inspection, calcification and build up was found on the exterior pipe of the house connected to the main water shut-off valve. This had not caused any issues or leak detection but obviously was of concern to the buyer. I was very pleased with the repair and level of customer service we received from Pridemark from my initial phone call to request a estimate to completion of service.. Donnie, the owner, is a great guy. Professional, courteous and friendly. His quote was in the middle of the estimates we received but offered a two year parts and labor warranty transferable to the new owner. Our tankless water heater stopped working and we called Donnie on the recommendation of several friends he’s helped. Unfortunately the heater was irretrievably busted, but Donnie was back the next day to install a new one and fix the underlying issues that wrecked the original. It was an issue with how the builders installed it (too late to take it up with them now), but Donnie scoped out neighbors’ homes as he drove by and noticed that many were similarly

This is the third time we have gotten the same sink repaired. We paid $2k the last time bc our whole island had to get gutted.
Suffice it so say I wasn't going to hire just anyone this third time.

Donald Jablonowski, owner of Pridemark Plumbing, has done work at my home on multiple occasions. I first met Donny because he is certified by Navien to install and repair their products. He quickly corrected a Feb 2022 faulty installation of a Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater at my home that was performed by a different company. Since then, I've had Donny perform multiple other repair jobs at my home. As a 34-year retired technical specialist and trainer for clinical laboratory instrumentation, my assessment of Donny is he is an expert plumber, honest, trustworthy and reliable. When you find a company that values integrity and doing things right the first time, you feel fortunate to have discovered them, just like one does with a good auto mechanic. I can confidently give Pridemark Plumbing my strongest recommendation. They are my new go-to plumbing company.

Great Plumber! I had my whole house repiped, Donnie and Jon were both thorough, courteous, and on time. They do not cut any corners and use the best materials. I would highly recommend. Every little detail is covered, they even use shoe booties every time they came in my home.

Wanted to replace a large 75 gallon water heater and looked into alternatives including high end condensing units. After contact with another company which I was not happy with, found Pridemark on Navien's website and contacted him. Could not be more pleased with the result. Donnie is a consummate professional and he works hard to maintain that reputation. He installed the tankless Navien, a water filtration system, and an alternative to traditional water softening. Pleased with all. Donnie recognizes the need for the right tools on the job and spends the money to outfit his truck with tools that are the right match for the job and which allow him to finish the job in a timely manner. If the first place you look when seeking a technician for your home is discount electrical or discount plumbing then Donnie may not be a good fit for you. If the first place you look is for a highly rated professional, then Donnie will be a good fit. He is well trained, knowledgeable, has the right tools for the job, and he charges a fair price for a service he knows he is qualified to deliver. We recommend him to our friends and have no reservations about doing so. You won't get a cheap plumber if you hire Donnie; you will get a really good plumber who will do his best to make you a satisfied customer.

Update August 2021. Donnie came to service the tankless water heater and also lift a toilet to replace seeping wax seal. There was some dislodged material that got into the system (a check valve did not catch it) and blocked the pump so that it would not recirculate. Donnie was here the next day, diagnosed and repaired the unit. Since it was still under warranty he would not let me pay him for his time and materials. He also added a second copper valve to back up the check valve...and would not take any compensation for the parts or the time. I told him he didn't bid that as part of the original install. He should have added the backup protection he said (not called for by manurfacturer's installation guide), so he wouldn't take payment. As I said above, Donnie is not your budget or cheap plumber but if you want a quality job and a technician who will be there quickly should something go wrong... you can look around, but Donnie is the guy to use FIRST. After what he found and corrected with the one toilet, we are going to schedule him to come back and do the other toilets soon. Donnie is going to go out of his way in order to make you a satisfied customer. We highly recommend.

I originally called Pridemark about replacing a two year old tank that was going through control valves like water. I thought I wanted a new on demand tankless system , but I was soon talked off that ledge. Pridemark was the ONLY plumbing company that bothered to explain the pros and cons of tank vs tankless and the choice was obvious, plus I saved almost 4k. They also were the only plumbers that were aware of the problems with my previous water tank brand that apparently was known nationwide (thanks Toll Bros). The installation was seamless plus I had a recirculating system installed at the same time. Don explained everything I needed to know, and even made a few suggestions. The timeline was amazing, I first called shortly after 1pm and Don arrived at 3:30pm. After discussing the options he said he could finish the job that evening by 8 or 9pm. I however had plans, so Don did what he could and returned early the next morning. After living in AZ for 10 years, I’ve finally found a plumber I can truly trust.

Repaired a leaking spigot by just using the stem from a new one, which was cheaper than removing and replacing the entire old spigot.

Had an absolutely outstanding experience today with Pridemark Plumbing (totally agree with every one of the 5 star reviews). From the moment I spoke with them until the time they left I was extremely satisfied. I called at about 12:30 today and about an hour later Donnie and Robert arrived to do the repairs. They were very pleasant, very professional and talked with me about what I was having problems with. Very quickly they gave me the estimates and options for the work I needed. Again, I just cant say enough about this company as a whole. It wasnt just one part of the experience that went well. After delaying my estimate due to an emergency, the plumber sent out actually yelled at me on my front porch for discussing his prices and if we could pay that much for them. I don’t typically leave reviews but this was a mind blowing experience to be yelled at in my home for discussing if we could afford something by the person we were going to hire to do it. 2 stars because the lady in the office was great when I called.

Our hot water heater went out and we had a leaky shower. Donnie from Pridemark Plumbing came to our house the same day and was willing and able to fix everything that same day. He ended up coming back the next day for us because we had to leave that day, but he was there early the next morning to get started. A few weeks later (on a Saturday) our kitchen sink started leaking. He came writhin 2 hours of me calling. Pridemark Plumbing was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again for future plumbing issues!

Donny was prompt, clean, respectful and did the work quickly plus he gave me three options to choose from! Their communication was top notch throughout the process.
