Curtis Key Plumbing

Installed my system in a new home and put everything in ass backwards now I'm willing to pay them and come fix it and they told me they can't help me. I noticed in my new neighborhood some of my neighbors having all of their air conditioning system replaced so that should tell you something about this company. By the way when I moved in I had hot water coming out of my garden hose and going to my refrigerator.

Do not give these guys any money crappy crappy job

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner Curtis Key is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I have ever met. Their lack of skills and poor quality of service make them a liability to anyone who uses them. My only hope is this company goes out of business before they can do more damage.

Didn't make enough money

I had to wait a week for an appointment I had no AC then they did not show. They said they canceled my appointment. They had other clients to tend to. They installed the AC unit! Do not call these people.

The owner of this company, Mr Curtis Key got upset with me one day because I wasn’t driving fast enough and he didn’t have the time to get around me. He was forced to slow down and get behind me which he didn’t like. You see we both happened to be headed to Chick-Fil-A that morning for breakfast and he was upset that I, in no hurry because I had the time that morning, made it to the drive through line before him. I should mention I work for a local contractor and drive a company vehicle that is lettered with our logo and my truck has a distinct number on it so I am always aware that anyone at anytime can call and complain so I drive like an old man minding the rules of the road and being as courteous as possible to other drivers. So while I’m waiting to get up to where you order, 10 -15 minutes goes by and I’m about half way to where you order at and my boss calls me saying that the owner of Curtis key just called to complain that I had cut him off to get into the chick-fil-a parking lot. Lucky for me, my boss knows of this man and how he is and knew how full of it he was. But if that wasn’t enough, he actually ends up getting in front of me, because of how the drive through is set up after we had both ordered and then he gets out of his white GMC Seirra pickup truck license plate number UNU-8747 hides behind it while yelling at me that I’m impatient and that he’d called my office on me me blah blah blah and he still ended up getting his rather large order before me. So I just thought the general public ought to be aware of who they’re dealing with if they choose to hire this company. Who knows maybe you will have a better experience than I did, but I highly doubt it. Thanks for taking the time to read about my unsolicited experience with the man who owns and runs this company.

My experience with Curtis Key Plumbing was very distasteful and left and extremely bad taste in my mouth, April 18, 2017 I had a scheduled appointment for 0700 and at 0721when the contractor had not shown up I reached out to the company and I was given the total run around for 15 mins and then told someone would be at my house within the hour, so my already planned out day had to be readjusted to meet the needs of this PLUMBING COMPANY I thought it was all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. When then contractor finally showed up I asked was my appointment sent for 0700 and he acknowledged yes it was schedule for 0700 and he had no explanation of why there was a no show and that he was tasked with coming over to my residence at 0730 so that is why he is over a hour late. throughout the wait process I spoke with the organization 3 different times and requested for a supervisor to call me and as of now 10:02am I have not spoken to anyone or a supervisor for compensation for the work being done at my home. After finally getting a hold of someone (not a supervisor) I was told that the owner Curtis never reaches out and speak with customers and it rare if a supervisors returns calls. I believe this to be UNSAT. I do not recommend others utilizing this organization for future plumbing jobs.

After having problems with A1 American called Curtis Key nice guy came out and installed part for 170.00 A1 american told us 325.00 You do not stay in business for as long as Curtis Key without doing alot of things right. Called same day service to The Retreat!
