Thank God for Jose! Our sink clogged up while cooking Thanksgiving dinner and of course we were totally freaking out. Jose came over and fix the problem right away. He was extremely kind and courteous and we super appreciated him wearing a mask from beginning to end as we have a little one in the house (and let's face it not all in-home service providers are doing that!) He explained to my husband exactly what was going on and how to address it in the future. He also didn't charge us an arm and a leg like big box stores! Thank you so much Jose!!!

Honest guy, assisted with a main clog. Doesn't mind spending an extra minute on the phone with a customer and has much better rates than other places i called around. Thank you!

I called Jose Cardenas from JC Plumbing, This young man came into the house new what the problem was, he never gave up until the problem was fixed. He’s a wonderful young man. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s honest and very patient. He wanted to make sure that I was able to have running water in the sink and be able to do my dishes which I haven’t been able to do for three days. I tried to find somebody honest enough to come into my house that was trustworthy and you don’t find that anymore. But this young man fits the bill. If I ever have another plumbing problem this young man will be the man that fixes the plumbing. It is so nice to know that there is people like him out in the world that are willing to help. My kitchen sink garbage disposal stopped working and needed a new replacement. Before ordering a new garbage disposal, I called this plumbing company to find out about the repair. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the new installation.

I then ordered the part on Amazon and as soon as the part came in, I called this company back. I was lucky Jose was in the area and within the hour after I called, he was at my house.

Great guy. Helped replace our water shut off valves and connect our plumbing for our new vanity sink. Extremely nice and knowledgeable. Responded to calls quickly and just a Great guy to chat with. Will use his services again and highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars.

The water heater in our house on Velva Drive Chesapeake VA was flagged by a house inspector for not having a pan at the base. I reached out to JC plumbing via text messages and they were at the site the next day. Their high level of professionalism and communication forced me to google the company name to rate them. I am glad I chose this company. Their prices are reasonable and their services are just amazing. JC plumbing was not my first choice but i am very glad all the other plumbers that i called were busy. Called him for a main sewer clog. Told me to call the city first to see if it was their line that was clogged. He had a busy schedule but made time to come to resolve the issue. Very kind, informative, and professional. Will be calling him from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Jose is an awesome guy. I called him about an issue with my hot water pressure we talked about it and he showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was very nice and professional. I felt his pricing was very good and I do not feel that I overpaid. It’s hard to find good honest people these days. He is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.

All I can say is wow. Very friendly, helpful gentleman. Did a quick diagnosis on the phone. I lucked out because he was nearby and deduced the issue over the phone as a quick fix (hopefully). He swung by within the hour, it was a quick fix, and I have to say I've saved his info to share with other people. Highly recommended.
