I've had Mr. Richardson out for two separate repairs and both times it was so simple, like turning the faucet tight, that he didn't charge me, not even for a service call. He is fair and honest and shows up as planned. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

T & J is a great company. My husband and I have used their services multiple times. The first work we had done was major sewer line work in our front yard and basement. The work was done perfectly, the crew worked very fast and professionally and everything was cleaned up and put back in its place..including our whole front yard! Since that first job we have never had water in our basement again! After our first good experience we have called them back for all of our plumbing issues. Each time they came out very quickly and provided us with honest advice about what we needed done. They are very trustworthy and when we did not actually need work done they said so! I would recommend this company and will call them back if we ever need any more work done.

Talk about an AMAZING Businessman! Our plumbing person in Oregon retired and we needed a new plumber to install a new water heater. Went online to Homedepot.com on Saturday morning and requested a price quote. Kurt called us back within 30 minutes on a weekend! Where in the world do you get that kind of response. He was very detailed that we needed some updates and was at our house 8:30 on Monday morning! Very respectful man, very upfront on pricing and cleaned and went over everything in complete detail! Webb was amazing!! I highly recommend him. We were told we had a pretty large leak under our concrete slab and naturally panicked. He came out & found the leak super quick. I’m so glad we contacted him.

I was told Konstatine would be here between 11-1...he was at my door at 11!!! Very Pleasant, asked me what the problem was (leaking toilet)...walked in to the BR and pointed out how i could easily fix a problem with a rust stain in my sink.....then went to work on the toilet...which he found the problem right away and had to exchange the float value and the external tubing. I will use TB Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and tell all my friends.....and will always ask for Konstatine!!!

Terrible service said they be here at 8 never showed up try calling they don’t answer and the number they give you to call as back up goes straight to voice mail if your in the Reno area and need a plumber just call jet or some other services
