The Rooter Ranger staff was super helpful from the moment I called them. They listened to my plumbing issue and were able to have someone scheduled to come out to diagnose the situation within a few hours of me calling. Deven was the first to arrive at our home, and he did a great job of explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way. We had a backup in his kitchen sink which is on the 3rd floor of our home. Once Deven exhausted all of the troubleshooting steps he could, Paul ended up coming out too so he could snake further down the drain with a camera. Basically, 15 years of buildup in our pipes ended up showing that we needed a hydrojetting service to clear everything and make it flow properly again. They came back as a team of 3 first thing the next morning and worked diligently with the interesting plumbing of our 3-story build until they got all blockages cleared and running smoothly. They were kind, patient, and professional the entire time and were sure to clean everything up when they left. I would highly recommend Rooter Ranger and will use them again for any future needs.

My problem was that this was a water emergency where I had my water turned off. 2 plumbers came Saturday only to assess the work needed. All of the work except the pressure regulator, was minor and could have been completed same day (Saturday). This left Sunday for all this work and a waste of much of Saturday
Then the Sunday worker couldn’t resolve a piping fit issue to allow water to the house and we lost another day with no water and that worker wasn’t available to complete on Monday. Again, Monday I called dispatch multiple times to get help out to the house

Alex called and said he’d be here at 1 and he sure was! Very professional and polite. I showed him my issues and every time he had to go inside and outside he told us what he was doing. There was an unexpected snag in our plumbing and he called Robert for camera assistance. We saw an unimaginable video of what’s wrong. They both were so professional and worked so well together they were amazing. By the end of the day Alex was here for 6 hours. Adding the time Robert was here for 4 hours, we feel so bad that we couldn’t pay more. If we could we’d have paid the bill and tipped each a million dollars. They are wonderful men and so patient with us.
I’m sure all your representatives are wonderful that being said we (My husband & I) feel and appreciate that we were blessed with Alex and Robert.

Kitchen sink was plugged. They came and checked everything out did their best to clear the drain. Three different people tried to clear the drain for us. They finally decided that we would have to replace our drain pipe. How do you tear up our concrete and our sidewalk dig a hole and do everything that would be necessary to replace the pipe. The workers did a great job at fixing the problem, the problem was the dispatcher. The workers went to get parts to repair my job, and they were dispatched to fix another problem, and I wasn't called to be made aware that my 45 minute wait was going to turn into a 4.5 hr. wait. Dispatcher should call the customer and explain than making them sit for 4.5 hrs. But the works did a fine job.

Jay S. came out at around 10pm on a Sunday night to fix an urgent issue, assess our overall needs, and give us a fair quote with an exceptionally good financing offer. He came back the next morning and had everything done quick and clean with no need for oversight. Our family is 100% satisfied with his work and how he handled himself in our home. My water heater unexpectedly conked out, and we were without hot water for several days. Brandon was able to get out early this morning, and unfortunately the unit needed replacement, but he was able to get me a new one same day! My new unit is much more reliable, safer and up to code. Nice people but.... All I wanted was my bathroom sinks unclogged for guest I have coming over for the weekend.
After hours later. I still don't know if that was accomplished?
They didn't even check to see if the drain was unclogged. And it cost me $215!
I won't be using them again. Very disappointed!

Frank and Luke are Professional and HONEST. Construction plumbers did not install sewer line for house to street correctly over 6 years ago. Frank came on a holiday. He told me what the issue was, how much it would cost and how long it would take. They finished early. Work guaranteed for 15 years. Both very personable. Really top-notch service. Very pleased with the work. Nobody likes to have to pay for this type of work, but Rooter Ranger at least made the experience painless. Had to make a sewer line repair under the slab of my home. Talk about back-breaking work. Greg and Jay did an excellent job. First, the personnel that responded to a serious plumbing issue, Andre’, and a field supervisor, and the steps they took to diagnose the issues. Second, these gentleman were very polite and professional, and Andre’ kept me in the loop every step of the diagnosis and then their recommendations. Quite frankly, I have dealt with over 5 different plumbing companies over the years with this property due to its age, and by far, Rooter Ranger is the most professional of all. So I followed there recommendations and the next day Kaden worked on the issues spending several hours and again, keeping me in the loop the entire time. Kaden also pointed out to me an issue on the roof that I did not know existed and took a picture for me so I could reach out to a roofing contractor for that. In the end, the issues were fixed, Rooter Ranger stuck to their estimate and provided a military discount. I seriously could not be more impressed with this company and the employees from start to finish.
