Came out right away gave us an estimate on the work we needed done. When we called to set up appointment made it easy. They arrived on time did efficient work and were pleasant and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend 24/7 to anyone that needs a plumber. I had a major leak under the slab of my house. A big leak, 105k gallons in 30 days. I needed it fixed asap. I got three quotes and 24/7 gave the best quote and provided next day service for this big job. The plumbers were professional, on time, and did a great job. I'll use them again for all my plumbing projects.

Jan and Gerardo from 24/7 Water Conditoning and Plumbing were amazing! They text me information, called for further explaination and VERY competitively priced while be very respectable of our time and financial constraints. I called 4 different places 24/7 were the most professional and cost effective. Jan replied very quickly, did not try to upsell me on anything we didn't need, and they beat the other companies by $100-$300. (Energy One and Mountain -something and American Plumbing) Both gentlemen were the most courteous and best priced. They went to work the following day and explained everything to us, cleaned up after themselves and even helped checked our water pressure. Now that's customer service! I couldn't of asked for anything more! Great work, great people! I would recommend them x 1000%! You won't be disappointed! Thank you!

My water pressure regulator went out and Mont and his team were out to fix it within hours! Great customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

24/7 dug up my front yard and replaced main drain pipes from house to street. Charged me over $5,000. One year warranty. A couple years later, their work failed and I had to pay $6,000 to have the same pipe replaced again. They could care less when I called them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Mark was really helpful and went out of his way to help me get the right part and guide me to secure a leak in the house. This was even without an appointment and commitment for work. I will be formally engaging Mark to replace the pipe and the faucet.

I recently bought a property that has four very old water heaters. One had a small leak so I called 24/7 to check it out. They came out the same day, installed the new heater and the cost was reasonable. Edwardo, the installer, was outstanding. My wife and I were fortunate to have utilized 24/7 Water Conditioning & Plumbing in Peoria, AZ for a potential water softener issue and to correct something on our water purification system. Jan at their office, and Gerardo our service technician, were professional, friendly, and informative. They were also extremely fair regarding the cost of the service in relation to what actually needed to be done. We would highly recommend others to give 24/7 a chance to earn their business. Mark and his company were recommended by a friend; called Mark and he was able to schedule the repair work for the next day (Monday). Danny called to let me know he was on his way for our morning appointment which I appreciated. Price was reasonable, not like some of the bigger plumbing names in the business, and the work looked great when finished.

I would recommend this company and Mark to anyone who asked for a good, reasonably priced plumber.

I used this company about a year ago. I called them right before they were closing but they still came to unclog toilet after I had tried for bout an hour. They quoted me a decent price, kept to the price and didn't try to find anything else wrong before they left ( which I'm always afraid companies try to do). They did ask me if I needed anything else done and I said no but thankyou for asking. Very pleased with the service.

I had a backup at my kitchen sink and so i called Rooter-Man to come and clear the blockage. Tallson came out right on time and cleared the drain with no issues. I appreciated the on time response and the no B/S approach to his work. Much appreciated , I will definitely use them in the future.

Do not use this company. They are scamming customers by coming in to do plumbing work. Once the work is done they state you have water damage and they advise you to use a certain company. They will come out and stat you have lots of water damage, files an insurance claim and will not come back to do the work. We have never been able to use the garbage disposal and been without a useable kitchen since September 12th. 247 plumbing got paid to put in a garbage disposal we cant use.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

These were the only guys I could get to come out on New Years Eve after trying 10 different companies and I am glad it happened that way. Jared and Casey came out and went to work unclogging the drains in my restaurant. They then diagnosed a larger problem and moved ahead. The job ended up resulting in multiple call back due some drain line failures and they took care of every thing without charging more. Completely satisfied.

I have to convey this company is one of the must unprofessional companies I have ever had to deal with and I will make it know through social media etc.

We have asked on numerous occasions to provide the report of the work that was performed by this company. They were already paid on the day of service and required to provide a detail report of the work performed, in order to get this they charged an additional $250.00!!!! on top of what was already paid, of course when we received it, it did not have the details and even had the wrong date of service!

They did not have authorization to speak or send any information to the homeowner’s insurance company, however they sent information to the them anyway. I am sure there will be repercussions, and we will explore these options.

We are exploring options to file a complaint against their license with the Arizona contractors board and we will be seeking legal advise with an attorney about unethical elderly financial exploitation!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Or it will cost you!!

They helped us at a very stressful time and they were very fair with the price, came at the time they said they would and were very nice which helped a lot!

They are very professional on time and do exactly what they say they are going to do and I have had them out here fixing or replacing several items and never once have I had them come out twice on any item they have either installed or repaired. Ask for Jon Luna, he is the best plumber out there. I highly recommend this company.

I called 24/7 Plumbing & Rooterman because of a constantly plugged toilet. The serviceman fixed it once but it occurred again, not their fault. He explained that the builder grade toilet are rougher farther inside so the paper gets stuck. We bought and had him replace both toilets, better ones, voila, problem fixed. I really appreciated his work, advice and promptness.

Water heater kept tripping breaker off. They went and said I would need a whole new water heater. I decide to wait.
I drive to Phoenix (3 hour drive) to take a look at the water heater.
I notice the power connections are not connected properly. I still go ahead and check the heating element, thermostat and connections on the inside with multimeter (don't consider myself even a handyman so don't know the proper names).
I see nothing wrong, so I turn down the temperature to 120-125, and connect to power wires tightly...........water heater working like a champ!
According to tenant, plumber only checked the power wires going to the water heater (which were loose when I arrived) and turned on/off the breaker.

Sad, I was planning on keeping this company permanent for my houses. Everyone makes mistakes, but this mistake could have cost me over $1200

Had a great experience with this company would recommend them to all friends and family. They went above and beyond to help make sure my children and I had our plumbing issues fixed at our home. And a big shout out to Rob who came out and did the job.

I can't speak to the actual service you may receive, because I paid $437.50 for no service at all.

I had 247 plumbing come out and give me an estimate for a hot water heater repair/replacement. I had three other companies come out and give me an estimate. 247 was the lowest, so at the time I decided to proceed with them.

The representative that I spoke to on the phone stated that their cost would be going up soon so I should lock in the lower cost. That required a $437.50 deposit so I provided my credit card information and they processed the transaction.

I live in another state and wanted to be on the premises for the replacement, so I let them know that I would inform them at a later date to schedule the replacement.

After scheduling the replacement appointment, upon my arrival in Arizona I was perusing some paperwork from the purchase of the house just under a year ago. Included was a one year warranty that I had completely forgotten.

I contacted the home warranty company and they were able to replace the unit for the cost of a service call and a small deductible.

I contacted 247 to cancel the service. That was over five weeks ago and we'll over a dozen phone calls, still no refund.

Update: sometime early this year (2018), the company did finally make it right after I issued a complaint with both my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

These guys do excellent work and have the best prices. 24/7 installed two toilets for me and the job was done efficiently, on-time and at lowest price I could find after getting quotes from 4 contractors. I had one small issue with one of the toilets and they came out immediately and corrected the problem.

Sameday service! Came within a 15 minute window! Explained everything you front including price! Did a very good job and would use them again.

They came when they said they would, were very professional and were quite affordable. All in all I'd give them 5 stars out of five. Good job guys.
