This is the 5th plumbing company/service I have had to my home in six months. All for different reasons unfortunately. But, I have not invited the companies back because of the lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge. I read reviews, checked around and still had terrible service from other places. But, I knew as soon as I spoke with George on the phone that he knew what he was talking about. He was genuine in his tone and immediately told me that the smell in my bathroom was because of my toilet seal (not my bathtub drain which I thought and another company said they would treat by pouring acid down my tub). George scheduled my service within one business day. When Anthony arrived he was super nice, efficient and explained everything he was doing. He showed me the old seal, the new seal, had me test everything out. Both George and Anthony spoke in a way that could be understood clearly yet very knowledgeable! Call this company!!!

We rarely call anyone to help with household work as I'm a pretty capable person but when it comes to more than basic plumbing, I need help. We found George's Plumbing through a Google search and were pleased to find someone so local. The first crew arrived on time, assessed our situation and had to call for a second crew. They also arrived promptly. They knew exactly what needed to be done, did it in a very reasonable length of time, and I had no complaints on what was charged. We have additional work that needs to be done down the line and we will be sure to call George's Plumbing again! I've already referred him to a couple of my customers and they too have been very pleased with the results.

Made the process so easy for us! As someone who doesn't know much about water heaters, George explained things to me (in a way that made me feel comfortable and not silly for asking silly questions) and installed the water heater at a great price. He came back twice to help us with the water pressure at no extra cost. Super nice guy!

I have been using them since 2020 and they always come when I need them to. They fix the issue, they don't over charge and they always communicate with me. I knew that they were reputable when I was having an issue with a new home purchase that required them to come out a couple of times, the owner came out himself just to make sure that nothing was being missed. When my home warranty company didn't care, they did. They will always get my business.

Wow! George was immediately responsive on the phone. Gave great update's. Sent over Anthony who was incredible, professional, and friendly. I wish every service, from start to finish, was like this. Genuinely wanting to know what the problem was and fix it. Adapted to a larger underlining problem and resolved instead of doing a patch job. I love home improvement projects, just didn't have time for this one. Anthony talked with me about the rational behind what he was doing and answered some questions. My pipes are good to go now and I’m better off with what I know through the experience. Thanks Anthony!

We had clogged sewer line which they were able to come out and address same day! Quite impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism with this company. George was extremely pleasant, and Anthony was top of the line, forgive me for not knowing the other guys name but he was awesome as well. Quick fix to a very irritating issue. I would recommend Georges Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I mistakenly forgot to post when this happened and it was saved so I'm just adding on after todays visit. I reached back out to them for a water pressure issue and water not heating up in shower Anthony fixed the issues within the hour. Anthony Definitely a step above. Anthony & Avery removed and installed a new garbage disposal in 30 mins. I was amazed and impressed with their professionalism and quality service. Anthony was very exact in making sure everything was perfect with no leaks. He even wiped down the kitchen floor !! I would call George's Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

Have been dealing with George for over a year and completely trusted him. I have been trying to get him out for a couple of weeks for a simple pvc repair (check valve replacement) The first time we set up an appt he didnt show up or call the second time he sent one of his guys to do the repair. The guy chooses to redo the entire water line then when it doesnt work he puts it back the way it was. I was charged for his time to do this plus time to go pick up parts plus overcharged and lied to about the cost of those parts! It is so hard to find someone you can trust and I thought I had found that in George. So BEWARE! 395.00 for an inline pvc repair is absolutely ridiculous! Another one down the drain!

I called home advisor to send someone out to replace the pipes from under my kitchen sink and unclog the sink. He came with no supplies. I ran to home depot to get the parts. The tech completely installed the pipes incorrectly and said he would come back to work on it some more. Said he wasn't sent to unclog the drain. I called George's plumbing the next day and they came out an hour later. Avery and Anthony was shocked by what they saw. They completely replaced what the other guy did and unclogged the drain all the way out to the street. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up after themselves. Not only was the service excellent but the rate was great as well. I will never use anyone other than George's !!!!!!

I have had two outstanding experiences with George's Plumbing. First with the Owner George and second great experience with his Technician Nathan. I cannot say enough about the quality of their service, integrity of their work, exceptional experience with a variety of problems and the professionalism no matter what you challenge them with...Let me be specific, first, George was referred to me by a neighbor who is a full time real estate agent who often brings him in to service her properties. I had a major gas line issue that require the city to turn off gas to my home in the dead of winter. My 84 year old Mom and I were freezing in the house, honestly it felt warmer outside, LOL. George was book 5 weeks out with happy clients that like myself would only trust him to service their property. At the time I was stranger to him but he is very compassionate man. On the phone he diagnosis the problem and boy was right. He can within a day of speaking me, late in day after taking care of his clients. He was a pleasure to work with at the end of what had to be a long day. I called city shared with them what he told me and they could not argue the point, I demanded they send someone to my home before George left and thank God 30 minutes later there was Larry city. George made the repair and Larry approved it and we were toasty before they left. After the repair done the three of us swapped funny repair stories and I walked into my house and it was so hot I had to change clothes and Mom was begging me to turn heat down because she was roasting. We were so thankful that an honest business like George blessed with outstanding service. I will review Nathan under a separate review because I have probably exceeded the word count for a review. 😊 I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I have received from George’s Plumbing from both the owner George and his Technician Nathan. This time I would like to share my experience with Nathan he assisted me today with multiple repairs and installations at my home. Nathan did all the right things 1) After George alerted me that Nathan would be servicing my home today, Nathan immediately reach out to me, introduced himself, confirm the address detail and specified how soon he would arrive. 2) Nathan arrived on time 3) I had leaks going on in 1 bathroom and my kitchen and my third bathroom required the installation of a new granite top vanity sink that was replacing the pedestal style sink. The pipes did not line up and this is what I like most of all about Nathan. 4) Every step of the way Nathan shared with me what my options were and helped me make the best decision to not only fix the problems at had but in many cases improve or upgrade was original to my 20-year house. 5) Ultimately my improves required a few parts which gathered and even visited a near by hardware store to complete my repairs and installations in my Kitchen and two bathrooms. I am looking forward to having Nathan back to update my main gate valves. I learned so much from Nathan, who has a patient spirit, is exceedingly resourceful and is very thorough in everything he does. I have already reached to George to let him know I would like to have Nathan come back to upgrade my main gate valves. And before he left he re-confirmed his warranty for all the work he did to me and Mom. George’s Plumbing they Deliver and Stay Until the Work is Done!!! 😊

What’s not to say about George’s Plumbing?!?!?! My wife and I were running into a plumbing problem with her Pedicure Chair. We were given a recommendation and now we will be the one recommending. I would not use another plumber. Anthony was beyond AWESOME! He was straight to the point, didn’t cut any corners, showed and explained everything that made sense. He was extremely professional and down to earth. You can tell George’s Plumbing isn’t all about business, they are about making an impression and gaining the trust of new clients. 5 stars isn’t enough for a rating. It’s hard to find food genuine people, that not only are good, wholesome and pay it forward but who also run a business. We greatly appreciate everything Anthony did for US! Great plumber. They came out at a reasonable time to do an assessment on relocating a drain line for a washing machine. Shortly after agreeing to the work being done, they started. Anthony came out and was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. The pricing was fair and the work was done properly. Iwill be using them in the future!

My wife and I woke up to water in our mudroom and we could hear water running inside of the wall where it shouldn't have been. The washer and dryer used to be hooked up in that room before we bought the house so we knew we had a broken pipe. I called George's plumbing at around 7:15 am and they told me they had a guy on his way to a non-emergency job and that he would reroute him to our house. Anthony arrived at our house before 8:00 am and immediately diagnosed and began fixing the problem. Anthony removed ship-lap from the wall, found the leaking pipe leading to the washer hookup we don't use, cut off and capped the pipes, and patched and reinstalled the ship-lap in under an hour. Not only we're we blown away with the speed and quality of services, the price was FAR less than we anticipated. Thank you for the phenomenal service and VERY reasonable price. George's will be our first call for any future plumbing repairs.

I was replacing my kitchen faucet and had to cut off the main water valve. When I turned the water back on, the valved snapped and began spraying water. I opened the front door to go turn the water off at the street and I immediately saw Anthony and Avery in their George's Plumbing truck. They were receptive to giving the wife a price for the repair and helped me with turning the water off at the street. The price was fair and they went to the supply house got the part and had everything fixed in about an hour. Turns out they had just finished a job for my neighbor, I'm glad they were there. Excellent knowledgeable guys, excellent job thanks.

COSTLY , SLOW, and OVER CHARGED HOURS.
The technician came on time. The work was to replace the kitchen faucet and fix the bath tub knob leakage. Precisely he took 1 hour 35 minutes for fix everything end to end including going home depot (took 30+ mins for 5 mins drive) and get the rubber washers.
They charged for 2 hours and i questioned it. The technician said the 2 hours is including everything (writeups, payment processing, calling the next customers for their appointment, blah-bhah, etc.) which is nonsense.
Definitely will not recommend if you are looking for a FAIR priced, genuine folks to work at hourly rate.

Anthony is absolutely amazing he has been to my home on multiple occasions, and every time he is extremely clean, courteous and professional. Sometimes it’s hard being a woman having men come to your home do certain things because they try to get over. I didn’t feel like that when Anthony was talking to me he was honest he was open and he fix the problem. I really appreciate and value good customer service, and Anthony provides just that everytime. Yesterday (08/15/18), I needed a plumber late at night. George's Plumbing was referred by a friend. I called and George answered and was very honest with me. He stated that he would come out to the house first thing in the morning, because I was able to wait. If not he would have sent someone out right then and there. They called prior to coming to let me know they were on their way, all prior to 8 am!!!! Anthony showed up. He was very polite and pleasant. A contractor we used years prior incorrectly installed plumbing for our bathroom renovation, which we only discovered when replacing the toilet this year. We uncovered mold that had seeped all through our bathroom and laundry room, up the walls, down to the subfloor and crawlspace.... needless to say, a disaster. The same day I called, George arrived, quickly diagnosed the source, and gave me all necessary paperwork for insurance purposes. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I accidentally cut into a copper pipe while taking down some drywall causing a leak. After shutting off the main valve outside, I searched for a plumber on Google and found George's Plumbing so decided to give him a call. He answered my call and took down my information, but also assured me that I'd have someone stop by that same day. Anthony, the plumber, called in advance to provide his ETA. He arrived on time and was very polite. He kept his work area clean and used his time efficiently. In less than an hours time I was able to turn my water back on. The price was less than half of what the other companies quoted my wife. All in all please do yourselves a favor and give these guys a shot, you won't regret it. Thank you Anthony.

One of the most excellent experiences I've had dealing with home repair and what could be a very problematic issue. Georges came the same day as the call and even showed up earlier than anticipated. They didn't beat around the bush to try to upsell me on anything. They found the issue fixed and saved me so much money in water damage in the process. We searched for a highly rated plumber. We needed two gas lines run for two fireplaces. We did not experience a professional service. I was told I had to schedule in the morning, so my husband took the morning off but they didn’t show up until 2pm. He could have been rescheduled due to emergency or let us know ahead of time so my husband did not need to miss work. When they arrived it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Albeit very nice, it was not a smooth process and it appeared they were struggling the entire time (several hours). A couple trips out for various supplies, and not having something as basic as a spray bottle with soap to check for leaks, holes being cut and recut, the struggling... I was concerned with quality. A brick had been placed backwards in the fireplace that cannot now be fixed because a cut was made in the corner. The brick was not grouted/sealed back in place. And the worst....my small stove fireplace was pushed across my hardwood floors leaving permanent scratched. They left at 9pm with the gas lines run, but neither hooked up to working fireplaces. I turned the gas off out of fear. When I contacted George about how much the bill was for this low quality work, George said he would come back the next day. He did, polished the floor (put a bandaid on permanent damage) and still many hours later, they left and still neither fireplace works. They said they would return but please don’t. This has been a waste. I am appalled that we weren’t offered a small refund for the damage to our floor and for our bad experience. I have photos of how our area was left the fist night, and evidence of one of the scratches after it was covered with oil. I am not happy at all. This was a rip off and a complete disrespect to us as customers.

Terrible experience - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Many promises. Many missed appointments. 2 men came out separately, neither could install the fixture. I (a 70 yo man) got tied of all the BS, watched a few YouTube videos and installed the fixture myself. No leaks, no runs, no errors. BTW, still had to pay the $100.00 service fee because a service man did come out. He claimed I did not have the correct parts. I installed with the parts I had. Total RIP OFF.

Called around 7 p.m. on a Saturday night with sewage backing up in my tub and a house full of people over , Anthony and Nathan arrived not even an hour later and were not only polite but walked me through the process and the amount of the job before beginning which I really appreciated! They didn't come in and just ho-hum around but got down to business and did their job thoroughly, they stayed untill my drains ran freely, testing and retesting untill I was satisfied, then my valve on my toilet had a slow leak prior to these guys arriving and they fixed that for me at no extra cost which was a plus for me! They quickly cleaned the bathroom ending up leaving it better than before,lol, but I was extremely happy with these guys, I highly reccomend Georges Plumbing and will refer him and his company to anyone that ask around for a plumber! I had a minor leak from one of the pipes in my crawl space so I gave George a call late in the day. He answered right away and came early the next day. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me options on what to do. He explained everything in a way I could understand. Then he fixed it in a matter of minutes and that was that! He doesn't over charge like most companies do and he didn't push anything on me (like big companies do). Wish I found him sooner when our sewer main broke. I comoletely recommend him if you need any plumbing help.

So thankful I called George's plumbing! I completely severed a water line going to my fridge and had to shut off the water to the whole house because the valve for the fridge line was inaccessible. I called George's plumbing at 6pm and they were at my house ready to work before 8pm. They solved the issue in minutes and even helped troubleshoot an issue I was having with my fridge. Best of all was the professionalism and affordability. No evening or after hour fees, no hidden cost whatsoever. They quoted me at a great price and did a great job. I called on Thursday about a pipe that was leaking in my crawl space from the kitchen sink and was told they couldn't come out until Monday.
On Monday at 11:00 am I had still not heard anything about my job so I called to verify that we were on the schedule. I was told that we were. The technician never showed up and I did not receive a call. A technician finally showed up Tuesday morning and fixed the problem. Unfortunately when my husband got home he went down in the crawl space to check things out and there was a big puddle of water left by the technician. My husband clean up the mess from the leak over the weekend and we had not used it for several days so that the technician could do the work. We didn't expect that he would leave a mess for us to clean up after the problem was fixed.

This is the first time I have used George's Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. We had a leaky toilet and slow-draining tub. George answered my call around 9a.m. and estimated same-day availability at noon. He called around 10a.m. to say he could head my way. We had an excellent experience. Owner, George, answered his phone, I described the problem and he scheduled the appointment. Anthony showed up on time, was extremely competent and obviously very experienced. Very nice man too.

Had a backup in my house (not an emergency) and called George afterhours on a Saturday. Left a message and he called me back within about 30 minutes and scheduled a visit for Sunday. Technician showed up on time and thoroughly explained what he was doing every step of the way. Make sure you get a quote before hand, everything wouldve been fine before 5 hours of redirecting piping in open walls came out to 1800 dollars. When asked how the cost was so high I was quickly offered 200 dollars off. But still didn't seem right. Came up with the excuse that he thought they were coming back to do more work. Which was never agreed upon, or even talked about. And none of that was reflected in the itemized bill. Still came out to 1000 dollars which still seemed a bit much. Wouldn't recommend. For someone who wouldn't know the difference in construction costs and hourly rates they would be out 2000 dollars. Highly recommend looking into a different place. Reviews looked good. Would never use again.

However the guys that came were extremely respectful, and did great work. It seems to be more of a problem with greed in the person who owns the company. This is the first and only review ill probably ever right. I just don't believe in screwing over people other people. I'm not naive, and I hope he doesn't get anyone else like that

It was a difficult leak to find since it only occurred when someone was actually in the shower using it. They came back twice to figure out the problem and did an excellent job. I picked up George's Plumbing card while at Comet purchasing parts. I've used the company twice and I'm truly impressed. In a day where customer service is ify and prices are soaring, George's plumbing truly strives for excellence while passing on true, fair pricing.

During this last job I noticed that the plumber was very focused and double checking his work. I mentioned his attention to detail and while writing my ticket (multi-tasking!); he told me that George's Plumbing is different in terms of high owner expectations. In fact, the young man shared that he had been fired by the owner for oversleeping and not getting to work on time. Amazingly, the employee understood why he was fired...that his not being there meant that a job had to be cancelled. So, how is it that George's plumbing rehired him? And this is why I love this George story...because the employee really understood that there are consequences in life (every parent and employer's dream) and that the owner was wise enough to see the talent/budding maturity and how to shape second chances...for everyone's advantage.

George's plumbing doesn't advertise this, but apparently the owner's expectation is: do it well and do it right the first time. Sales folks say that all the time. But when you see it in action, all you can say is...WOW.

I was very impressed with the prompt service the 1st time I called when my entire house backed up. They came out, cleared the line but unfortunately beyond their control it was temporary and I needed to replace my outside main line. They came back a few days later and replaced it. Georges has been out SEVERAL times to my home to fix what they said was a clogged pipe. Blamed me saying it was grease build up. It wasnt. The cast iron pipe is broken. They even ran a camera and said they only saw grease. I dont pour grease down my drain, im not ignorant as ive always loved with cast iron pipes in other homes. Im currently at home with another plumber using his camera, showing us how our pipe broke under our home and why we kept having since NOVEMBER. It is now February. I threw money away using Georges and i urge you not to do the same.

I had an exterior hose faucet break off at the joint with the water supply pipe in the exterior wall. Couldn’t cap the pipe so had to turn off all the water to the house. Called one of the plumbers that advertise a lot on TV and they came out and gave me a quote; seemed high even for one of the TV outfits. Got George’s Plumbing number from a plumbing supply store. I googled him and saw he had great reviews so I figured I’d give him a try. Short version: faucet replaced in half the time, and about a third of the cost, of the other guy’s estimate! George has “Why flush money down the toilet?” painted on the side of his truck, I’ll go with that!! I saved hundreds of $s.

Late this afternoon I had a leak in the wall that was starting to flood the laundry closet. I called George's Plumbing and they sent out Seth and Anthony that evening. They were amazing! They quickly traced the leak - both hot and cold shutoff valves were leaking like crazy. They replaced the valves, some Qest pipe that was connected to the valves and the Washing Machine Outlet Box. Everything was done in under 3 hours. They were super efficient, very thorough and cleaned up before they left. The cost was very reasonable. I cannot completely tell you how happy I am for using George's Plumbing. Anthony was absolutely amazing and saved me SO much cost and headache. Was told by my home warranty plumber that I would need to remove cabinets and my granite countertop and backsplash to replace a pipe with PVC. I viewed several companies online but George was by far the most reasonable and the kindest to talk to. After countless attempts at different plumbers coming out and not fixing our issues in the house. We got a reccommendation from someone we know who suggested George's Plumbing inc. I am so glad we decided to give them a call. Anthony showed up right on time he was professional and friendly. You could tell that he cared about his work and he even checked his work to make sure everything was running properly. We are extremely impressed and you can not beat the price, This company is honest and extremely professional do yourself a favor and call them! I wish we knew about them sooner. I will be telling everyone to use them for plumbing issues! George’s plumbing is very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to fix a leaking water meter at my condo association. They said they would come a week later on Friday 0800-0900. At 0915 I called to see why they had not arrived. I was told there was another job that ran long and they would be there 1200-1300. At 1500 I called again to see what their new plan was since they were going to turn off water to the entire complex for a few hours. He said they would be there around 1630. At 1900 I called and was told they were too busy to come and I should find somebody else to do the job. He should have told me that when I called the week before!
I called another plumber who was excellent, they called to let me know they were on the way, and they would arrive 5 min later than planned. They assessed the issue and made an appointment to come back in a few days. They were very professional and fixed the leak quickly.
I highly recommend calling anyone but George’s Plumbing or expect that they may never show up.

Anthony and Nate came on time to unclog my entire upstairs. They were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and took extra time to clean up after themselves. Price was way better than A1 Plumbing who charged 4x as much and the line clogged again three months later! I’ve thrown out all of the other plumbers’ phone numbers and I’ll only go back to George’s from now on.

I researched countless plumbers to install a reverse osmosis system and was pleasantly surprised when Anthony showed up.

I was thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how much pride he took in his work. He was efficient, mindful of making sure the area was spotless/clean upon completion and made sure all of my questions were answered.

What I found most helpful is that I never felt at any moment the job was rushed or his attention was elsewhere.

I would definitely call on him and highly recommend him for any future plumbing needs.

First of all they picked up the phone when I called unlike other plumbers. I was given a day and an estimated time for there arrival and I got a call about an hour ahead of time. That is very important to me with any service. But anyways I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink. The technician was nice and got the job done. And on top of that the price was reasonable. I didn't have to pay an arm and a Ieg. I will be definitely calling them for future needs.

We recommend George 100%. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Day, flooding our garage. The only way to stop the water was to turn off the water main to the house. We have 2 babies, and while we could’ve survived a few days without plumbing, it would have made life pretty challenging. After calling numerous “emergency plumbers” and either getting no answer or told they couldn’t make it out for a few days, we finally got in touch with George. He answered his phone immediately and listened to the problem. He let us know he had several calls ahead of us but was working through them as fast as he could, and to expect him late or the next morning. He arrived much sooner than we expected and had the problem repaired and our water back on in a few minutes. We were expecting to pay through the nose on Christmas, but his rate was very reasonable, what you’d expect for a regular call. We could tell he was one of the few folks out there responding on Christmas because even as he worked on our pipes, he got call after call. No question, a top notch experience. We have ourselves our new go-to plumber.

Best experience with a plumbing contractor ever. There was a leak somewhere between my kitchen sink and the refrigerator across the room, in the line that goes to the water/ice maker. When the plumber came out to assess and give me an estimate, he did a thorough job of examining what could have caused it and what would correct it and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate on the spot. He came up with a pretty creative solution that would ensure a similar leak wouldn't happen in the future.

When he arrived ON TIME to do the work, he was focused, friendly and completely professional, completing the project in a very reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after himself.

Excellent work. I will hire this company again for future projects.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called on Saturday at 230 for a completely clogged drain. Had them at my business by 345 and Anthony quickly found the problem, fixed it and got my restaurant up and running in about 45 minutes to an hour. Anthony was professional, worked cleanly and made sure the drain was cleared before leaving. Also the cost was half of what most wanted and the other guys said Sunday or Monday before they would get to me. Thanks Anthony and George's Plumbing. Will definitely call you guys for all plumbing issues in the future

Brand new, *very* satisfied customer. George and Anthony are great! We had the unfortunate luck of having our kitchen sink clog on Thanksgiving morning in the middle of preparing our meal. We waited until Friday to reach out to plumbers and even the national chains would not come out until Monday. That was understandable as it was a long holiday weekend. I had gotten in touch with George's Plumbing to set up an appt for Monday but he said he *might* be able to do it Saturday. Well boy were we ecstatic when George called me back and informed me that he had a tech available to do the job Friday night! Anthony came by promptly and was very kind, courteous, and informative. He unclogged our drain in no time and informed us that all their work is warranteed. This business knows how to treat and serve its customers. We are VERY happy with their service and look forward to using them for all our future plumbing needs. Their pricing was also very reasonable!

I had purchased and moved into a home just 5 days prior when I had a blockage and backup in my only bathroom. I called several places but George’s was very responsive and up front about pricing. They came out and cleared the blockage as well as identified some issues with my pipes/clean out.

Had problem valve/hose for washing machine was leaking water would not stop even when washer water turned off. I shut off water to my house to make it stop leaking. I’ve used George of George’s Plumbing twice. He’s very knowledgeable about all things plumbing and his services are priced right. He was able to detect the issue I was having with a major leak in my master bathroom and fix it immediately. He’s fast and reliable. Don’t go with the big name guys who charge you $69 just for coming out before doing any work. Call George, you won’t be disappointed !

worse customer service ever. called late last week and didnt get anyone to answer. when they called me back they said they would have somebody out in the morning. The supposed tech showed up a little late and was very un clear on what i needed done. After he looked at the piping he said it all needed to be replaced and could not fix it with out cutting alot of my walls open and that he sees this all the time, this employee couldnt have been but maybe 21 years old at the oldest and i decided to get a second opinion and sent him on his way. the other company that came out was able to fix the issue by only cutting one small hole and feeding the pipe up to the other technician and had the problem resolved in under 2 hours. i do not recommend as the guy georges sent out obviously didnt have the experience

After reading the low star reviews I got exactly what I should have expected. The tech arrived over 3 hours late with no call advising if he was actually coming or not. I was then charged for 3 hours worth of work, for a 45 minute repair due to him having to make a run to Home Depot for parts… You would think it should be the responsibility of the plumbing company to ensure their techs have adequately stocked trucks to perform standard leak repair services. If not, and considering you’re 3 hours late and it’s 5PM- Just reschedule the repair rather than saying you can do it, then “needing parts”, and charging the customer for traffic/store time as a result of poor preparation. Not to mention Home Depot is a stones throw from my rental property… It’s overpriced to begin with but that’s just crooked to say the least. If you’re looking for a quick repair service on any sort of reasonable budget look somewhere else. Next time I’ll YouTube it and save myself the $300 I spent on having George’s Plumbing put plumbers putty on toilet/sink piping AKA “perform my leak repairs”… The company pushes reviews for the customers they provide exceptional service to just to keep their stars high, it’s unfortunate because it appears they’re capable of providing good service…just not to “everyone”?… Take that how you will and try your luck if you want, I’d never recommend it.

He also repaired a refrigerator gate valve and capped off a water supply line under my wet bar — converting it to a dry bar (no sink, but full of spirits). Well worth the wait and service received. Just had a great experience with George's. I called 2 days prior for an estimate and they called on the day scheduled saying they would be here within the hour. They fixed 3 leaky valves in no time at all. One under my sink, the cold water for my washer and the garden hose. Very polite, top notch customer service and even taught me something while they were here. Would recommend to a friend and will definitely call again if I need anything else plumbing.

We called George on a Sunday explaining that we had a leak under the house. Anthony and Avery arrived on Monday found not one but 3 leaks . Even though it was evening, they worked until everything was fixed. We were very pleased with the the way they explained what was wrong and showed us photos of the defective pipes. Wish I could give more stars! From the start George was professional and straight to the point. He gave me a reasonable price and walked me through how my project was going to get completed (rerouting drain and water lines). A project that a few other plumbers were unwilling to take on. His plumber Anthony arrived on time as discussed and got to work. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. After the job was completed, he took extra time to test everything out just to make sure I didn’t have any issues. The completed work exceeded my expectations! This day in age it’s hard to hire contractors, plumbers, and electricians without feeling like you are being deceived and getting price gouged. I not once got that vibe from George’s Plumbing. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, honest, and knowledgeable company to do your plumbing work, George’s plumbing is the way to go.

Finding a good contractors is a mission in itself. If you are looking for a plumber your mission has even completed. George and his team (Anthony ) is top tier. The quality of work by far exceed the cost. I first had two toilets replaced. Seamless process. All I had to do was open the door . They handles everything. Retrieved the toilet and all accessories from the supplier then installed and disposed of the older toilet. Another reasonable prices project m.

-I have a multiunit and I wanted to separate the water lines. A project I’ve been trying to complete for several years . Many plumbers deterred me from doing the project. Quoted me outrageous prices. My first pleasant experience with a plumber when calling on an emergency. Even when he was busy on another call I could tell In his voice I wasn't a bother. He was patient while I described my problem. Gave me an estimated time when he could be at my house and was early even when it was down pouring rain. Fixed my problem with a smile on his face.
