Daniel from Pro Max was very impressive. We had been without hot water for 5 days and kept getting outrageous quotes from other companies. We felt like they are trying to take advantage of our situation. Daniel gave us a quote over the phone and we had hot water the next morning, and what he had quoted us. He was quick, clean and efficient. We will absolutely recommend and employ Pro Max in the future. I can't say enough about the service we received.

With my initial phone call, Technician Gary came out to provide a verbal estimate, and I scheduled the service on my tankless hot water heater for the following week. Gary arrived on time, and did the work efficiently to flush and clean the flame sensors. Gary was knowledagble about the tankless hot water heater system and did a fine job.

Arrived on time, although 4 days after the problem occurred (no A/C for 4 days). Diagnosed the problem; left to get parts; returned and installed; restored A/C, all for a mere $1,700. Even though we have, for over 10 years, had a 5 year service contract, we did not feel we received the timely service advertised. Next, when I questioned the bill, an even $1,700, in light of past experience of receiving a discount (20%) because we have a service contract, I still have received no answer. Finally, today, we saw a rep. to discuss a new unit for our casita (the current one is 17 years old) we were advised that, to cool 240 Sq. Ft., the replacement unit would cost $10,000. And, we were also told there was no inventory anyway. So, we will wait until the unit dies, and then explore options - elsewhere. Overall, however, the service and sales people were great.

We have used Right Now Plumbing for multiple services, including installation of a central air conditioning system and water heater repair. Every time they have been professional, communicative, prompt, competitively priced and very thorough. We definitely recommend them for all of you plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Five stars out of five for sure.

Richard Tow did a great job. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. He did not try to sell me the kitchen sink. He showed me his concerns and was very professional about it. I will request him for the duration of my contract.

It's never enjoyable to have a plumbing emergency, but this company's availability around-the-clock saved the day. A tense circumstance was made manageable by the prompt reaction, professionalism, and superb job.

These guys did a fabulous job at my house unclogging a drain. This was no ordinary “too many potato peels” clog either! It was in the major kitchen drain pipe and years of grease from the previous owner. It was a fight but he got it done! The plumber was a nice guy. The price was fair. We’ll recommend them to others!

From the first call to SertAll it was a great experience with friendly people on the other end. What I am thrilled though most about is the tech they sent Shawn Johnson. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service he gave my husband and I. We just moved from out of state to Sun City Summerlin and being elderly we are used to be taken advantage of or disregarded. Shawn not only installed out new unit he took the time as if we were his parents or grandparents to show us every button knob and item having to do with running a water softener., What a delight in this man.
