On April 9, 2018 I had a major water heater leak and contacted VPS and within 45 minutes Jonathan responded and accessed my water heater situation and within an hour he removed and replaced my water heater with a new one. He went over and above expected levels of service, walking me through how to maintain the water heater without needing a plumber. On 12/29/2016 I called Vegas Pluming. I was told by the service person that answered the phone that a Tech Miguel would arrive at my house with in 3 hours of my call. To my surprise Miguel arrived at my house within the hour of my call. Miguel was very knowledgeable about my unit. He explained what could be the issue and gave several options on what could be done to resolve the issue. Miguel was very efficient in fixing the issue that I had with my water heater. Over all I would recommend to all my friends and family to contact Vegas Plumbing for all of their plumbing repairs. I had a water softener/filtration system installed. Vegas Plumbing sent someone out right away to give an estimate. The plumber showed up at the agreed time and was very professional. Nick explained everything in terms that could be easily understood. I decided to go with one of the systems offered by Vegas Plumbing and Nick was able to come out and install it the next day. Thermostat system on my 8 year old heating unit went out and was not worth replacing. After going over all options and pricing, it made more economical sense to upgrade to a tankless water heater. I have to give Vegas Plumbing stellar marks across the board. When it came time to replace my hot water tank in my garage they responded in a timely manner on what was one of the hottest days of the year. Service tech was professional in every way despite battling the extreme heat in the garage. What should have been a hour job at the most became a 2 hour job due to his having to take breaks. My heart truly went out to him. I can't comment on the cost because I didn't do a comparison with other services but the tank installed was a well known brand that I feel confident will give good service.

Good Response… smooth installation.

We purchased our home in January with a homeowners warrantee. Monday night our water heater went out and since it looked new and there was a Vegas Plumbing Sticker on it I called them on Tuesday to see if was under manufacture's warrantee. Danny answered and after I gave my address he said he could have someone over that day. I told him if it wasn't under warrantee I had a home protection plan and would use that ($75.00 co-pay). He said fine & gave me a time but didn't take my name or anything. His guy came about 5:30 that evening and said that probably needed new gas control box or worst case a new unit. My husband told him we'd call our home warrantee company since it would be cheaper than the $320-800.00 He quoted. The plumber came from our home warrantee the next day (2 days cold showers YIKES!) took one look at it and said oh it's the reset button!! He pushed this little button ONCE and voila it started right up! Good news? It cost $75.00 for a guy to come out and push a button (least hubby knows where it is now!). Bad news? It cost $75.00 for a guy to come out and press a button when the plumber from the company that INSTALLED THE WATER HEATER was too interested in trying to make money! You would think in the interest of keeping customers that he would have offered the simple option-even if he charged a service call! We would have paid that over going without hot water an extra day! Very disappointed and will obviously not use or recommend to my neighbors, family or friends!

We recently purchased a house in Vegas and wanted a little help knowing what maintenance is recommended when caring for a water heater. They said they could send someone out free of charge to just speak with me and give our unit a quick look.

Great service. My water heater stopped working this morning and so I called Vegas Plumbing Service. They were here within 25 minutes from when I first called. Gary was the technician sent to my house, he was very friendly, professional and helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my heater while at the same time giving me options that would solve my problem. The installer Gary came the day before on time said he could do the work in 2 hours or less give us a price that was unmatched by other companies returned the next day completing it in an hour and a half removing the old tank hauling it away cleaned up all leaks and spills being courteous and professional the whole time. Placed a call June 19th, 2018 for water heater replacement. Current heater was under warranty. I was told that we would see a repairman between 2 pm and 5 pm. At 2:55, I received a call that he would arrive in 20 minutes. Jonathan arrived right on time! He made a quick evaluation, had a replacement on the truck! He estimated 2 hours but the job was completed in 1 hour 15 minutes. And the price was excellent!

These guys came through for me many times weather it was at my place of employment or at my home. Highly recommended.

I had a busted water heater that needed to be replaced, and after talking to a bunch of other companies it seemed like everyone wanted to get the most money out of me. They quoted me on high hourly some quoted me on just the heater not all the piping work and new pan. I was about to do it myself until I was referred to Matt and his team and he was able to give me a break down and was able to work with me on the price. They also came very fast as they said they would. He took about an hour and a half knocking the project out. Great clean work and will use them anytime we have a water issue in my home.

Definitely wouldn't have expected my home to turn into the Titanic at 0100 on a Thursday, but it did! Fortunately I called Vegas Plumbing for help. Typically when hiring a service, you get to pick 2 from the iron triangle (fast. cheap. good) but with this company, you really do get all 3. It probably helped that my landlord (who's a thoroughly trained in the art of renegotiation) actually paid for it ... BUT that was only because Gary had convinced him to let professionals handle the situation instead of said landlord having a buddy of his turn my house into a major construction site. I called Vegas Plumbing Service to obtain an estimate to replace and install my 50 Gal.. water heater..They sent out a technician to my home within three hours after my call and provided me with the Estimate. Gary is one of best plumbers I have ever had do work for me. He re-plumbed our downstairs shower to allow for taller guests and fixed an issue with my water heater not properly set up for the pressure relief by the original installer. His finished work is always exactly as you would expect from a high quality plumber.

This is our second time we've used Vegas Plaumbing, and Matt was out guy. After installing a new softener last year, our hot water heater went. They came out right away and insalled a new unit. Cleaned up afterward, and it's working like a charm. Reasonably priced, but great service.

Having discovered that my three year old water heater had basically imploded causing some serious water problems called Vegas Plumbing and had the unit replaced.The service person replaced it promptly at a labor only charge which will include a one year anniversary draining of the unit.I felt good about dealing with VP after dealing with a nasty water issue.Looking forward to their return visit.Please excuse my inability to recall the serviceman’s name inasmuch as it’s been some time since the problem occurred but he did a great job on his end.

Couldn’t be happier. Lost hot water on a Sunday. Called VPS, and they had a technician to my house in less then one hour. He quickly found and fixed the issue at a very reasonable rate. Excellent work, and I’ve had no recurring hot water problems since.

My water heater had a a small Leak… my water sensor went off. I knew what it was. Way over due 13+ years it lasted. Called them up before the leak got worse and did more damage. This is around 5pm… had a guy in the area finishing a job was there by 6 pm. I’m n n out and replaced it. Great work! Highly recommend

The technician James, did a great job with the installation of my new 50 gal. hot water heater; timely, through, and professional; the company also responded very quickly; would use them again....

I called due to my hot water heater leaking on a Saturday morning. Within 45 mins of my phone call Dave the service technician was at my door to replace my water heater. Dave noticed that my current water heater also had 3 issues that were not up to code standard. Within 1 1/2 hours I had a new hot water heater and all code issues were corrected by Dave. A half hour later I was enjoying a nice hot bath. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable with his plumbing skills. My hot water heater decided not to play nice anymore on Easter Sunday. First thing Monday morning I called VPS (and a bunch of other places to shop around) for replacement. They sent someone out almost immediately. I called at about 8:30 am and Gary was at my door by about 10am to take a look and give me a free estimate. After looking it over Gary gave me an estimate that I thought was very fair, and he was ready to do the job right there on the spot. I had hot water within the hour. I am very satisfied with the entire interaction. Gary was kind and did a great job (and quickly too!).

Nicholas showed up ON TIME and when I showed him the problem, he knew what to do and fixed it in less than an hour. There were no hiccups and he didn’t try to hard to sell me on anything extra. Just simple and efficient and friendly… just the way it should be.

Called yesterday to set up appointment for water heater set me up 11-2 never bothered to show up they called after and asked if they can reschedule and I accept. Set me up for 8-10am same no show or call. At this point we decided to go with GOETTL set up appointment. Wanted to have the decency of letting Vegas plumbing know and what I got in return was them hanging up the phone on me. This tells me how important their customers or future customers means to them. What a disappointment.

When I called Vegas Plumbing Service who is affiliated With Sun City Garage Door, they were prompt in coming to service my broken water heater. I was very pleased with the reps that came. Gary was our rep but another team member had accidentally came too and stayed to help Gary drain the heater. They provided great recommendations and all the service such as draining heater and removing with replacing along with new pipes for a great price to replace our water heater. We called Gary back to get the new heater because we had to wait for our insurance adjuster and He came within the next day. We even went from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon and they were able to put a pipe through the wall in case the water heater floods out again in the future at no extra cost. I found my water heater badly leaking one day, having never thought about it since buying the house. Vegas Plumbing Service had a 21 year old sticker on the old water heater, which was installed in 2003. They sent a tech out within 2 hours of my call who was able to go through my options on site. He had everything he needed to install a new water heater within an hour. I paid 2400 for a new heater with a 10 year warranty. Thats with included service. He explained how to reset the pilot light, clean out the buildup of sediment every 6 months, and said they can always talk you through help over the phone. They charge 70 dollars to come out and do maintenance, so to be able to do it myself every 6 months is welcome. Sounded pretty easy.
I needed their service two days before christmas eve, so I really didn't expect I was going to be able to get someone out that week, let alone that day. Excellent service and product. 10 out of 10.

Matt was amazing plumber. He was professional, kind, honest on time, friendly, informative, helpful and quick. My Mom’s water heater died and they came out within hours to replace it. The warranty company First American we use had sent a previous plumber who lied and said we had structural damage and that our bill would be 2000.00 for just the placement and construction repairs. With my initial phone call, Technician Gary came out to provide a verbal estimate, and I scheduled the service on my tankless hot water heater for the following week. I can’t recommend this company more. We’ve used them 2 years ago to fix the joke of a job the warranty company did and wow! Vegas plumbing was not only affordable, the job they did was flawless! My Technician arrived on time for an issue I was having with my hot water only reaching 88 degrees. He was very thorough and at first it appeared my fairly new water heater would need replacing. Soon after saying that though he found the true issue. It was as simple as turning the water heater heat up. Saved me $1,800. Not the first time they have been here and saved my bacon.

I noticed water leaking out of the bottom of my hot water tank. I called up Vegas plumbing service as they were the ones who originally installed it. I found out it was still under warranty so they would just charge me for the install and not a new water heater.

The service was performed on July 20 2019. I called on Friday evening and Vegas Plumbing was able to do a morning visit on Saturday. Matthew was the tech that came to do the job. I showed him the issue, which our tank was leaking. He cleaned up the water out of the water tray, lighted up the water heater, and we noticed there was a small leak. Probably pin hole size. I knew the tank was going to have to be replaced. Matthew said he had the same size of tank in the utility van and would be able to switch it out. We discussed the warranty options and I went with the platinum plan. It was only a few hundred more than what Lowes offered and a way better warranty plan.

I have a heat pump timer hooked up to my tank and Matthew was able to hook it up to the new tank at no extra cost, due to he had all the copper fittings to make it happen. Once he had the tank installed and hooked up to all the fittings, he showed me how the tank operates and recommended the best setting for our household. It's now November, and the tank is still at the same setting.

I was very impressed with Matthew's service and the opportunity he gave me of being able choose the best option for me from the multiple options that Vegas Plumbing has to offer.

I had a broken water heater with no way to shut down the water so flooding the garage. Vegas plumbing we’re here in 30 minutes and the plumber went way beyond the call of duty, first trying to stop the water ( corroded valves) and then dealing with the water Co. Pricing was great too - I would definitely recommend!
