We recently had Emergency Air Heating & Cooling install a beautiful new Carrier central A/C system in our home in a little less than a day. Technician Robert Patrick and installers Jerardo and Andy and drywall guy, Danny, were all extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. The crew arrived exactly on time on the day of installation, setup the new equipment for installation, removed all the old equipment and installed the new system in a most efficient manner. Due to the size of the new system, the access opening to the attic needed to be enlarged and the modifications were completed perfectly without leaving any damage or mess. All our questions were answered, and the operation of the new system was clearly explained. We could not ask for a better contractor for delivering everything we wanted, asked for and what they promised.

Michael came to do a standard A/C checkup from our agreement with emergency air and took time to explain to us about the benefits of electrostatic air filters. I recently purchased a new AC unit for my rental property. Emergency was notified in the morning, came out the same day and found the problem. My experience with home repairs has been awful and taken weeks. This problem was resolved the same day especially in HOT Arizona.

Caleb is in sales and of course his job is to upsell. We like to repair before replacing. Caleb kept shaking his head and discouraged us from repairing considering the age of unit, 11 yrs. Brand of unit, Goodman. He kept mentioning the unit being so close to the swamp cooler it was going to be very difficult to install the part. Amount of repair, $1600! My gosh I'm glad we had the cash to pay this exorbitant bill. Extremely high priced blower motor! Or your labor charge is outrageous. One or the other. Robert was here for maybe an hour installing it. He never once complained and I believe is more capable than Caleb leads me to believe. Good, fast or cheap. You can only pick two. I hope this job was good and fast because it wasn't cheap or even reasonable. Sorry you didn't get a bigger commission Caleb.In response to your reply below. Are you a finance company or an HVAC company?I'll manage my money. You manage yours.You didn't even touch on the subject of the price of the part or the labor charge. One or the other is outrageous.

I just wanted to say a few words about the service that I just received from Emergency Air. Caleb Garver was our technician and he was GREAT !!! He was very nice, explained everything that he was doing and explained the operation of the system. I signed a 5 year contract to have my system serviced 2 times per year. It was a very fair price. Thanks Caleb......your professionalism was very much appreciated !!! I would recommend Caleb and Emergency Air to anyone.

Last week I was on my couch watching t.v. When I noticed I was perspiring? I went to check the temperature in my home which I keep at 76, the thermostat read 90! I did a search on my phone & found Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call & within 90 minutes a Technician was at my door. Has been my main A/C service for 10 years now. Love the communication and response about everything! Pat E has been my guy the last few times out…for various things from new installations to me worried about weird sounds. Turns out it was a bent wire cover just vibrating! No issues! Perfect still.

Robert Patrick was the most amazing person to work with... He was very upfront and honest about what I needed for my home... He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.... If you ever have the chance to work with Robert Patrick I would strongly recommend him to anybody he represents the company very well. He was very upfront about everything....What I liked about him the most was that he did not try to upsell me he told me what I needed and what was recommended and what he thought would be the best fit for my home.... And what he showed me looked very affordable he even told me that there was financing options if need be and that he would be able to help with that process if I needed it he was just an amazing person to work with so polite so honest and so helpful I give that man 5 Stars himself lol. They didn't just recommend the most expensive AC unit they gave you several options to choose from several different payment options as well.

Mike (Michael) came out and did an inspection/diagnostic after numerous home warranty calls and run around with no fix or resolution. He proved to be totally professional, extremely knowledgeable, and experienced. He was patient with me and not pushy at all. He gave me different options and long term consequences of each option. After getting all the facts I decided to get a brand new unit. Just had RT from Emergency Air service out ac unit. This was definitely the best inspection/review/maintenance I have ever had in the seven years that we have owned our house. RT who in my mind proved extremely knowledgeable and professional, ensured we were fully aware of all the readings and what they meant. I have been a customer of Emergency Air for the past 3 years. Every year has been good when they have serviced /maintance my air-conditioner. Customer service is excellent and very helpful. The service gentelman, Gerald Largo that came over today 07/28/2023 for service was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with Gerald Largo, since he walked in, sharp dressed,covered his clean shoe to enter my home, introduced himself, he was professional, attentive and most of all detail oriented. He squeaky cleaned the inside of my air-conditioner compresor like no other service tech has done in the past. As a matter of fact, past technicians never even cleaned the compresor coils. Gerald showed me before and after pictures of the work, which really impressed me how clean it was after. Gerald Largo also cleaned the air-conditioner coils as well as the draining pipes in the attic and explained the procedure as well as the need to keep drainage and coils clean. Gerald is excellent, have great customer service and is the kind of person you can trust to service your air-conditioner.I plan on asking for Gerald Largo to service my air next year. It was a pleasure to have Gerald as a service tech today and thank you Emergency Air for the great service you provide.
I've always only gotten Mike as my technician so I feel he kind of knows me and my family now...lol He has always been a huge help to us. I always can rely him and Emergency Air with any of my AC & Heating needs. Mike is very prompt and efficient with his work. He stayed to answer any questions that I had from the visit and made me feel knowledgeable about the service I needed. I also speak to Amy quite often from the office to schedule my service. She usually calls and reminds me of the service time, thank goodness because I can never remember when it's time 😉. And she's patient with my crazy schedule. Rich did a fine job in performing the annual maintenance. Since the noise problem began just recently, I'm not convinced that it is duct problem. I understand the need to consider some duck improvement, but I would not proceed in that direction just yet. My reason for Rich's visit was to determine if we had a mechanical problem that would potentially put the system at risk of failure. I'm glad there is no immediate act required. In that it is clearly an air flow problem, I'm going to change the filter to a higher quality product to see if it has any effect in reducing the noise. I will review this report with the incoming new owner leave it to his discretion on next steps,

Our AC went out last summer and we were stressing that getting it fixed or replaced was going to cost a fortune and since it was peak AC repair time that it would take forever to have someone come out. We called Emergency Air and they had someone out same day to give us estimates. It ended up being quite a bit cheaper than we expected which was great. When we were told they could be out the next day to install was even better! Kyle was our installer and he was extremely friendly and professional. It also took less time than they estimated. Huge thanks to William and José for my annual cleaning/maintenance service! They were both incredibly kind and professional, and they patiently walked me through all the KPIs with photos and videos to help me understand how my system was operating. I also really appreciated that they wore shoe covers, vacuumed, and replaced my air filters, which are really hard for me to reach with high ceilings. My wife and I recently purchased a $29,000 Carrier HVAC system from Emergency Air (EA). We received several estimates from other businesses and ultimately made our decision to make this extraordinarily expensive investment with Emergency Air. The crew showed up the following morning after we made our purchase on 6/12/23. The installation crew of 4 were done with the installation by mid-afternoon. When I returned home, I noticed that a section of my driveway curbing had been crushed. I didn’t mention this to the EA crew as I needed to confirm what happened with my wife. As I walked into my home the two crew leads were explaining to my wife that we would be very happy with the 7 ton system. After they left I went to admire my two new Carrier units. I suddenly found myself in a state of shock when I noticed that both units were wobbling as they hadn’t been secured to the cement foundations. Additionally, the wiring outside of one unit was wrapped in a glob of electrical tape that spoke volumes to me of indifference, poor training and dismal supervision. After documenting everything I sent pictures of the shabby work to our salesperson. A new crew came out the following day to secure the units and redo the wiring. I asked them to please check the work done installing the two new air handlers in the attic as I was having deep concerns about what I couldn’t see. After spending sometime in the attic they let my wife and I know that everything was all good. Within 3 days on Saturday 6/17, we were reaching back out to EA as the back part of our house was not cooling. The Tech that came out apologized that he wouldn’t be able to get our new 4-Ton unit to go. The following day on Father’s Day, a new highly seasoned tech (that we later learned would be our “warranty manager”) came to help resolve the issue to no avail. He returned for three more days until the issue was finally resolved on 6/21. He noted that the sensors had been reversed in the air handler during the initial installation, Thinking our units were finally working correctly, this past Friday 6/30, our son let us know that his room was not cooling. We again called EA and they were able to have two techs come out on Saturday 7/01, to check on the newest cooling issue with our 4-Ton unit. After a very brief time in our attic the techs came down to inform us that the baffle handling the air to that room had been closed and they opened it up with cool air now circulating the room. In closing, the salesperson, the multiple techs and phone operators have been very friendly and lead me to believe that for the most part they do care. My biggest concern is that some of their installers are in need of significant training and supervision. The cost of repairing my curbing is $500 dollars, which my wife and I have decided to donate to EA to help them improve their training and supervision.

I have been really happy with Emergency Air over the last few years. I signed up for their maintenance program and they send a technician out a few times a year to make sure my units are running smooth and give them a much needed cleaning. Yesterday they sent Gerald out and he was super professional and educated me on some the process, things to look out for, and even looked at a mini-split unit I have in my garage which isn't even part of my maintenance plan. I was super satisfied and was informed about some bacteria I have growing in the blowers. He went over some different options to take care of the issue and it felt great to know that I will be able to take care of it right away before it gets into the ducts and becomes a major problem. Still a satisfied customer.

They don't return email or online contacts. We have a service agreement with them where they are supposed to service our units twice a year. They always have to be nagged to actually do it. Haven't been here since last spring.Added a star because after I reviewed you did contact us back and then scheduled the appointment (they are here right now). To be clear: even the July appointment took us calling 3 times (was supposed to be March) before someone came out. This time, I used the online form and no-one responded at all until I gave this review. All for a service that we paid a lot for on a system we paid a ton for. And we were told it would be scheduled proactively by your staff, not requiring us to pester, before we bought it.
Mom heard some unusual sounds from her ac/heating system. They responded within two hours and checked everything out. Great job. Thank you

Was very impressed with the service provided by Eric Toher from start to finish. He looked professional and conducted himself likewise. He is also very knowledgeable about HVAC and presented us with great options to consider going forward with our current system and for planning to obtain a new system. William came to our home yesterday to do regular maintenance on our heat pump, and he was great! Communication with the office when our appointment was scheduled and about William's arrival time occurred via text and telephone and was very timely. William was repectful and professional, and he took many photos during the servicing of our unit which he used to show us how our unit was functioning. We have never had such a thorough explanation about the health of our unit! William told us about their Heroes Program which provides regular maintenance visits twice each year. We are happy to be supporting a Veteran-owned company which truly seems to care about their Veteran customers!!

We purchased a new A/C unit from Emergency Air and today. 31/2 years later it’s being suggested that we need a bigger return. Really! Each year we’ve had our system serviced 2 twice a year and not once was that ever suggested. Guess what? I discussed an air flow problem with the tech(s) but because I never called and complained to the scheduler about they didn’t record it. I would suggest using a different company. One that takes your input and makes notes on your account for next time. They never had a problem suggesting a new breaker or UV light.Frank, Mark, and Jeremy have rectified the situation. Mark and Jeremy were consummate professionals. I appreciate Emergency Air making their work right. Can’t say enough about Frank’s approach to fixing the problem. Thank you!

Called Emergency Air last Friday to have a Nest Thermostat installed and was given an appointment for Tuesday. Caleb Garver was my technician. He was friendly and very helpful in getting us set up and got our a/c in perfect working order. We wanted to set up a service contract and Caleb explained all the benefits and got us signed up. We will definitely request to have Caleb to come out for any service calls.

Thank you Caleb and your team. Caleb came out after hours and got us up and running after our A/C went out. I will say he went above and beyond to get us a good deal. We needed a new unit and within 12 hours our unit was being installed. I highly recommend Emergency Air.
My technician Jose Mata, was the best technician I’ve ever had come and do maintenance under my plan. He explained everything, took pictures, and really did a great cleaning of the system. I was thinking about canceling my 5yr contract with Emergency Air because of the poor service. I’m sure glad I didn’t. The new owners have implemented new standards of service and hired people like Jose Mata who take pride in their work. Than you!

Emergency Air contacted me after the company I had a maintenance contract with was permanently closed. Emergency Air took over my maintenance contract, and they sent out Richard T who was friendly and went right to work. He was very thorough, and he did a better job working on our equipment than the previous company's employees had ever done. We are very happy with our new HVAC company.
All staff, maintenance, sales, installation were professional, clean, answered all my questions, at times more than once. They throughly cleaned up the areas when done. After installation they gave us pictures of work performed. And Derek, supervisor on the A/C installation team after working all day actually returned to my home ,after he had left, to help answer more questions I had concerning my thermostat. Yes, I would recommend Emergency Air.

My experience with Emergency Air was outstanding. I had their man Crow come to my house to install a thermostat for my air. He was so professional, on time, and responsive to all my needs. I checked around and found my thermostat was a good value. Crow spent as much time as I needed to go over everything with me. He added extra tips for me to save money during these long hot Arizona summers. Crow is now our air and heating guy and I would say Emergency Air knows how to hire the best. Thanks

Recently move from the Midwest, not yet used to temp out here. When my 15 year old system went down. I did not know what to do. Everyone we talk to complain about the quality of install the other guys can do and how their brand and warranty plan was the best. So one day I look at the Carrier website and they had Emergency Air as their top installer for this area, so I gave them a call. IAN provide me a quote and gave me some knowledge on the system, never once did he bash any other brand or any other installer, he was not pushy. They show up early and did the work, install was done before lunch time. They clean up as well afterwards. Super professional. Thank you guys for the install.

They were punctual and very courteous. was devoted to his profession and performed to an exceptionally high quality. I hadn't had the opportunity or time to book a service since installation because to Covid lockout. This was a significant service that was meticulously completed. Continue your amazing work.
Robert M responded to my home on time and i immediately knew he was very knowledgeable about a/c units. He prescribed the precise system I had researched! From that point, we needed to negotiate price and scheduling for two 3-ton units. Negotiate he did! He called his office to first check availability and then he pitched my offer. In minutes we were in accord. I wanted a quick install and he arranged it for the next day! My final concern was the quality of the installers. He promised me the best installers - and they were! They were prompt and professional. They worked as a team and seemed happily tight knit. I called Robert M to tell him he did not exaggerate. We had one small misunderstanding on the thermostats, but Robert immediately got that resolved. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you Robert M!
Nate was very thorough when he made our house visit to provide us with an estimate. He looked over everything including the air handlers and other components in the crawlspace under our roof. We discussed the location of the thermostats and how it is difficult to regulate the temperature in the front of the house. Nate explained the different options available to us. With out attempting to sell us items that we may not need, he explained that he felt the ability of this new equipment would be able to adjust to the needs of the different zones in our house. Nate assured us that in the event that we were not able to regulate the temperature to our satisfaction, we would be able to purchase sensors that would help the units adjust the temperature in the different zones in our house.In summary, Nate was very thorough in answering our many questions. He gave us every opportunity to request additional explanations for things that were not clear the first time. He is making it possible for us to benefit from rebates that are reducing the cost of our units. We are also able to utilize annual maintenance services provided by Emergency Air and include that cost in the amount that we are financing for a nominal interest-rate. This was a very successful business interaction and we look forward to working with Emergency Air during the installation of our new units and during the annual maintenance visits over the next 10 years.

The technician, Patrick, was on-time, explained simply and effectively what he would be doing, and when completed, a brief report of what had been done and a status of our-system. We certainly made the right decision in buying the systems from them, and then having them do our winter and summer maintenance. We would highly recommend them to others.
I had a non functioning air conditioner and could not get anyone to come out without a 4 day wait. The one person that came out would not even look at the unit since he did not feel comfortable going up with the odd roof pitch we have. The next day I called this company who was able to send out someone that day. The technician Robert Patrick did what he needed to do to get on our roof and diagnose the problem. He was so courteous to my tenant who told me she was so glad we found this person. Keep doing the great work you do and know that it is truly appreciated
I recently had a tech, Brandon, come out to do a check up on my heating and air units in my recently purchased home. Brandon was really helpful in explaining the units I had, and their conditions. I appreciate the fact he treated me like a customer, and not just a number. He made some great recommendations as far as service repairs, and energy efficient products. I signed up for a 5 year warranty with Emergency Air.. A+ service.

Had to call twice in one week, first time was definitely a false alarm on my end thinking the condenser was out but it wasn’t, so I dont mind paying a trip charge to the accommodate the techs time (85$). Second time was due to a hvac control fuse being blown out which the tech fixed in less than 15 minutes (I diagnosed the issue beforehand) but still charged a hourly rate of 165$. Im down 250$ in one week (mind you all 4 of my units are less than 1.5 years old) can I at least a discount ?! nope charged me the hourly rate for 15 min then I asked if you could install a upgraded nest thermostat since there was ample time left, nope “we have a separate charge for that and it will require another hourly rate charge…” I’ve installed nest thermostats myself they don’t take an hour to install specially considering I have an the existing nest thermostats installed. They just nickel and dime you for everything, service is good but prices are not r reasonable (find a local licensed hvac specialist instead). Lastly the tech then proceeds to offer me a 5 year service program on all 4 units -_- pls… the service packages from Costco are more competitive. Decent service but absurd pricing.

I called Emergency air heating and cooling hot line on a weekend to fix my AC unit, the response was swift and offered me a same day service. Xandra, Osvaldo and Jaedin are a team of professionals worked to deliver the service to my home with excellent customer service in their mind.Osvaldo is a real AC Pro, he did the assessment with confidence, offered me options to lower the cost and finally he did excellent job within the time he said it needs. I'm very satisfied.
Lorenzo was amazing. He did a thorough investigation of my problem, showed pictures of what he discovered before beginning work. After I approved the work Lorenzo completed repairs quickly, quietly and professionally. He showed pictures of work completed. That's the kind of person that gives me confidence in him and his company.
Overall: The employees in the field seem professional, friendly, and competent. My experience with the company as a whole was more of an over-promise/under-deliver.Pros: Ryan came out on Father's Day and was great to work with in evaluating our system. He was straightforward in explaining the problem and possible solutions, and worked hard to do as much as he could to get our system up and running. He stayed in communication with us to see how we were doing and made time to come out and deliver a portable unit on the 5th of July (another holiday) while we waited for our new unit to arrive. Definitely a great individual to work with. Lorenzo and his partner were great to work with on the actual install; they were friendly and professional.Cons: It's great that so many people got same day or next day repairs. Mine took about a month. There was always a reason, and I was always assured that I would be right at the front of the line for the next install, and yet I never really was. It started to feel more like empty platitudes than actual assurances. I asked to speak with management and never received a response. The general attitude was along the lines of we have so much work that we're turning people away, so we don't really care if you're unhappy with the service. Take what you get, or go somewhere else.

Really enjoyed the visit from Russ. He sent a text prior to the visit introducing himself. Never saw this done before. Repaired all my HVAC issues (fuse, thermostat) quickly and left the area clean. Signed up for the 5-year maintenance contract. Good deal.
I use them for my house, and i manage a property for my mom that was contracted into another local AC company. the difference is like night and day, Emergency Air is a great company thats staffed with helpful, friendly, PROFESSIONALS. Their quality of work as well as integrity with how they handle their business has really set them apart from the pack in my mind. As I expand my property management portfolio over time I will be bringing all new business to Emergency Air.

Not only was he very knowledgeable, he's one of the most friendly people you will encounter and he explains everything quite thoroughly with pictures. My house stopped cooling on a Saturday night, so I called this company. Even though they promise 24-7 service, no one was available. Fine. So then send a tech out on Sunday, who said a line was frozen and they would come back on Monday. They come back on Monday, and say they can do a repair of the line for $3000, or replace the entire system. But in the meanwhile, they can replace two of the capacitors for a temporary fix for $600. I did that, and the temperature INCREASED. I’m in the same place I was before, just short $600. The Operations Manager, Kenny, basically said “well what do you want us to do?” Really? Stay away from this company, FAR away.

Their add pushes the idea that they are all about second opinions because the other guys are not forthright, but when they show up they are there to sell you the same expensive systems as the other guys. They never did do a thorough diagnostic of the condenser unit outside. They did a diagnostic of the unit in the attic and said it would about 5700.00 to repair and suggested a second appointment with a sales rep. I couldn't afford the most inexpensive system at 15,700.00. I got it all repaired for 800.00C.C from San Tan Valley, Az.

I think this company is ok, however the service department/ trucks don’t carry any parts “ seriously “ on the brands that they sell,
I could understand if it was an off brand but the brand that they sell ? So don’t expect to get your warranty unit fixed that day ,

Wow. What a gem of an employee you have in Gerald Largo. Never in all the time having maintenance done have i had such a friendly, thorough, honest person come to my house. I was just amazed at the time he took to get my ac in tip top shape and clean. He took pictures of before and after and explained everything in detail. I definitely want him back to do my service. I know it was a warranty service call but the job he did i wouldn't of mind paying again as I've never seen my ac that clean inside and out after a service. ( but thats okay dont bill me lol). Mike with emergency air serviced our Goodman air conditioner recently. We called mid morning when we noticed the unit was not cooling, and he was at our home yet that afternoon. He serviced the unit, identified the problem and corrected it within an hour. He even processed the invoice thru the manufacturer's warrenty program. As the outside temperature that day reached 106°, we are truly grateful there are conscientious and knowledgeable companies and employees like Emergency Air and Mike!

Our A/C went out in the late evening, I called the emergency line and the woman who I spoke to was kind and explained a tech would be contacting me shortly, about 15 mins later a woman called and informed us they were fully booked for the night, but a tech would be out first thing in the morning. Lorenzo showed up promptly at 8am like they said, he took his time and inspected our older unit, he diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand, he broke down the pricing and was very kind and polite. our unit is working better than before and we saved a ton of money! If anything happens again I will personally ask for Lorenzo to come out again. Great service and he took his time, I would recommend this company and especially Lorenzo as a technician to friends and family. Thank you again!
Never use this company. Tech tried to sell me thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs on my fairly new ac unit. When I said no, his attitude changed from nice and friendly to nasty.!* I'm updating my review. Changed from 1 star to three after the owner called and apologized for my bad experience. He refunded my money and said he would talk to the employee about his attitude. At least it appears management cares.

We were referred to Mike H. to get a second opinion. Our previous AC “guy” was recommending we replace our ac fan in the attic again. Once replaced this would make it the 3rd fan in 7 years which did not seem right. Mike H. showed up on time, was very clear with his explanations of how the system should be working , and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the fan. Mike H. will be our AC “guy” from now on and I highly recommend him.
This company is fast, professional, and friendly! They showed me pictures of what was wrong, explained the reason it needed to be fixed and what to expect once it was fixed and showed me during and after pictures when the cleaning was done. The pictures were with my backyard in them so I KNOW they were taken during this visit which gave me so much more trust in their service. My technician was friendly and helpful, sharing the current promotions too. Very relaxed, not a high pressure environment either. I just had my summer air conditioning tuneup last month. The technician Gerald Largo did a thorough job not only did he explain to me the tuneup process but what specific steps were completed to qualify this as an approved tuneup.Gerald called to let me know when he was close by. Second Gerald took pictures of my A/C unit on top of my roof. I was also provided a few upcoming maintenance steps I will be required to complete. Hopefully this service technician will remain on the job for a bit longer than all of my prior technicians. While there does not appear to be any long term commitment at least my actual unit is holding out longer than any technician.Cheers to having a trusted and reliable unit and to many cool nights ahead.

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. Robert was absolutely amazing. I spoke with Cory on the phone and he sent Robert out immediately the next day! I was in quite a bind as my entire unit went out, without the extra money to cover up front costs. I've been in a very cold home the last few weeks and was pretty miserable. They're speedy and responsive service made me at ease. I was given the option of financing so I could be worry free as well as installing the very next morning! They really took care of me and I will be using them for all future services as well as spreading the word!

Great customer service! They are quick to get back to you if you have any questions or concerns. All the techs are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Robert recently serviced our unit after we had a part replaced through our home warranty company. Their contractors did not do a great job and the part was not working. Instead of taking advantage of the situation to make money he advised us on how to handle the situation. He also called later to check in on how things were going. If you need a.c. repairs or services call them! Thank you Robert and emergency air!

I LOVE this company. About a year and a half ago I first contacted them and they were able to keep my very old AC running a bit longer which I needed at that time. It finally died and I needed help ASAP because I'm elderly and disabled and I have small dogs. They got to me right away and installed new unit next day. Everyone that came out was great. Jake was the one doing all the finishing up work. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and patiently answered all my questions. A consummate professional. I have been dealing with my home warranty and their assigned contractor for over a week to fix my air conditioner. The whole experience has been beyond frustrating and stressful and obviously without resolve.After hearing great things about emergency air, I gave them a call. The whole experience was wonderful!!!! I was set up for same day appointment. Technician Mike came out to diagnose our unit. He was professional, courtesy and was able to give us a thorough explanation of the problem after a quick diagnosis. We got more out of his short visit then we got out of our warranty contracted provider in over a week! I am VERY impressed with his knowledge of his job and his professionalism.Highly recommend this company for all your AC needs, especially MIKE H!!!!

Extremely happy with the service I was given. Have used them twice and would highly recommend them. I was told by Penguin Air my TXV replacement was on backorder and would take 4-6 weeks to get, while Emergency Air got the part and had it replaced in 4 days! They actually ended up having the wrong part sent to them and were able to search the valley for the right part and had it installed that same day. My tech even came in the afternoon at the hottest part of the day and had it done in only 2 hours. They also offered me competitive pricing and am extremely happy with the quality of work this company has provided.

Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.

We had never had our air conditioning units serviced or checked since we moved in (2 years ago) so figured it was time. Robert Patrick was the tech -- great. He called 30 minutes out, arrived on time, had a mask and was very thorough. He was here probably 60-90 minutes checking on our two units, which are very old. He wrote up all his recommendations and costs, explained them thoroughly, and shared a couple different ways to go on next steps. NO PRESSURE sales, which we appreciated. He stayed and answered all my questions very knowledgeably. No matter what the next step is, we will definitely get a quote from Emergency Air based on this visit.

Our air conditioner quit working yesterday evening while it was 110 degrees out. My husband called Emergency Air at nearly 7pm. They answered the phone and we were scheduled for Service the next morning. Caleb showed up and had the air cooling within a few minutes. All of the reps are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We are very happy with this company.

I want to say what an amazing Tech Caleb is, he was able to fix our AC and even called later to make sure it was working for us. This is an amazing company with an awesome employee by the name of Caleb. Thank you so much for your help and concern for my family.
Our AC went out today while it was 115 outside, the house was miserable, and we have a baby and a toddler. This, in our opinion was urgent. We had used Emergency Air in a house we has owned in the past and they were great and had our old system running fantastic and effecient to the point where we bought a service plan with them. So today was a no brainier call that we made around 530pm, they initially had said they would have someone out in the morning, but after a half hour the temp in the house had risen another 5 degrees. So in desperation I contacted them to see if there was any way they could have someone out tonight. Sure enough they came through. Not only that but our favorite tech Michael knocked on the door who actually serviced our last house. His words to us were I never leave a hot house. No words are more comforting in this situation. He came through and now we are, just a couple hours after this debacle began, are resting comfortably.On a side note, we can't say enough GREAT things about Michael. Thank you sir!

We just had Caleb out to service our AC under our new 10 year service contract that we renewed on moving to a new house in Surprise. We have been with Emergency Air for the last 3 years and couldn't be mare satisfied. We renewed our contract and Caleb did a fabulous job insuring that A/c and Heat-pump was working by cleaning and replacing a needed condenser. He also showed that we needed our ducs cleaned so we scheduled that. Jesse and Mike came out in 2 days and did a quick clean job that was obviously needed. Probably 2 years ago. Anyway, we could not be more pleased with the professional, courteous, and friendly work that the entire crew provided. Will stand by my recommendation of Emergency Air to anyone who asks. No hard sell or up-sell beyond what was needed. Well done to Caleb, Jesse, and their crew. Thanks.

I’ve lived in AZ for more than 20 years so have had several A/C techs at our house. Ryker was by far the best we’ve had. He was professional, thorough, courteous, (the dogs liked him). He took photos and videos so he could show me what he found. He wasn’t even shook when he saw a wasp nest on our A/C unit (yikes!). First Caleb came to our home and went thru all the info that we needed to know about buying a new AC/Heat system. Ours was old and we knew it was time to replace before summer hit. Caleb was amazing, he spend a good amount of time explaining, showing us models , advised the info that we asked about. He was great, we were impressed! He left no questions for us. After talking to 4 other companies we decided this was the one. Their pricing was very fair and they made everything as easy as possible. We scheduled installation for 2 days later. The crew was on time and from there on was terrific. They installed, cleaned every drop of dust and insulation for the removal and were done in a very good amount of time. The crew was kind,thoughtful, and very meticulous about their job! We cannot be any happier! And as for the unit, it's GREAT!!! Thank you Emergency Air!

The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star was because they took a little while, over a month to service my unit, but other than that they are very professional and take care of your needs and are very reasonable and affordable to your pocket, i do recommend it.
I have been looking for a reliable service company for years and thought I found one. It did not take long to figure out all they care about is selling me a $4000 service agreement. Once they got their money the service was non responsive. Run away!,, Stacy, the girl who answers the phone is probably the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. What happened to customer service? They only care about getting their money, they don’t really care you are suffering with no air. Very disappointed.

We just had our yearly inspection after an installation. Brandon arrived on time and was professional and thorough. He made a few suggestions after his inspection, but he did not make a hard sell of upgrades. From the first person who contacts you to the service technician, everyone is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone takes the time to listen to your concerns and presents options only.
I am very pleased with Emergency Air. Gerald performed thorough cleaning of the unit and alerted me of some issues I may want to address. What I'm especially happy about is that he was able to tell me why one room is not as cool as others... 2 vent hoses bent at 90°.
Cared more about doing a good job than making a sale. I greatly appreciate the honesty and explaining the details.

Called out for a diagnosis on the AC not cooling properly…did not perform the service…said we had leaks but didn’t know where…wasted the time and charged us for it….charged for using equipment to diagnose, but didn’t do the job! Spent time telling us we couldn’t get the coils needed (parts arrived three days after we had somebody come out and do the job properly) ..spent time giving us two estimates on a new unit. Ours is 4.5 years and the part was under warranty. The owner is non responsive even after sending complaint in writing.

Despite a challenging summer for HVAC firms, this company's responsiveness has always top notch. We had a failed capacitor replaced on our unit when we were out of town during July, and then our evaporator fan motor failed a few weeks later. The latter was tricky to diagnose, but eventually they got it figured out and replaced. Everything is working fine now. To their credit, this company has a program that provides a 20% discounts to veterans (like me) which is always nice.
I recently had an unfortunate break down of my air conditioner and called multiple A/C companies that all told me the same thing... that it would take a day or two to send a technician out. My last call was to emergency air! They told me they could send someone out that day and not only did the service man show up on time but he was very clean, polite, and professional! I told the tech I was on a tight budget so he waived the diagnostic fee with the repair! I ended up signing up for a 10 yr maintenance program because I was so impressed! I will recommend Emergency Air to all my friends and family!

Fake add on ktar radio. They claim a 39.99 full inspection just to come and scare you that you need a new unit. They said a capacitor was bad and they wanted almost $600. My buddy got it for $34. And installed it for free even thou the old ine was actually working fine. They also said I needed a whole new unit because the unit on the attic had rust and they also lied about my unit leaking freon. My friend who owns an ac company said that if it had a leak my unit wouldn't blow cold air. Definitely don't recommend at all. They aren't bad people they are just un the business of selling brand new units for way too much.
Unexpected A/C problem in the middle of the night. Emergency air took my call at 330am and had a technician there by noon. My technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me as he was fixing the problem. VERY PLEASED.
Truly amazing experience. They advertise 24/7 and they are, the phone was answered quickly Friday night with a very nice person on the other end. It was refreshing. She was able to schedule service Tech for the next day. When he showed up he was smiling and just as friendly, it was 117 on Saturday but he was as nice as could be. Our AC was back up and running quickly at a lower cost than the Company we normally use. I will be using Emergency air heating and cooling in the future.

I’m very happy with Emergencyair. The blower relay on my A/C was becoming intermittent and my home was heating up. Emergencyair had somehow out that day by 3:00. The dispatcher was friendly and professional. The serviceman, Robert Patrick was great, also very friendly and professional, explained what he thought the problem was, gave me a reasonable quote which he stood by, and had the relay replaced in a couple of days (the current relay was working more or less, which allowed Robert to replace the relay on a day with better weather). I called two other HVAC companies prior, and one would not have a service guy out till the next day, and the other one not until a week later. I recommend Emergencyair for fast, competent, and professional HVAC repair and maintenance.

Already had maintenance contract with Emergency Air, replaced one unit, and now other old unit needs replacing. Caleb Garver did excellent maintenance job on one unit while carefully going over all options on bad unit and labor options. Appreciate his diligence and bottom line dollars I signed up for. Not often customer is happy spending money, but this was an exception. Thank you Caleb.
I’m not the type to bash any company but when it comes to excessive heat and your AC stops you call a HVAC company to come out and hope that they can get you up and running if it’s even a month, but with my HVAC experience as a HVAC technician I knew it was a simple capacitor for the blower motor so what most would do is get another technician out to verify and they come back with this insane price for a new blower motor and a capacitor for 2300.00 and a whole new system would be 7800.00 they took a video of “ trying to spin the blower motor” when in reality it spins without using any muscle. So with that being said, I will never recommend this company due to the fact they know damn well people get desperate in the good ole Arizona extreme heat!! This company should be ashamed of themselves. 👎🏼👎🏼

Emergency Air was great to work with. The tech Robert sat down with me, went over all of my options and explained what repairs needed to be done to my unit and the costs of those repairs vs. the costs of a new unit all together. He made sure I had all the information I needed and after coming to a conclusion as to what I wanted done that fit my budget, he saw to getting it handled and taken care of. 10 🌟 We had them install a new AC May 2021. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had a few things pop up that they took care of immediately. Had problems with air flow several times no fault of theirs and they returned and fixed it until we were perfectly satisfied. I can't say enough about their customer service!! We really have loved working with Emergency Air. They have been good at giving us good information about how to make our 19+ year old AC work. Unfortunately, they found a leak in our system this week that will cost almost as much to fix as it would to just replace the system. Robert Patrick & Anthony Howell have been super helpful in making sure we are getting the best unit for our house at the best price! We will have a new system on Monday! I cannot wait for our house to be cool and comfortable for the rest of the summer.

Of course, once we bought our house a couple years ago, the air conditioning had to be looked at after about a year and we contacted Emergency Air. They couldn't have been more helpful, friendly but professional. Explained everything going on, showed us the problems with the old unit and didn't rush us just to make a sale. We ended up getting a new Carrier Unit that has been working great. Now a year into it, had an inspection and maintenance by Robert Patrick who was very friendly, professional, and thorough, and he explained everything. We feel that Emergency Air is a great company with great people so got a maintenance agreement to keep the system working efficiently through the coming years. Our old A/C company Desert Valley Air went out of business. Emergency Air thankfully took over the contract we had. We were having some issues with the A/C not staying steady, being over 110 degrees makes it frustrating trying to stay cool.We had Caleb come over and check everything, he went to the attic, out back, looked at everything twice. Ended up being a loose wire. Our A/C units are the original units built with the house form 2001.. yes, they are 18 years old. We know we are in need of new A/c units, but if it aint broke no need to fix... well, we know we need to replace it sooner than later and well before it breaks as we know it will be a big expense. Caleb was kind enough to give us a quote and shockingly it was far better than we even thought. He was super honest and explained what we needed for our size house, with almost 3,000 sq feet, we need 2 units that are fairly powerful. We were very impressed with Calebs knowledge, honesty and customer service. Oh and he was funny too!!Thank you Caleb for your time on Saturday.

They were very thorough on my one year anniversary visit. Ryker took pictures of the specs for my unit and the actual readings from his gauge to show me my unit was in compliance. He put plastic covers over his shoes when coming inside. He explained I had no insulation in my attic and sent me estimates for the work using different grades for foam or fiberglass.I’d like to thank Marina and Maria for handling the scheduling and updates on my appointment. Truly a top notch company with excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their a/c unit.

Professionalism, expertise, commitment... to some, I imagine these are just words that are bandied about in an attempt to try and sound convincing. To Emergency Air, they are a business strategy.I called Emergency Air with a real emergency.My A/C heat pump had gone down. I had movers coming in two days. I did not want to have them work in 115 degrees no matter what it was going to cost.I had already called a different company. They sent a technician to do a diagnostic. And they could not tell me exactly what was wrong. This gave me a concern.Then, I called Emergency Air on the advice of a trusted source. Mike, the service manager promised me they were going to diagnose the problem to an EXACT component. They would fix it if possible and had access to parts to get it done in a time frame so that my movers would be able to work comfortably. I was sceptical, he was confident.After I met his technician Pat, I knew why Mike was so confident. Pat is a top hand in the AC field. He is knowledgeable, efficient and competent. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was an issue that was completely different than the two guesses the previous contractors had expressed. It was evident that Pat had the ability to think past the obvious.Pat explained everything and was in and out in no time. I could not be more impressed or satisfied.

We had an air emergency when our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. We called for service around 5pm and Caleb was at our house literally 2 hours later. He was very professional and helped us out in a bind until we could get a new AC unit installed. I would highly recommend Emergency Air. We also had a great experience when our AC unit was installed.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me, what he was going to do. After he had completed the maintenance on my A/C units, he showed me photos of before and after. He cleaned up the outside units. All of the leaves and debri were removed from inside the units cover. He was very polite and enrolled me in the Hero's Program. He sold us a 5 year maintenance plan for $1300, including a power surge protector and a booster for the motor. 4 stars because we are yet to learn, how good they would be when maintenance issues arrive. We really hope that they deliver excellent service at that time.
Just had my furnace serviced 5 days ago by Chas Roberts and today the heat wouldn't go on.Chas Roberts said they wouldn't be able to provide service for at least a couple of days because all of their technicians were booked.I called Emergency Air Heating and Cooling who came within a couple of hours. Pat Edwards the Service Manager handled the issue very professionally and thoroughly! I signed a 5 year contract with them as my daughter did also this summer. She was a former Chas Roberts customer and recommended that I contactthem and was I ever glad and Grateful. Such a great company‼️

Robert Patrick was such a pleasure to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and found a way to explain the intricacies of the problem in a way I could easily understand. I also had him install an Ecobee wireless thermostat. Not only did he do that; he showed me how to use it through the app!

We got a new AC installed by these guys a little over a year ago. They explained everything and had a fair price. After less than a year, we had to call them out to fix the air distribution as some of the rooms were not cooling down. The tech at the time didn't do a very good job because the problem persisted until recently when we called again. This time, though, Lorenzo came out to help and was great! He called before he got here, wore his mask the whole time which I appreciate, and was very polite and honest. He installed a damper that wasn't originally there and stayed for almost two hours fixing the problem. Lorenzo is an awesome tech and if we have to call them again we will ask for him specifically. Thank you!

After a very bad experience (with an employee that no longer works there) I was having an issue with our thermostat, so I gave them a call and they were out in under 3 hours!!!! So incredibly impressive. Daniel was courteous and prompt and went above and beyond to insure our thermostat was working. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Russel came out today and was very friendly (my dogs liked him!) Upon inspection of our unit, Russel made it aware that our previous tech, with another well known ACheating company, was lazy and installed our capacitor hazardously… not a good son in my opinion. Russel was quick to replace it and install/mount it correctly on our unit. I really appreciate his work ethic as that can be hard to find these days.
Technician Caleb was very nice and easy to speak with. He told me about the system and after checking the operational qualities, both positive and negative, we spoke of my needs against the possible negativaties of a 22 year old original system. I asked him about emergency calls and service when and if I will ever need it??? Greqt guy and I will call when needed.

My A.C. unit went out and I called Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. Robert Patrick came to my home and was very kind and gave me the best option for my home. He even threw in a water heater at no charge because be both knew it was on the verge of going out and that my budget had already taken a huge hit with the unexpected expense of an A.C. Unit.The next day, a crew of 3 (Jake, Larry and Shane) came to do the install. While pulling out the existing A.C unit and water heater, they discovered mold. They immediately called a restoration company who came out to assess the situation. The restoration company wanted to charge me up to $4000 up front to remove the mold, but they jumped to my rescue! The crew had experience working with mold from their previous careers. They offered to remove the mold at no charge. They cut out all of the mold and replaced the dry wall that they had to remove. KnowledgeableMy A/C stopped blowing cold air, and after doing my due diligence (making sure the evaporator coils were not frozen over, circuit wasn’t tripped, etc.), I called Emergency Air and was given a timeframe between 2 and 6 in the afternoon, 2 being a little less than three hours from the initial call. I received a text with said appointment. At about 1:30, I received another text letting me know (and a call) the name and photo of the technician (Michael R.) and that they were on their way. Michael arrived quickly, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They had troubleshot and identified the needed replacement part by about 2:30. Michael gave the estimated cost to repair the A/C, along with an estimate for an additional compressor saver kit, while also honestly explaining the kit was absolutely not necessary to get my A/C up and running again. After approving the fix, Michael R. had the A/C up and running and blowing cold air within 20 minutes. In total, Emergency Air had my A/C repaired less than 4 hours after my initial call, on a 113° day in the middle of July, and I get to sleep at home tonight instead of a hotel. Seriously amazing service

My AC went out so I called Emergency Air and they came out fast got me setup and my new AC was installed in a couple days. Ok so a couple months later my new AC was having some issues. No doubt it was a manufacturer defect but I was worried. But thanks to Kenny, Pat, and Larry at Emergency Air they were able to take care of it and I couldn't be happier. They really do care.

Scott was very professional he performed our 6 month maintenace on our system. When completed he made suggestions on 3 items. 2 were preventive maintenace and one had to be taken care of. After agreeing on cost he did all 3 items.
We were stunned by the great service we received. No emergency, but we called in the morning and by 3pm our new Nest thermostat was installed. We really liked Caleb and he gained our trust by examing our Heat Pump purchased elsewhere and not finding lots of things wrong. He gave us some tips, installed a couple things we felt we needed and left us with a strong trust. We feel comfortable letting Emergency Air taking care of us from now on. Caleb deserves a gold star.

We had the pleasure of being serviced by Caleb Garver today. He arrived hours before the stated service time, which was fantastic. He found the issues that we were having with our AC units, explained what happened and what he did to fix it. His fast, accure and great communication skills were awesome. On the business card, it says Comfort Technician, and I can honestly say, we had a very comforting experience being serviced by him today. All around great personality and customer service! Normally you would not request a maintenance on an AC unit for a new build home that is less than one year old. Then again this was a D.R Horton build. Sure glad we did, to find out they miswired the AC cutoff switch in the attic amd the AC compressure is o er amped by 16 AMPS!! Means it will burn out faster and cost more to run. Very grateful to Emergency Air for the inspection to discover more of D.R. Hortons screw up on sub par quality of services.

at the risk of writing a review that might appear fake or was for a family members business, Emergency Air was nothing short of FANTASTIC. After 30 years in the Valley and experience with 8 or 9 different HVAC companies, never had as good an experience with ANY company in the field like this one. They were at my home in an hour (in the middle of summer) the tech diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and repaired it in 40 minutes. Which included climbing a shaky ladder to my rooftop in 102° weather. The tech knew exactly what he was doing (and was not a kid...but a seasoned technician). he was smart, kind and professional.(they were recommended by my neighbors) AND their charges were reasonable to boot. Honestly, what a find!

He took care of some serious problems with my system, explaining everything as he worked. He spent about 5 hours on it.I would definitely refer them to family and friends!
Dealing with this company has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish.-They were supposed to come out for a same day emergency service, but no-showed (They did waive the service fee for this inconvenience).-They offered to come next morning, then tried to change it for 12-4pm. Luckily we still got the tech to come in the morning.-The tech initially estimated 500$ for adding Freon. He had to add more than anticipated and the bill ended up being more than $1,000 for Freon. He did not warn us of this change until the end. I understand more Freon was needed and obviously up-charged us a lot, but I should've been communicated with about this change and not surprised with a bill twice the price of what I was told.-The tech was also less than helpful and when asked to take a look in the attic, he refused.I will never use this company again or recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I will tell people to steer clear.

Great, thorough service all around. Replied to a remarketing email for summer maintenance service as a return customer. The team scheduled me within 7days and sent email confirmations along the way. Day of service, Rich was assigned to my house and called ahead to make sure I would be available. He showed up on time, professionally dressed and kept, and prepared to put booties on entering the house. He started in the attic and spent more time up there than others than have been out. He took photos along the way and did an excellent job explaining the current state of things. He then went outside and checked the two units. We cycled on/off and monitored the power draw. Explained that I could use a starter relay and capacity to help the unit. He finished by cleaning the coils and running over service options. Overall great information and a great inspection service for the price.I will say that in an effort to be customer focused the company does send more emails, texts, and follow up calls than I feel is needed but to each their own. Would do business again.

Last year my A/C unit died. Cory came out the day I called and said it could be fixed but was on its last legs. I could NOT get just a new A/C unit but needed a new furnace as well. (This exact thing happened to my Oregon home, but it was a much older unit and had a heat pump, not a furnace unit and an a/c unit.) These units were installed when the house was brand new in 2012 so only 8 years old. Both units were replaced in only 3 days. Which I thought was great. But 13 days later the A/C unit died. Cory came out again in a short time and found an error in installation that caused the problem. Luckily he was able to fix it right then. Wonderful!I had purchased the $1000 5 year warranty that included checkups each year. I had that service scheduled to take place from 2-6 on a Thursday. No show, and I was called late in the day and was asked to reschedule. I had an appt on Friday so the time was 10-2 on Saturday. Russell came out. NO MASK. I had mine on. (Their website says they all wear masks.) At the conclusion of his check - on the A/C unit ONLY, NOT the furnace, he said all was well but the capacitor was running at startup too high. He mentioned this USUALLY happens to units in Arizona rather early on in their life. He recommended a $240 Hard Start kit be installed. So I asked why, if this happens so quickly, isn't the Hard Start accessory installed at initial installation? His response: Well in AZ and NV they are often needed. Did this answer my question in any way? NO! At that point I said NO and signed the form and he left.I am still angry. No explanations, no check of the furnace and only the suggestion that I, the poor elderly widow woman, pay up for something additional when I had paid $9000 just a year ago.STOP THE PRESSES: Today I was called by Brian, THE supervisor of the service department. Firstly, and most importantly, he apologized for Russell NOT wearing his mask. He then fully explained the need for a Hard Start add-on and the several reasons why. In actuality these had been included in all new A/C units until financial reasons, and a limited geographical area where necessary, had the manufacturers stop putting them on all the new units. He was thorough and spoke well.AND...I'm getting a new Hard Start kit added to my unit tomorrow at some time between 10 - 2, at no cost to me. The standards of Emergency Air and not been upheld and I should not suffer for it. Thank you!!NOW GET THIS: The first tech did not check my furnace. I mentioned that. Today, Robert did. He found an additional problem on the A/C unit, which he fixed! AND THEN when he checked the furnace he found that deadly carbon monoxide gas could be leaking (when the furnace is working - hardly ever!) because a PCV pipe had not been properly aligned. Reason unknown. He shut off the gas and is coming back TODAY to fix that problem. I can easily and proudly say I will be staying with Emergency Air for life!! Perhaps literally.

I purchased a cleaning on my ac condenser with an advertisement coupon saving which was good. The tech that came out was really nice , gave me some good advice on my system but there upscale is so expensive for a Uv light that would be lifetime warranty and a coil cleaning to rid my ac of bacteria around 2200.00.Overall my experience was good, everyone I spoke with whether on the phone or the technician was nice and very professional! I will use them again if I see more coupons come my way!
Been dealing with emergency air for about 6years now they've always been on top of things. Robert has been doing check ups and service on my 2 units. He's donea great job everytime he's done out. I had to have a cooking coil replaced and he called around to see if the parts were available then got the install set up with the office for the very next day. Jacob and crow did the install and they were very nice and fast.... like who wants to be in an attic for long periods of time lol. Anyways one installed checked everything made sure the unit was running right and that was it. Robert came back Thursday and installed 2 Nest thermostats and gave me the run down and wrote the things are awesome. So a big thanks for the emergency air team!
Nate came out and helped us with our air. It was really late and really hot. He got the unit working again and arranged to have a new unit installed. He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Both our AC units went out on a heat advisory day after 8pm, so we weren’t expecting to be able to get someone out that same night anyways. They offered to come first thing the next morning, which they did, and since they couldn’t come the same night that we called, they gave us a great break on the total cost. After having an unsatisfactory experience with the company that installed the HVAC system in our new home, I searched for a different company and fortunately found Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. Pat was scheduled to meet with my husband and I on a Tuesday to set up a maintenance plan. But on the Saturday night before we could not get our heating unit to work. So I called Pat on Sunday AM. By 11:00 AM Lorenzo was here, quickly assessed that a wire was not attached to the gas valve, and we had heat. He even cleaned up the mess left by the installing company. He went over the maintenance plan with us and got us set up. Lorenzo and Emergency Air and Heating are top notch!

Won a 5 year maintenance plan through ABC 15. Robert Patrick was my tech and did an awesome job! He pointed out anything of concern and let me know what my options were with it. Was nice to be able to ask questions pertaining to the A/C system and have them answered truthfully. I was given info on how to proceed with his findings, such as preparing to get a new system when my old unit inevitably quits, and what kind of costs I can expect. Would definitely recommend!

We noticed our AC stopped working first thing in the morning on a Saturday. We called in and they sent out a technician same-day. His name is Ariel and he was professional and personable and fixed the problem very quickly!!
Just had a new system installed that was bought from them. Initial technician Nate came out to diagnose why AC System was not cooling below 85. After inspection of the system, Nate let us know that the system was leaking refrigerant and was corroding the coil in attic. Unit in attic was original to the house. Nate strongly suggested that a new system was needed since replacing just the coil would still be expensive and likely lead to a system failure in the next year. Went ahead with his suggestion to replace the entire system and Nate went ahead and charged our current system with R22 to hold us over the next 4 days until the new system was installed. The 4 pounds of R22 was quoted at $250 per pound, and his initial service call would have cost $1300 if we did not replace system with Emergency Air (but was waived if we did).The charging of the system helped cool the house for 4 hours, and did nothing past that. So without replacing the system, they were going to charge us $1300 for 4 hours of cooling.After installation of the new system, house was left very messy with debris and footprints everywhere. After four hours of the new system running, system would still not cool below 81. Had another technician come out and he immediately noted that the air flow was hindering the system because of the combination of a thick air filter and, most importantly, the layout of the ducts made air intake difficult. We had brought this issue of the air filter being sucked in very firmly to Nate's attention originally, but nothing was ever discussed about this. Second technician said adding another air return would be the route to go and even questioned why Nate did not notice this when he first came out. He said that it was the first thing he noticed when he arrived at our house was the noise from the air intake and the air filter and said that he would strongly recommend adding another air return.Overall just very disappointed in the level of professionalism and service. It very much seemed like they were just trying to push a new system on us without fully trying to diagnose the problem and take advantage of the fact that the weather is just heating up, leading to more services and charges after the new system install.
William was great! He was very thorough in reviewing what he was going to do and why, her was very personable, and recommended a hard stop to extend the life of the equipment. The scheduling team has always been on top of the schedule and was able to tell me when to expect Will, and we’re always positive and well-trained. My experience with Emergency Air has been excellent, and I would be happy to refer anyone to you!

One of my 2 AC units stopped working Thursday and I had a birthday party scheduled for Saturday. My home warranty can only come the following Monday, so I need it fixed ASAP, so I called this company.Good: I called Thursday late evening around 730pm and a tech, Scott and another employee who was training on the job, came the next day Friday morning.He diagnosed the problem (failed capacitor which led to failed fan, and frozen pipe). He replaced it, and was done. He wanted to wait for the pipe to thaw to check if the AC was working again b/c the pipe started to freeze up.BadHe check my other unit, and told me a couple of pieces (Boost and the canned item [in arrow] on the photo) will need to be replaced. Boost was going to cost $500 and the canned item was $500, total of $1000 for the other working AC. I told him I needed time to look up. He insisted I ask him questions instead. I excused myself because I wanted to look them up first. I found out the Boost is only $15 on amazon. I didn't know what the other items were so went to get more information about the pieces. When I saw Scott again, he seemed insulted and felt that I didn't trust him. He said he will reverse the repair he already did (including the capacitor replacement) and put everything back the way it was and will leave. I spent another 10 minutes explaining that I wanted to understand and ensure I was getting a fair price. I told him the Boost was only $15. So, he dropped the total price to $500 from $1000 total. He proceeded to repair, and then, he told me the electrical box broke. He said the metal melted and he can't replace the breaker. So, now my good AC is no longer working. He said it will be $500 to replace with a fuse type box. My party was the next day and it was 107 degree. I didn't have enough time to call my electrician, and also ensure Scott's work actually left the AC working again. I felt like I had no choice except to proceed with the electrical box replacement. The electrical box replacement and work came out to over $700. The total came out to $1400. He said I had to pay before he left.Impressions:1. I felt like Scott was trying to sell more services and pressure me into making repairs that were not even related to my primary concern. I think the primary concern was easy and relatively inexpensive, and maybe (?) he was trying to find more work, which led to me probably paying $1000 more than I needed to. The other working AC parts probably need to be repaired at some point (it's an old unit), but he made it sound like one of those pieces was not working at all.2. It was very uncomfortable conversation with him feeling that I didn't trust him and resorted to google to learn about the scenario. He threatened to reverse the repair for my AC and recognizing that I needed the AC working for the party, trying to leverage reversing his work to make my birthday party situation more vulnerable.Scott is probably a great technician, and he diagnosed and figured out the problem quickly, and I give him 5 stars for that.My recommendation is for him (and the company) to1. share additional recommendations, and offer to give price estimates, rather than doing a salesperson pitch to get work done in the same visit and interpreting a customer's request to look it up as undermining his expertise and opinion.2. I was very uncomfortable, and the experience during, and getting the $1400 bill after was a terrible shock for what could have only been a couple of hundred dollar work with other work being done at a later time for much lower cost.3. Honest and pressure-free behaviors can also be good model for the employee in training, who seemed to joining Scott, in explaining that the AC can break at anytime and I'll have to call for additional time/work order request urgently when the AC breaks.I should have stood my ground and told him I wasn't interested. I should have interpreted the price drop from $1000 to $500 as a red flag rather than a deal, which led to new problems /work that I was forced to pay for.
Joe came to my house to conduct a semi-annual check-up on my system, I ended up replacing the unit after he explained the up-coming changes by US government. He was outstanding in his explanation. Great guy too by the way!

Upon arrival at my home, Robert began to trouble shoot the failed Carrier A/C system. Not only did he perform research into the non-responsive Infinity System's control thermostat, but also the system fan coil unit. He quickly ascertained that not only the thermostat was part of the problem, but also the fan coil motherboard. By quickly replacing both, the Carrier system which was previously dead responded flawlessly. His knowledge and expertise solved the A/C problem that four of his peers attempted and failed. My Carrier heat pump system is now performing in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and I am well please. Robert is truly a professional technician with vast knowledge, skills, and abilities. I highly recommend him!

The technician, Kristian Espino, was very polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He came to clean my outer coils but found my unit was low of refrigerant, sought out the leak and recommended the proper solution. Turns out my coil was leaking and has to be replaced. He arranged suitable financing for me and scheduled the coil replacement for the next day. I couldn't ask for a better serviceman! P.S. He loved my exotic birds too.😊
It was the best interactions I have had with any company since we moved here 3yrs.ago. It started with the person answering the phone and actually caring about my situation and telling me they would get someone there asap. That amount of time was about 1 hr.. Emergency Air was incredibly helpful, fast, and went above and beyond what the job required. They responded to our emergency A/C outage within a day (on a Sunday) and had someone to replace our compressor within a few days after that. Robert was extremely helpful in diagnosing our issue and in helping me deal with the home warranty company to get our repairs reimbursed. Jacob was also very knowledgeable when he came to install the new compressor and made sure to take his time and perform extra work so that we won't have a problem again anytime soon. Finally, Robert went above and beyond by actually calling my home warranty a second time a week after he finished the project so that he could guarantee I get reimbursed! I had duct cleaning service and dryer clean today by Angel and Kyle. I gave this business good review because of their responsive, on time and professional from the representative I spoke to over the phone to make appointment to the 2 service gentlemen and the Mechanic gentleman. They explained in details of what will be done on the service. Angel called to confirm arrival, came on time, and did their job carefully and vacuum the whole house before leaving. The complimentary mechanical check on AC units was done by Richard who then explained to me what he found and gave recommendations of what need to be done for maintenance with no pressure of selling anything. Overall I was satisfied with the work done and highly recommend this business.
My appointment was scheduled for between 8am and noon. Received an on the way call around 8:45, James arrived soon after 9am and started checking things out. Technicians were prompt and quickly went about checking the status of AC and installed equipment. Photos were taken to provide a visual of existing conditions. They reviewed problem areas which required attention and provided an estimate for repairs/replacement.
I recieved a call from one of their marketers. the gentleman was very polite and kind. he offered a special for 39.95 to do a complete tune up on my AC and heater and I accepted. they called and confirmed with me prior to coming out. the Technician (Jonathon) arrived right on time. He explained everything he would be doing and went right to work. when he was done he discussed everything in detail that he found on my system. I needed a few things done and he offered me a maintenance agreement which would include the cost of parts that were needed. I was happy with all the benefits of the agreement but I wasn't sure I could afford the whole thing all at once and Jonathon mentioned a no interest option which was perfect for me. it took a while for me to understand all of it nut he took the time to help me understand. he then proceeded to do the work and when he was done he let me know and made sure the unit was working before he left. I now feel more secure going into the summer having a company that I can call whenever I need free of charge. I would absolutely recommend Emergency Air and Jonathon to anyone who needs a good A/C guy.

Mike Heydon gave me the best of three quotes to replace my A/C, Furnace, and completely new ducting. His price point was better than the other guys, offering less products and inferior cooling capability of the units offered.His staff was well dressed, very polite and quite respectful. His staff taught me how to use my new thermostat, and how to use my new app, that communicates with the thermostat. I call that customer service: unbelievable!After the initial install, a clean up crew came to clean scuffs near the access hole, and also repair and repaint anything that needed repairIn the hallway, etc.This was scheduled BEFORE the install, knowing that scuffs and scrapes will happen when major work is being completed.Mr. Heydon came back to check that everything was in top working order, and to make sure I was satisfied, and all my questions answered.Note: The coupons and ads are advertised as Carrier A/C, and not necessarily Emergency Air.

Had a few more quotes that came in a lot less ( had a better system for just above $10k) and then they wanted to come down in their prices. At this point they lost my business. Be careful when they offer the financing, because they are misleading just to get the sale. My fiancee had asked the sales rep several times if it was 0% financing for 12 months and he said yes. When we received the first bill there was interest charged. We tried making several calls, left messages, people NOT returning phone calls and when we finally got a return call they sales rep just talked in circles. He knows exactly what he did but just went on and on about how it wasn't him, it was the finance company. The thing is we didn't need to do the financing but wanted to take advantage of the 0% interest rate while we were remodeling.The installation went fine, no complaints about that.
The technician, Ariel, was very professional, polite and efficient. He explain his analysis thoroughly.

mergency Air Hearing and Cooling saved my life (literally) After my HVAC system shut down I searched several companies with no prevail. after a deadly vehicle incident, loss of work due to my injuries, ending the process of dissolution of marriage and heart break my system went dow with temperatures reaching up to 117 degrees and averaging 91 degrees I was in serious trouble. Teddy the inspector took care of me. He and his superiors installed a portable a/c unit until they could figure out how they can assist me during this financial hardship. Well great news! Had an issue with my AC not cooling. I called after hour and told them this was not an emergency. They took my info and later that night, the scheduler called and set up a time for the next day. They showed up on time and was able to diagnose it to be a leak due to line rubbing together. The only complaint I have was the technician could fix the issue but didn’t have the tools in his truck to complete the repair. They had to send out another tech on a different day to repair. Luckily I could sleep on the side of the house that had AC.Both tech were very professional and explained what they found and did. Payment wasn’t required until all work was completed. I was informed the price prior to the first technician leaving and that did not change once the work was completed. I will be using them again if needed. If the first technician would have been properly supplied with tool to make the repair, I would be giving them 5 stars. If you’re a veteran, mention it.

Last Saturday, June 29, I was awakened in the middle of the night by a loud sound coming from my air conditioning. To make matters worse, I quickly realized that not only was my unit making a disturbing noise, it was no longer blowing out cold air. I immediately turned it off … turned on every ceiling fan to high and waited in a pool of sweat for dawn to arrive.During this time I did some online research to find the best air conditioning repair service in the Valley and found Emergency Air in the process. At 6 am I called their 24/7 number and within 5 minutes of talking to the operator, I received a call from Mike. This alone was amazing, but he immediately put me at ease and assured me that they would take care of the problem and have me nice and cool again in no time. I was given an arrival window of between 10-1:00 which seemed reasonable, so imagine my surprise when Mike called at 8:40 am to let me know he'd be at my house in 20 minutes … and he was!Mike immediately went on the roof and diagnosed the problem(s) showing me pictures of the problem areas so I would know exactly what he was doing and why. The job ended up being more complex than anticipated, but Mike still kept to the initial quote in spite of the extra hour spent getting the job done and doing it in 100+ temps and also showed me pictures and a video of the actual work done. As promised, the unit began to work and not only work, but far more efficiently and quietly than before!Not only did Mike go over and beyond the call of duty, he was incredibly nice, well mannered and professional. I can recommend Emergency Air without a moment of hesitation and would call them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Mike, and thank you Emergency Air for a job well done!

Russ is AMAZING! He came out for a routine maintenance on my HVAC unit. I had expressed concerns with my 2 secondary bedrooms because they are on average 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I requested a service appointment for an inoperative heating unit on-line, and in short order Stacey called and scheduled an appointment for me later on the same afternoon. Had a small issue and my AC stopped working at about 3pm tried to reset the breaker and see if it would work at all with no luck. Called Emergency Heating and air and they were able to get a tech out to me extremely fast. Pat came as soon as able, he quickly got onto the roof and began trouble shooting my AC unit after a little bit my wife began to joyously shout it’s cool again it’s cool again. Our thermostat shorted out and caused the heat to kick on and stay on. Dispatch from Emergency Air Heating and Cooling scheduled someone to come out as soon as possible that worked for my work schedule. Nick was courteous, professional, and provided all of my options once he diagnosed that it wasn’t the heating unit or an electrical issue. Hi, we had Emergency Air contact us after our regular service company went out of business. They offered to fulfill our service contract so we scheduled an appointment. I feel this is really helpful so that you actually know who is supposed to be showing up to your door.

just purchased 2 new AC Units based upon the professional salesmanship of Caleb Garver. I received 2 other quotes that were competitive as EA's. However, I chose EA because of the quality service and education Caleb provided. He always gave me honest feedback without any pressure. Deal completed. Lorenzo was professional. He called early as he finished his prior service and asked if he could do my maintenance early as he was scheduled between 12 and 4 pm.s I was willing for him to come early. He inspected my thermostat and fixed the clock which was almost 20 minutes off actual time. He went on the roof where the unit was installed. Checked the unit and came down to report everything was working up to system standards. His time here was approximately an hour. He was very efficient.

My upstairs unit was underperforming. I called Emergency Air and scheduled an appointment. Technician Lorenzo Portillo arrived and troubleshot unit. He found a very small refrigerant leak which he repaired and then added refrigerant/tested unit. I would like to thank Lorenzo for his can-do-professional attitude and completing the repair in a timely manner.I new both my HVAC,s were end of life. I called Emergency Air for repair. Nate Sowa Comfort Technician and I decided it's time for an upgrade. I decide the Carrie Green speeds was the best choice. Nate engineered/calculated and scheduled the removal/replace project. The installers were on time and the job went extremely well. I was very impressed with their workmanship and friendly personalities. Installers: Larry, Kyle, Jessie, and Louise. I thank you all for the work performed and hands on training. Nate Sowa thanks for engineering and scheduling this HVAC project. I'm retired from the FAA and have upgraded HVAC systems. During this project I was occasionally checking their workmanship and was extremally pleased with the outcome. Thanks again everyone.

Issue with AC was resolved quickly and with a understandable explanation of the issue and needed resolution by Scott. All the the guys that worked on our AC and replaced parts were great! I can't give them high enough reviews. However, communication with the office has been horrible. They do not follow up or take initiative to update you. I'm still waiting on one part for complete installation. Hopefully I'll get a solid answer today.
Pat Edward's the technician texted his arrival time and was right on time.After telling him of the problem he knew exactly where to look and found a faulty float switch, which was new but faulty, had it replaced in 15 minute. Told Pat of another issue I had called in to thier office and he took the time to repair it so they wouldn't have to send any technician. Pat answered all my questions and I knew he was a real professional at his job. Very satisfied with the service and I would request Pat on any future service requests.

I felt betrayed by this company. I called and let him know that I found their advertisement in a flyer in the paper. They asked me several questions and I answered them including if it was a single story two story. I work nights and unable to accommodate morning sessions and have only a small window of opportunity for them to come to service my heating and air conditioning unit. They sent a service rep that had a ladder that was too short for a two-story unit. He told me that they could send out somebody with a taller ladder or probably a team of two people to do so. When I called to reschedule, because I was unable to accommodate further that day, she said that they were not going to be able to do any service work on this unit. Evidently they do not cater to people who work evenings and have tight schedules. I guess you have to work around their time frame not yours. I would not recommend this company if you have any specific demands.

Don't trust these people!! I was told that I had mold in my AC unit. The technician tried to use fear and intimidation to get me to make an on the spot decision, he wanted to replace the unit the next day at a cost of over $14,000. When I asked about the option of treating the mold with UV lighting, he raised his voice and spoke to me in a very condescending manner, questioning my considering of the UV light. I held the technician accountable for the way he was speaking to me and told him that he was working his way right out my door with the way he was treating me. I turned to Viking Heating and Air Conditioning and was treated so well. Technicians Owen and Neno were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A UV ozone light was installed, the unit was cleaned and received a good bill of health, no need to replace the unit saving me thousands of dollars.Emergency Air, you can try to explain yourself away in your response, sorry, the damage is done.
I cannot praise this company enough. From Evid to Josh! I only wish that they were contracted with my home warranty company.

I had the pleasure of having Ryker as my routine maintenance technician today. No complaints from previous technicians, but Ryker stood out from the beginning by fulling explaining the intent and services provided for this visit and asked if I had any questioned regarding the service package. He was very thorough when he return w pics and explanatory video of findings. Ryker made me feel very comfortable w his knowledge and integrity. I hope to have him back for all of my planned and unplanned services in the future.
We met with Eric about our 2 A/C units and he was so thorough that he spent about three hours going through the outdoor units and the inside transfer systems. Highly recommend Eric and emergency air. Completely trust the advice and the work that was done.

My air conditioner was not blowing cold and not cooling down. I called to book an appointment for service.Andrew arrived and Had it up and blowing cold in minutes.Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade.He explained that I had some blown fuses and replaced them immediately.He thoroughly checked my whole system from thermostat, to air handler and of course the air conditioner itself.118 degrees outside. My yearly service was performed by emergency air for the first time this year and the process was absolutely first rate, the technician was on time, extremely competent and informative in explaining all the steps and results to me. If it is necessary to seek repair or maintenance service in the future i will contact this company emergency air. the quality and knowledge displayed was first rate.
I got my new Train air conditioner 2 years ago. From day one Emergency air has been fantastic! Since then they have contacted me several times to do free inspections of the system to assure everything is working right. I thought I had an emergency due to a new noise and interior lights flickering when the unit came on. This company came right out within six hours, reviewed everything patiently with me and shared that the circuit breakers were 50 A where is they needed to be 60. By changing the circuit breakers I should have no future problem. the service man was so kind and patient, did people on the telephone were wonderful right to the point and followed up as they promised. Our Comfort Technician, Caleb Garver ,was very helpful and knowledgeable.The motor on the 17 year old air conditioner froze up and it was $1,000 to fix it, which he did, and then I was offered the option to purchase a new unit (much needed considering the age of my current unit and pictures that have been provided showing the condition the unit was in - I have been in the home for three years and have been told by multiple technicians that it would not last much longer so I knew it was time). Caleb only recommended and shared with me all of the options between buying new now and waiting. Waiting meant paying for the current repair and buying new meant paying only for the new unit with no charge for the current repair - either way the unit was fixed so I could be comfortable.Caleb was completely available to us over the entire weekend (the air conditioner went out on Friday), helping me through the process and getting things set up.The new unit was set up today with a new Nest thermostat and it is running beautifully.Even more than Caleb's professionalism and helpfulness, the company over all is very responsive and accommodating.I highly recommend Emergency Air and if you are lucky you will get to work with Caleb although all of the technicians I have worked with from Emergency Air have been excellent.
I asked for a simple estimate. I ended up with a ding on my credit score I was not informed was going to happen. When I called the office to complain I was told someone would call back to talk to me and I never got a response. I believe the people who give estimates get a commission and aren't truthful about how they go about it. Beware of this company.
Ryker was respectful and very informative when he arrived, giving me all the information of what to expect from his inspection of my A/C. I have to say that this was the best inspection of an A/C I have ever had. I was always informed of where Ryker would be and when he would come in and go out of the home. There was minimal feeling of someone working in and around the home for 2 hours. I was definintely impressed by Ryker's service ethics and the responsibility he took to make this a learning experience.A 10-plus in my opinion. Thank you, Ryker.
We were in the market for a new HVAC system. We interviewed 3 companys, all suggesting different options. We then came across a marketing solicitation for Emergency Air. They offered a free second opinion option, I called and inquired and they had 2 techs on-site within 3hours! The techs spent hours with us, educating us on different scenarios either for repair and or replacing the entire system. The very next day a supervisor from Emergency Air arrived at our home to validate what his techs found the previous day. He continued to explain and educate on the various options. Based on their expert, honest discussions with us we chose to replace the entire HVAC system using Emergency Air! That was on a Friday, we signed the contract and the install crew was at our house ready to go to work on Monday morning! This job was a complete conversation from a gas furnace, out door condenser system to a heat pump system! The install crew was incredible! These 3 men worked through the day, into the heat of the afternoon and finished up around 5pm. Not once did I hear a complaint about the time it took or the heat from transiting the attic to the side yard to their trucks for supplies and tools! They were so professional, always available to answer questions! I cannot say enough about these guys! Angel, Luis and Eldon your the best!! If your in search of an honest, dependable, fair HVAC company, look no further than Emergency Air! I’m sure all the installers are good! But if your replacing your unit ask for these guys!
They let my maintenance agreement lapse without notification. When we arrived at our home the a/c would not function. Poor management. Lost a customer!

I have used Emergency Air for 5 years for routine maintenance, repair and replacements of my Central heat pump systems. I get the same technicians year after year. They know my home and HVAC systems....and me. Recently Calab came out for routine scheduled maintenance. He found that my 13 yr/old unit was surging electrical power on start-up and had melted the connectors at the electrical box. Obviously, a danger of fire. 2 yrs ago another old unit died and was replaced with a top of the line 2 stage Carrier heat pump. Calab was able to quote me the same unit to replace the current dangerous one with only a 7% increase in cost....despite a 30% increase from Carrier due to inflation and supply chain disruptions! I feel like they took care of me because I have been a long-time customer. I can recommend Emergency Air for your heating and AC needs.

Joe Gabriel was here today for our winter inspection and heater startup. He was on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us with several small things on our thermostat. My mom and her elderly kitty were without A/C overnight. After calling around to several places, we thought that the absolute earliest that anyone could come out was in three to five days! By happenstance, I was flipping through my junk mail and saw Carrier's ad for same day service. Yes, a lot of the companies advertise this but this one absolutely delivers! My mom left a message with the answering company and received a call back in less than two minutes. Forty minutes later, Ryan showed up and diagnosed/fixed the issue ~ a blown fuse. I just got my entire system replaced a week ago in my home and it has already failed twice. When deciding on what to replace i agreed on everything they suggested to make sure i have no problems and worry free system. Unfortunately after spending a whole lot of $$$ I'm still dealing with a hot house. Service rep came out same day to fix it the first time and they are coming again tomorrow morning to try to figure out why it is not cooling. Very disappointed in this company as I see so many 5 start reviews. Nice people over all and very responsive.

Had an issue with our AC for the last few days. Tried dealing with the home warranty company. They sent out a crew that had no idea what they were doing. Called Emergency Air and had a response in less than half an hour. Set inspection time for early Weds. morning. Caleb G. came out early, as promised. Called to give a head up about his arrival. Right on time, may I add. Diagnosed the problem within five minutes and corrected the issue. He was honest and up front with his diagnosis and options for a solution. We will definitely be having Emergency Air perform all our AC needs from now on. Hey y'all, be nice, give Caleb a raise, or at least a steak dinner

From the initial call to set up our regular maintenance service to the moment the technician walked into our house the communication was top notch. The technician William was so courteous and knowledgeable. He let us know up front what to expect and each step of the way and he gave us a report card at the end of the service. Mr. E. Patrick was very professional and experienced technician. He stayed on top of the problem and did not quit until he fix it. He was persistent, diligent and above all he is a good honest man and the company will earn my business for years to come.
I want to express appreciation to brothers and highly skilled AC techs Jacob and Robert. Robert came out late on the holiday weekend and did an excellent job diagnosing the potential problem, then in addition to scheduling the repair, he personally followed up with us several times to make sure things were ok while we waited for the repair. Jacob has been to our house on several occasions and is truly one of the most knowledgeable technicians I’ve met. He notices the little things and makes sure things are done correctly and with excellent quality...a true craftsman.
I have purchased 3 AC units from emergency air and they are the best company. They show up when they say they will and always come within a day. Pat E and the technicians have always been extremely nice and knowledgeable. Plus they clean up their mess!I’m always worried I’ll be told…..this isn’t under warranty but I haven’t heard that yet ! Highly recommend them. For my first unit I quoted through the company through costco and 2 others. Emergency air gave me the same or better unit for $4500 less

Compared to previous years, a much more relaxed quiet experience. Service man was careful, knowledgeable, focused on maintenance and not sales, showed us pictures/video of the measurements he took, made recommendations without a hard sale mentality - much appreciated. Plan to ask for him next year.

My system was in the ceiling and several companies did not want to do it but emergency AC showed up on time on Wednesday and the entire installation was completed on Friday. They could’ve done it the next day but it was late Wednesday evening when the installer evaluate it my AC system at home. Both technicians were on time I received a text with the picture of the installer. Thanks again.
Our A/C quit after lunch and we called Emergency Air of Chandler, AZ and they had a technician out here by 5:30 and made a temporary repair until they could install a new one on Wed. Richard had to come back the next day and after he got done with his other appointments which was 9 P.M. he stopped by and fixed our A/C so it would run over Memorial day. We really appreciated the work he did and the Company was very professional installing our new one.
We are very thankful Teegan, the technician that came to help us with the water leaking of one of mini splits. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away.

IT ALL STARTED WITH CALEB!I'm usually not one to post however, now when I hear, see, or even think of anything HVAC related, and/or top-notch customer service related I think of the Emergency Air team (Caleb, Jake, Jeremy, Jesse, and Kyle) that earned each star and contents for this review.The person that my husband and I made the first connection with (outside of setting the appointment) was Caleb. He showed up on time (masked of course), got straight to the point of the visit (estimate/quote), answered each question that was asked, educated us about things that we didn't know and after learning found it of value. Caleb was confident in his knowledge, he did not try to pressure our decision nor did he try to up-sale us with anything that we didn't want or need. He simply did what he came to do; give an estimate, present options, give recommendations (at our request), and seal the deal (after respecting me and my husband's time to privately discuss and make an informed decision).On the day of installation we were pleasantly greeted (on time with smiles) by a team of gentlemen who respectfully introduced themselves and wasted ZERO time getting started! The entire process blew our minds on how well these guys worked together as a SOLID TEAM! Quickly, quietly, confidently, and professionally without making a mess nor leaving one (mess) and they each maintained respect and professionalism the entire time that they were here. It's been really hard to get good customer service and even harder to get great customer service while living in Arizona. Their level of service not only speaks for who these gentlemen are individually, but it also speaks volumes about the company for which they work. Shout out to the backbone(s) of Emergency Air and to the standards that they obviously have when selecting their employees. I must also point out that if I were looking for employment and/or a new trade, this would be the first company that I'd reach out to and submit my resume.In closing and definitely important, the price was within our budget and our units and thermostats have also been working great for us thus far. Went through the system and was able to do some preventative measures. Nate Sowa was the person who came to take care of an emergency service call. He was very professional and new what he was doing. We ended up getting a new unit. Very happy with Nate.
I received a call recently from someone in emergency airs call center... I normally do not take sales calls but since the person on the phone was so nice and informative I decided I should just set an appointment to check out my A/c...I needed to have it done anyways and couldn't pass up the great price. When the technician came to my home he was very professional and treated me like I was his top priority, not just another call he needed to finish to get through that day. I needed a few things done since my A/c is a little older and this companies prices were extremely fair but he even called his manager to see if he could help me out since I'm on a fixed income. His manager told him to go ahead and help me out and I'm forever grateful! From the their call center to office people to their tech and their manager they get an A+++ in my book. I recommend everyone to this company.... There isn't many like them
Updated review. I saw ad in mailer, was under gun and tight timeline to get some simple repairs completed for a home selling contract. I hired them based on their great reviews. Tech and customer service reps were very professional and polite. I did question some of the charges for my specific non-mechanical repairs, and based on my experience owning 3 homes and using various HVAC services in the valley. However, Frank at Emergency Air really cares about his business and takes pride in providing quality service to his customers. If you have questions regarding service, just call their customer service first. They are there to help.

Cory Chilson came to our house on a day he was not on call. His honest assessment and his availability on a holiday weekend is a service that is truly unheard of. We had our AC unit serviced for the summer in April 2023. On a Saturday in July 2023, when the temperatures were approaching 120 degrees, the unit stopped cooling.At first, I called American Home Shield, but then my son mentioned it may be something really simple, so I called Emergency H&C to come out and take a look. I agreed to the standard fee for the service call, feeling that if EH&C felt it would be really expensive, AHS could take care of the cost of the repair (side note, prior experience with AHS taught me it could take several days for a technician sent by AHS to come to the house).EH&C came out and found that a fuse had blown. They also found a capacitor needed to be replaced. I felt relief that the problem was not something more expensive. But then I got the bill. Almost $700 for those two parts.After the EH&C technician left, I searched online and found that the total cost for both parts was less than $50!! (Note, the EH&C technician gave me a photo of the failed parts that he replaced so I was able to compare apples to apples).I was going to call the EH&C owner and complain but felt it would do no good. My son suggested I write this review so there it is.Post script - I do not mind paying a fair price for a fair product or service, but the technician was there less than an hour and charged me almost $700 for two parts that cost less than $50. Do you think that was a fair price or was it avarice on the part of EH&C?

I've worked with Emergency Air in the past so when my tenant was having heating issues, I called them to check it out. The dreaded news, I needed a new AC/Heat pump. Since I know nothing of AC units, I had a friend who is a AC specialist call Emergency Air's tech to hear first hand what the problem was. My friend agreed, it wasn't worth fixing and should be replaced. I got a quote from Emergency. Being cost conscious, I called a few other companies to compare prices. I wanted to be loyal to E. A., but only if the price was right. I was very pleased with the final cost. They were able to get the unit installed within 5 days as it was over the Christmas weekend. I am very happy with their service and willingness to meet my needs. I truly believe they are an honest company but you should still compare prices as they are NOT the cheapest. They do want to win, and keep, your business though.

I have been pretty fortunate to have had two great service technicians fix the glitches in the new installation of both furnace and air conditioner. Jonathan Noce today and Pat Edwards previously. Today I called and had same day service. I learn a lot and each time my confidence is restored in Emergency Air.
We had a terrible storm last night that left us without power for more than 6+ hours. When we tried to turn on our ac unit there was no air flow coming out at all. So I gave Emergency Air a call and made an appointment for the same day. Russ came out to diagnose the issue and found out that our motor was completely done for, the storm took it out due to our split system being very sensitive like a smart computer. So we are still covered for parts which is great, and just had to pay for labor costs. We payed half now to get the part ordered and once it’s delivered Russ will come back to install the part and get our ac working again! Russ is a very genuine and kind ac tech guy, very straight up, and I appreciate that. Thank you Russ it’s people like you who make a great business. I recommend them 100%. A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The technician who did the work on seven different AC machines was absolutely great and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Securing those appointments through the office help/staff was the hardest part. But the service was worth the challenge. When you call, ask for Rita. And our technician was named Crow. It's a unique name but he was everything I mentioned above.
Our AC stopped blowing cold air and the temperature was about 105, so we needed it repaired quickly. We called Emergency Air and were given a 4 hour window for the repair man. Caleb came out right at the front end of the window, so we were not without cold air for long. He communicated very well and explained the issue and the options in good detail to someone(me) who knows very little about HVAC. I would highly recommend these guys, specifically Caleb. Thanks!!

Our friend Gary was on hospis and the AC went out it was 90 degrees in the house, Dawn his wife called us to help, I called this company and they had someone there in 15 min, Russ was our tech and he did everything he could to get it going again, in that time our friend Gary passed away, but Russ just kept working to fix the issue, he was amazing and didn't charge us for the visit.. We tried to give him a tip for showing up so fast, they were the only ones that could make it... Please Give Russ a big thank you for his kindness during a hard time.. Mike Holland came out to repair my A/C unit. He identified the issue quickly and got the cool air running again on the hottest day of the year. He has been out twice to help maintain and repair parts on a system that was in dire need of some help. He has provided the best service I've experienced since moving to the Valley 8 years ago. Friendly, honest, concerned and factored in the urgency for my family needs and my children. Quality guy and I have had nothing but good experiences with Emergency Air. My AC stopped working early evening on a Wednesday and Emergency Air was able to get a technician to respond within a couple of hours. Pat was professional, performed a thorough assessment and provided me with detailed feedback on the issue. He got us up and running again and we are very thankful. Emergency Air always provides great service and friendly technicians. I’ve been a satisfied customer for several years now.

Once the service Person talked me into an expensive maintenance plan I soon realized they only care about getting your money. Probably the worst service I have ever received. I would not recommend this company. Non responsive. They will let you die in the heat. Won’t budge until they get your credit card number. That girl on the phone does not care about taking care of her clients. Very unprofessional. She will hang up on you before admitting she was wrong.
Everything went very well with winter checkup. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable with work done. Will use them again.

I couldn’t believe how fast Emergency Air got out to our house and fixed our AC unit. I called expecting an appointment a couple days out but they came a couple HOURS out. Rich was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed our issue quickly and got our system fixed on the spot. I will certainly use them in the future!

Mike Heydorn was the rep for my repair. This guy was amazing. He arranged for the parts and was out here in a day. We are very thankful for his prompt attention. These company was amazing, when I called them with my situation which my AC blowing hot air on the weekends they did response my issue right away the lady that I spoke she was very nice and try to fix and send someone right away coz with my kids and no airconditioning it wasn’t that comfortable. I thank her so much for taking care and send me a good technician he’s name is LORENZO. He was fast and did fix it and know what he’s doing. Caleb Garver was my technician today (11/12/18) and he did a fantastic job installing my Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat. He gave me great tips about my Air Conditioning system and took his time making sure everything worked properly before he left. I also appreciate the courtesy call appointment reminders and the 30 minute heads up before Caleb arrived. I definitely recommend Caleb Garver and Emergency Air Heating and Cooling!

Had appt for a month. Was to be here today April 25 from 2-6 pm at 2:30 pm called me and told me they were too busy to come and it would be another month before they could come. Really poor service, all they could say was sorry. Don’t use this company they will drop your service if something better comes around. Love how they keep only positive reviews. I have posted on BBB and other sites.
Good experience so far for the installation of new ac except that the installer did not adjust the air flow and my entire kitchen area did not have any airflow and gotten up to 85 degrees but other rooms are cold. so I called emergency air and the next day Larry Gallegos came and did a great job and now my house are evenly cool and the system is working fine

Their warranty program through carrier is a rip off. They Charge $100 to process warranty fees which they don’t tell you upfront. They quote was insanely expensive in Comparison to others. I would strong advise to shop others in the area before agreeing to their quote

I started having issues with my AC unit in the afternoon and Emergency Air were the only ones responsive enough to get someone to help me immediately. Nate gave me a thorough diagnosis and explained my options in detail. He was punctual, friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys, they truly seem to care about their costumers.
Caleb gave us a free quote that included everything we wanted and more. Out of 3 quotes his was the lowest. No pressure, just great information. After accepting the quote, installed the Next day. Two techs did a very professional job and my new system is great. Thanks Caleb and crew.
