Technician came to our house from 1:15-1:30 today to drain a kitchen sink. The charge is $315.99. I do think this place charge a lot higher than other companies we have used before.

I am purchasing a new home and anyone knows that is one of the most stressful things we go through in life. I received my inspection report back and there were a couple things in question with the plumbing. I called several people and the customer service was not impressive nor would anyone help me unless they came out to the property. I am not the owner of the house yet so I was unable to schedule that and was left without answers. I was on a time limit due to my earnest money on the line. UNTIL, I called Spyder Plumbing and spoke with Robert. He was very informative and helped me on so many different levels without having to come out to the property. Robert even took it one step further and proposed an estimate based on our phone conversation and the work that needed to be done per the inspection report and had it back to me within hours!!! I cannot thank Robert enough for helping me and me a priority without receiving any form of payment from me. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an exceptional customer service and someone that is genuinely there to help with so much information.

Larry was great. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. He quickly identified the problem and found a solution. I think I found my go to for electrical problems. Is a little expensive but after paying less for spotty work its worth the cost.

Tom the service tech can't say enough good things about him he went beyond his job duty to help us find a solution to are problem. I would highly recommend his services.

Wimpy AC sent DeAndrew to get our heat up and running, he was there with in 20 minutes and much to my surprise he had our heat working with in 30 minutes. Simply is the BEST!!!! Ask for DeAndrew every time!!!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Tony was quick to come and very professional. Very fair price and easy to work with. Definitely recommend to anyone and will use again as needed.

The normal turn around time could be upto 2 weeks with most companies. I joined their maintenance plan, and I got awesome service in maintenance, and when I had a breakdown, I got no excuses, they competitively got me the unit I needed and installed it on a saturday !!The tech was knowledgable & got to business and got us back to comfortable !
