Eastlake Plumbers

The reason why I called these guys was because of the excellent ratings. My experience was much different. The person arrived at my house an hour late and only called me to let me know he was going to be late 45 minutes after the appointment time--I had taken time off work for this so I was a little frustrated to not have been notified sooner.

Job I called for: A new faucet I needed to have installed in my kitchen.

When he arrived, he didn't apologize for being late and started to complain about the traffic, which I can sympathize with. When he saw my kitchen faucet, he said he had never heard of that brand, and he then proceeded to ask me what some of the faucet parts were for--If I knew what they were, I would not have called a plumber for help! He then proceeded to let me know he only works with high-end faucets. He went under the sink to look at the pipes and said it would take him 3 hours to get this job done and then he quotes me $475 for the job!

I told him I couldn't afford that since I was initially quoted $125 for the job. He walked out of my house and left!

I later found a plumber (from another company) to install my faucet. It took him 30 minutes and I was charged $80.

Very dependable and responsive!! The job was done quickly and professionally. Fair, honest, and hard working business. I have used Eastlake Plumbers many times and will continue to call them when needed.

Very pleased with the work that was done from Ricky, I have used many other plumbers in the past that I was dissatisfied with and thankfully I finally found them right plumber who does honest work, is affordable and prompt. My go to plumber

My shower was backed up and I was happy to be able to get them out to me as soon as possible because I was having company over. They were able to come out the same day! They did a clean job and worked fast as well as very nice. I was very happy!

I have a tenant that was renting my home and had a few drains clogged. I called around to some of the plumbers in Eastlake and the best customer service was from Eastlake Plumbers. They stated they can come out and there is no charge for an estimate. They did give me a ball park figure which was a lot cheaper than anyone else in the area. They also were able to come over a lot sooner than anyone else which made me happy because my tenant was complaining and wanted someone out ASAP. I was able to get it fixed at a great rate and they gave great service. Still no issues. I am very happy and keeping their number handy.

I decided to give Plumbing a call based on all of the remarkable reviews here. Within one hour of Ricky coming I heard - YES - they were great. Ricky fixed a problem within an hour that two previous plumbers failed to grab. We had a 2nd floor jacuzzi tub that has been leaking into the garage below. 2 previous plumbers were not able to determine what was leaking and we were starting to believe we were going to have to replace the bathtub. I decided to give it one last try with a new plumber and I am so grateful I found plumbing. He was extremely methodical and clarified his thinking every step of the way. I learned so much from him that afternoon. Believe all you have been reading in these reviews. They are amazing.

They completed the job in about 40 minutes. As for the slow and leaky sink, technician quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in about 40 minutes. I'm very happy with their service. Overall, great service and really appreciated their professionalism. If you need someone to help you in a pinch this is the company to call.
