Prices are a bit high but service was good. It would really be helpful to break down the actual parts and labor of the job so we can see in detail of what we are truly paying for. Lumping the parts and labor together as a single item is not customer friendly and makes it appear that you are trying to hide something. Just a thought for future jobs so that people can see that you are truly transparent and not trying to hide anything.

Normally Precision Air is right on time and all goes well! We had a little hiccup and lack of communication this time on installation of AC unit. Kind of frustrating but technician was professional and apologetic. New AC unit runs well now!

I just used Precision Air & Plumbing to do an annual maintenance and cleaning on my HVAC.I was thoroughly convinced the work was very efficient and professional. While inspecting my water heater, Isaia, noticed the water being discharged was really more rusty than normal. Since I have had the water heater more than 21 years he showed me it was vulnerable to leaking. I bought a new one and 2 days later it was installed by Precision Air.Now I don’t have to worry about it this summer since I am a snowbird.I would definitely recommend Precision Air for any maintenance, service or new HVAC or water heater. I can vouch they have very professional employees.

It was obvious the AC installation team took pride in their work. They were meticulous about testing each step of the way. All wires and lines were neatly run and secured.

So happy with the service I received! The guy who serviced my ac to as so knowledgeable and was able to help me solve a mystery I had been wondering about for 2.5 years (the short answer was that I have a control load box that I didn’t know existed). We had our AC replaced yesterday. The crew of Teman, Tyler, Dave, Dino, and Andy showed up right when they said they would. They quickly got to work and prepped the inside so not to make any mess and make it easier to clean. I also work from home and they were respectful of that. Each of these guys were amazing and professional and I highly recommend you specifically asking for them when you use precision air. When they were completed they showed me the work in the attic as I was not about to go up there, and explained what was in each of the pictures. After I saw them they then began the cleanup and put everything just as they left it and vacuumed up as well. Very impressed and happy we chose them.

We purchased a new Heat Pump from Precision in April 2020 for $10,000. It has performed great until a few days ago when it started tripping the breaker. We called and they had a tech out the next day as promised. The technician investigated and then informed us the start circuit was drawing too much current and needed the slow start board installed “because the unit is in Arizona”. He installed the required part for a $400 charge and all is well now. The two stars is for them not installing the part when we bought the unit from them in April. If you pay 10 grand you’d think they would have told us that board was only going to last two years or since they and we are both located in Arizona, they would have just replaced it before selling the unit to us or anyone else that reside in Arizona. The tech stated “he sees this all the time”. Seems like a shady business practice that sells a soon to be defective part. A $10000 cash outlay should include ALL working parts that are backed by the warranty. If not for this I would have given five stars and a better review. The technician was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the repairs quickly following the diagnosis.

The licensed contractor explained the problem and what was needed to address the issue thoroughly. He was very professional and I would recommend him without reservation.

The Precision folks were friendly honest and professional. They are my new AC company.After a bad experience with another outfit (these guys fixed in few hours what the other company couldn’t do in 4 days) I can really appreciate their professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend them.

When you deal with a company that operates with integrity as the cornerstone of their operations, it drives a culture of doing the right thing for the customer as the foundation of a great customer service driven business, and you know it, you can feel it when you find one.That is how Precision does business. We arrived Oct 21st for the start of our snowbird season to find both A/C units in the home were not performing. One of the three companies we contacted was Precision Air & Plumbing. Precision was out right away and were by far the most professional. The technician Mick, and Jason the field supervisor, took the time to explain and help us understand in layman terms what was wrong with the systems. Just as importantly, they did a thorough job evaluating our needs based on when and how we used the house. Originally, after doing my own online research, we were going to consider systems with features (and costs) that didn't make sense for our use. Jason, and Steve from the service side, explained why we would never get the return on our investment those systems are designed to deliver since we don't live here in the summer months and don't plan to for many years if ever, and they helped us decide on a less expensive system that better fit our needs. Talking a customer out of the higher priced option because it is not the right thing for the customer, who does that anymore??? Well, Precision did. Their quote was also very detailed so we knew exactly what we were getting and why it was there and that it was not just an upcharge item, which allowed us to really compare apples to apples against the other quotes and determine what the others had not included (but surely would have added later). And while they were not inexpensive, they were willing to be competitive and fair. Bottom line, less than a week after I initially contacted them, we have two new units installed and working perfectly. The 4 man installation crew (Guy, Ryan, Dave and Dino) were about the most professional and polite you could ask for, even asking permission each time they had to head back in the more private areas of the home and leaving things looking like no one had been there. Everything about the experience from start to finish left me feeling like we had a partner in solving the problem in the best way for us. They in turn have earned a difficult to impress customer who knows there is only one number I am going to call next time I have a need they can service.

The only good thing about your AC going out when it's 115 degrees outside in Arizona is PRECISION AIR & PLUMBING is ready to fix it ASAP! Called and was greeted by Cathy who was super professional. They sent out a technician to diagnose my problem and, knowing that my AC Units were on their last legs at almost 20 years old, I decided to go with new units. Quick, professional, affordable, I can't say enough good things about Precision. Will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends in need of AC service or new units. In a world full of fly by night companies just trying to get more dollars out of your wallet, Precision Air & Plumbing is the exception as everything about our experience was top notch. Thank you Precision, my house is now cooling much better than ever and my family thinks I'm a hero for getting it done as quickly and with as few headaches as possible!

Joshua has been out to our home several times to service our 2 units that we purchased from you. He is always knowledgeable, professional and always explains everything to us as well as answering any questions we have as well as being a really nice guy! Ricardo was our service person and did an excellent job. He explained everything regarding our annual check up and advised us as to pro active maintenance needs. He worked quickly and was very respectful to property. He was neat and professional in appearance and left us with helpful information about future service needs.

When I had a problem with the fiberglass inside my ductwork in my 50 y/o house that I couldn’t handle, I called Precision. Mich came out and not only quoted the solution that I had asked for, but also took the time to understand the HVAC system in my house and advise that my money might be better spent redoing and optimizing my ducts rather than cleaning and sealing the old ones. This would not only remove the fiberglass, but also fix the horribly inefficient A/C flow through the house. I was very glad to have his knowledge and motivation to make the house somewhere he’d be happy to live rather than just fix one piece and move on. The price he quoted was also reasonable for the work done. A few days later when Darian and Chris showed up to do the install work, they were very friendly and communicative about the work they were doing to minimize disruption, they took our inputs into consideration, and then after their install was done, they spent a considerable amount of time making sure that the system was dialed in and well balanced. Again, it was clear that they were more interested in giving us a comfortable home with a solid system than rushing to finish the job and move on. It is never comfortable spending for large projects like this, but I believe that Precision and these gentlemen gave us a good value for our money, and had my house HVAC completely transformed and upgraded within a week of me first contacting them.

Our technician, Austin, is the best! Always on-time, professional and explains everything thoroughly! I am so happy that we found Precision and that we have Austin as our highly skilled technician! Highly recommend!

We purchase the 5 year protection plan from Precision A/C to insure good maintenance of our air conditioning/heating system, plumbing and water heater, etc. Leslie Cintron is the technician that usually takes care of us. She is a credit to the company, shows up on time with a Can Do It attitude. She is very friendly, efficient and eager to insure customer satisfaction upon completion of her work. We will continue to call on Precision A/C and Plumbing for service and maintenance calls and ask that Leslie is our front-line rep!Leslie showed up again this year (2022) to perform our annual system maintenance. As expected, she was fast, friendly, efficient and thorough. We would like to have Leslie perform our annual inspection again next year.

James was very professional. Checked everything that needed to be checked. However, he became too much of a used csr salesman at the end. Just curious though, why I was charged $160 for an AC & heating tune up when their website states $85?

Once again, our technician Richie came out and not only performed our annual maintenance on our units, but also drained our water heater and as always, educated us on our equipment and made industry recommendations as per his expertise. Supervisor Chris also was onsite and was very helpful in his suggestions and recommendations as well. They both worked in conjunction to provide excellent customer service and support, providing us with industry standards information to better fit our needs. Isaiah was very professional, knowledgeable, amiable, and conversant at discussing everything about our A/C maintenance and our leaking hot water heater. He discussed options for the various new water heaters available and answered all our questions in a straightforward manner. He was excellent and appreciative of our business.

Great company, they were able to come out same day to inspect/diagnose system. Explained everything very well and was able to set up and perform repairs very fast. Within 36hrs My system was replaced, upgraded and cooling.

This company has gone backwards. I had originally scheduled an appointment for Friday 6/30 to check my system and install a customer supplied tek bulb. When tech arrived she knew nothing about the install of the bulb. So I had to reschedule. They reschedule for 7/1 am between 7 a and 1 pm. No show. I called said your on schedule It is now 5 17 pm and they tell me the tech cannot make it today and they need to reschedule. All my clothes are out of closet as my air handler is in the closet in the master bedroom on top of my bed. THIS IS TERRIBLE customer service and Im about ready to cancel every contract I have with this company. Now at 522 pm they call and need to reschedule for next week this is not happening. I have waited all day for them just to keep pushing me around. They finally showed up on Saturday eve. 8 pm. Then I had a plumbing service scheduled with them as well. They were suppose to be here on Saturday by noon. They didnt show up till 9 pm and fianllh left at 1130 pm. I think this is enough suffering. I hope the owner of this company reads this reciew as I asked for them to have him call me and I am still waiting!

From my first phone contact, everyone I have dealt with has been professional and personable. While a broken main is never good news, it is good to have Precision doing the repairs.

We are very impresses with Leslie. She had serviced our ac several times. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about our unit. She explains any problems and let's us know before she does any repairs or replaces parts.

Technician was knowledgeable professional and friendly. I felt he did a thorough job and suggested a couple of things to keep my AC running a few more years.

All of the staff is very good and professional. The owner seems to be a real standup guy. I know he takes really good care of his employees and that means a lot to me. I’ve been very impressed with every person that has helped me. Two brand new AC units A year ago and they worked within my budget. As long as I live in Arizona they definitely will earn my business. Last year they sent out five guys to put in the two brand new units. I was very impressed. And man can those guys put away the pizza. Lol

Of the 4 companies I have used in Phoenix, I would have given Precision 6 stars - by far and above any other company I have used. The technician showed great care and expertise in addressing our A/C and HVAC. He was very proactive and saved us substantial money by identifying an issue with a part on warranty. I also liked that Precision performs plumbing services as well.

A wonderful experience! Don Maddox gave us a plan for replacing our furnace and air conditioning units. Our house is older and complicated and Precision gave us the best price. Don and his team was remarkable to work with and completed the job quickly. Karen C

Austin was able to come do my AC maintenance PRIOR to the window time. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, did what he needed to do quickly, explained what he needed to replace, answered questions. Very impressed with Austin and his service to my A/C unit.

My initial installation of my AC was a great experience and I recently had a 10-month check up. I would've given 5 stars except for the fact that they sold my mum on a warranty and she isn't the property owner and they never spoke to me. Thankfully, when I called, they reversed the charge, but I would advise them to check with property owners in the future.

Thank you Ray at Precision Air...the compressor on our AC went out last night and the house was HOT. This morning Ray was there to replace the compressor and had us feeling the cool air again in no time. Great customer service...quick response time and friendly from the first call until the repair was completed. Ray even offered to clean the filters! Thank you!!

Replaced a 4 ton heat pump split system that was on its last leg. Dylan was very responsive during the quote process and answered any questions I had. When the day for installation came, the crew was on time and organized. They were professional and completed the install efficiently. The end product looks good and has been working great! Will definitely use again!

We had a tech come out for an annual AC unit check-up on 8-16. We’ve been customers for 7 years, so when told we needed a voltage regulator, we agreed to installation. This is an inexpensive part ($15) tech never mentioned price, and we didn’t ask. Upon completion (15 min.job) we were billed $370! We’ve been good customers and are part of their membership program. Guess that doesn’t count for much. Gave 1star because tech was a good guy bogged down by horrible business model.

I just had a service call by Leslie (one of only two AC techs in all of Arizona!), and she was outstanding. She informed me in clear and simple terms how my unit was performing, as well as the status of my insulation. She informed me about possible remedies and gave me up-to-date pricing. I needed a new AC unit, and I had four different companies do an inspection and give a quote. The Precision field supervisor, Don, was knowledgeable and patient in answering my many questions about the process and my options related to getting a new AC unit. I called Don more than a week after his visit to ask a few follow up questions, and he remembered the details of my home as if he'd just left. During both our in person and our phone conversation, I felt confident with Don's recommendations. That's why I chose Precision to ultimately replace my existing AC unit.

Ricardo was very friendly and respectful. Service was done quickly. He was very informative about our current system. Didn’t try to push a new system even though when he first arrived I asked about a ball park amount for a new system. I have used Precision several times now and have been happy with the service.

I was able to get an appointment immediately and they showed up on time at the time they said they would be here. Ricardo Cordova was my Maintenance Technician and he was very professional, thorough and let me know everything that he was doing ahead of time and as he was doing it and followed up with me afterwards. He was a very nice gentleman and very personable. He knew what he was doing and did a great job. He wore a mask and had great energy. I definitely recommend this company as I have called them each year for a tune up on my air conditioner and was always able to take advantage of there special they have.

Precision was outstanding! They installed a new AC unit and new water heater. They made the process very easy and even focused on cleanliness by wearing shoe covers during the install. Very honest company and would totally recommend them for HVAC and plumbing services.

Andrew replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and able to explain what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. I will choose him for all my plumbing needs

Someone from Precision Air came out today to look at my unit for servicing. It had been awhile since someone was on my roof and looked at the unit. The first thing the technician asked is if I had a clean filter for the hallway, which I did so he offered to put the new one in, which I then tossed in the trash. The technician proceeded to get on the roof to look at the unit… 10 minutes later he came down with several quotes, all charging me $211.00 for changing the air filter in my hallway, which was not really that dirty. He said there was a minor problem with the unit but the real issue was the inside filter. I would not normally have a problem paying for work but the technician never made it clear up front nor did he provide an upfront estimate indicating the cost to replace the filter. I would have been more than happy to pay the 85$ service fee than $211 for the filter. His response to my complaint was this is how the business operates and that is how he pays to put gas in the truck..he also mentioned people call the office and complain all the time.

AC tech came out today to complete work from a week ago. Not the same tech as last week. This tech trying to upsell some sort of issue that was not there a week ago. When I called their office the supposed manager Chris was beyond rude and not interested in resolving the issue. This is not the first problem I have had with Precision. Last year the tech broke a piece in the toilet tank. Today involved the AC unit. Told them to get the tech out of here. Now I am extremely sorry I ever bought into a contract with Precision. BIG mistake.

We had James Hutzler come to our new house from Precision Air. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend precision air to anybody because of him alone. The company is great and always tries to go above and beyond as well.

Tried the plumbing service, they came out the next morning, I had a water heater leak, the supply connection was leaking he replaced both lines and the shut off valve. He told me the price but as I told him I’m over a barrel here I got to get this repaired, well $817 later leak fixed, way to much won’t use again, done a quality job but a new water heater would have cost $529

Sergio was on time called me before he got here. Very informative and made my air conditioner work like a champ also he went out and cleaned all the coils and got my air conditioner running perfect I'm very satisfied and I would recommend precision air to anybody that needs air conditioning work!

After a car salesman like experience with another company, I wanted to get a second opinion on what the previous company had recommended I have done. I called Precision Air on a Thursday and they were able to come out on Monday! My appointment was set for a time slot of 1pm to 7pm but my technician Sergio showed up super early around 11am which was great! He completed his inspection in about an hour and came to me with the items he recommended. Two of the major items the other company recommended were not even on his list as the readings were spot on (Sergio took pictures of the readings to show me as well)! Having family who work in HVAC, my standards tend to be higher than most when it comes to the service and what needs to be done but Sergio was OUTSTANDING and upfront about everything! I took advantage of Precision Air's membership and will only be having Sergio work on my system in the future!

I have used Precision Air for 9 years, both the air and plumbing side. They have always provided excellent service. The few times that a conflict came up, they have made it right. My last service with Ricardo Cordova is one of the reason's I continue to use this company. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and options on how to correct it on a level that I could comprehend what it all meant. Steve had also assisted Ricardo during the repair and was incredibly upfront with what they had to do for repairs. Impressive team work and absolutely the best customer service. Kelis was out within 2 hours of us calling and was able to get us a quote and scheduled for installation in 2 days. This is the third unit we have had replaced by Precision and they are always professional.

I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and the quality of the work the technician did. I appreciated the way he explained everything and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. My air conditioner is running great and I'm thankful. Annual maintenance is so much better than waiting till something breaks down! Thank you Precision Air! Mike and Ryan did a great job! They went above and beyond. Removed an old 5 ton unit that was old and replaced with a new one. Had a big crane on-site to handle the heavy lifting to the roof.

We're very satisfied with this company. Their technicians like Anthony and Julian are very professional and knowledgeable. Although, they're some unavoidable circumstances during the repair, but Anthony and Julian applied they're quick thinking to fixed our air conditioner. We do not have an air conditioner for 5 days with the temperature reaching to 116 degrees. It was a big relief that our house now starts cooling off. Thank you Anthony and Julian you are also a perfect partner.. I will recommend Precision Air & Plumbing to our friends.

I realized 7 years later that I completely forgot to post this Yelp review on Google as well. Better late than never I guess...The new system described below was installed in 2015. I've personally referred Precision to so many friends and clients over the years with only the best of feedback after using Precision's services. They are the real deal. Every company should strive to be this good at what they do!Let me just start by saying that overall this was an EXCELLENT experience. We recently bought a new home and we had to replace the HVAC system asap. We were stressed and wanted it done right the first time. I shopped a few quotes from some partner companies of ours and I thought they were good until we met Claude from Precision. That's where the quote shopping stopped. We were sold immediately. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of our exact needs. It was not an easy job due to the limitations of our existing system. Claude was able to assess the requirements for a completely new system in a fraction of the time the other companies took. He even found numerous things that they never did and would have been crucial to a proper installation. He had the quote to us the same day and that was it. They offered better products & were also less expensive than all of the others. It was a win win. No question. We scheduled the installation immediately, about a week out. Installation day came and the crew arrived earlier than expected. Guy & Eric are truly an amazing duo. They were very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They got right to work and didn't waste anytime. Very hard workers! Without any major complications the installation went exactly as planned. This was a direct result of a proper and thorough consultation. The end result was clean and done right. The system is amazing & runs very efficiently as promised. Don't look any further if you need anything related to your HVAC system. In my opinion this company strives to be the best at what they do and it shows in every aspect of working with them. I also wanted to say another thank you to their management team. They too are amazing at what they implement within their organization. Thanks again for everything you did for us!

Moved my air handler from the closet to the attic. This team killed it! Edgar and Dennis were awesome! They gave me updates every step of the way. Never left me in the dark. They were always giving me advice on where they thought vents and ducting should go but made sure i knew i was the home owner so if i wanted something changed they did what I wanted. They were absolutely amazing. I seriously can't say enough.

Highly recommend! We had a great experience from start to finish. Dave and Dino installed our new unit yesterday. It was raining, windy and cold yet they both were so great about it. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much for freezing your butts off so we can have heat. Also thank you to Don and Eric who quickly came out on Friday and spent several hours trying to fix our very old unit and after deciding to replace the whole unit they were able to get us scheduled very quickly so we didn't have to go without heat for very long. With a newborn this was greatly appreciated. All the technicians kept their masks on whenever around us while remaining at a distance. This was our first time using Precision and won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

We discovered a link in our main bathroom, over the holiday weekend. We called Mike Collins, our A/C guy, to ask if he knew a plumber. We discovered that Precision Air does more than A/C's. The next morning the plumber was here, quickly identified the problem, explained it to us and as soon as we gave approval for work... he started on it. Within 2 hrs, Stefan was in and out of the house. He was professional, explained and showed us where the links were coming from and what caused them, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure we were satisfied with his work. We would highly recommend Precision Air for our plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Precision Air came out to do my annual maintenance on my two units. My tech Leslie was great. She came in checked to see if I had any concerns or questions and then went to work checking my systems to make sure they were running properly and efficiently. She made some great suggestions to help reduce my cost and didn’t try to sell anything unnecessary. I appreciated her friendliness, honesty, and knowledge. She also let me know what our services Precision offered so I can get the most out of my maintenance agreement. Great service!!

12 days, 12 days start to finish! Extremely happy with Mike our salesman, and with Guy and his crew! Definitely should have gone with Precision months ago instead of dealing with the other jokers! We explained what our AC was doing and our technician found the problem quickly and was able to fix the issue immediately. Very pleased because we were afraid we would need a new unit. So happy it could be repaired.

As an employee of this great company, I had to come and give them a excellent review! Everyone here cares for the customers and we are all made to feel like family inside and out! Our techs are all knowledgeable and will work at all hours of the day to make sure our customers comfort comes first! They also offer many additional services to help maintain and extend the life of AC systems and water heaters I did not even know were a thing before working here. Definitely give them a try! Overall good experience. They came to house and sold me a unit they they did not have access to get. Called me after the fact and stated they could get it in 3 weeks ad the unit was back ordered. However they would sell me a more expensive unit if I wanted one tomorrow. Just wish they would have made this time issue clear at time of contract. They did call in two weeks and inform me that the unit was in and could be installed the next day. The installation went seemless and the unit is working as advertised. Even with the initial issue I would definitely use them again.

We needed a new AC and looked at multiple places. James came over and was straight forward and great to work with. The cost came in at a fair rate, and I felt that the system he gave us wasn’t necessarily the one with all the latest greatest features, or the most expensive, but the most reliable especially for heat in Arizona. Also, they do a 2 year, 0 interest where you don’t pay anything to get a new system. Just pay for the system before the 2 years. Probably the best option that suited us, especially for something so expensive. We didn’t want to pay for the system for 10 years with tons of interest. They did a great job, thanks again!

Fast and professional. After a few months after the install I had a small issue with my roof. Precision Air's response was both quick and professional,handled by the same techs that did the install and they addressed the issue in no time.

I have used this company on 3 properties over the years and was very satisfied and my reviews reflected that. I called this morning to have my broken AC worked on. They gave me a window of service from 1PM to 7PM with a 1 hour call before they show up. I called the office at 20 minutes till 7 and Tim informed me there was no appointment scheduled for me. There was no offer to try and help remedy the situation, just no appointment. So I waited all day with a broken AC, for a company that used to be a good company. Silly me. If I could give zero stars I would. Maybe they should cut back on the advertising budget and use that money to hire competent people.

The install supervisor, Shawn, very professional and made quick work of things. The two install techs, Trevor and Ronnie, represented the company in a highly professional manner. They were efficient and the work on the install of the ac unit and the duct work was worthy of five stars! Have recommended company already to friends and will continue to recommend.

We noticed we had an A/C issue at 4:00 AM. My husband called Precision Air that morning and they were able to fix it that same day, even during the HOT summer season! Salvador, our technician, was AWESOME! He was very kind and did the job quickly. Thank you, Precision Air! You ROCK!

Kitchen flooded, I called 6am on Sunday and Precision was at my house by 9 same day and Leake and main pressure valve replaced within 2 hours, Chase was terrific!

My a/c stopped working last night, and I woke up to a house inside temp of 84°F at 5:00AM.I called Precision at 6:30AM ... and they had a technician at my house by 10;00AM!! Within 15min, he discovered a bad switch and replaced it for under $400 (I used $50 in 'Cool Cash' I received from them for a previous visit).Hats off for fast response & problem resolution!!

Called them back because my unit has an issue that is supposed to be covered by my warranty they them. The said it was, which was great news. The bad news is they charged me 305 for the 5 minutes of labor time it took to replace it. REALLY uncool. So real hard to give a good review with that. However, the guy they sent over was very nice and knowledgeable, and so far, the repair is holding. But with warranty terms like that, management clearly not on the level. 👎

It is extremely disappointing that we were charged $470 to install a $100 or less thermostat. With temperatures in the 115s, we didn't have a choice. Your commercial advertisements are not true to your prices.

I purchased a new unit from precision due to their long term financing. I knew I was being took for 11,000.00 on a Goodman lol give me a break but had no choice. About a month later we notice water in the hallway under the return where the filters go. Come to find out the air handler was throwing water into the plenum. The plenum is full of water dripping non stop soaking the insulation, seeping into the drywall in the hallway, and causing the wood trim to warp and discolor. So yeah superior installation quality as they say....... The tech came out and immediately noticed discrepancies in the initial install but after being here for a good 7 hours he was unable to fix the issue. Now I get to have someone come rip my walls apart to check for water damage not to mention how much insulation needs to be taken out and replaced. I am not going to have mold growing in my walls since this company can't install an AC unit right. Anyways I don't know why I am bothering to write this it isn't like they are going to do anything above fixing the issue ( if they can ). Oh btw one more thing I had let go since no point in complaining but since we are complaining now, their sales people will tell you whatever you want to hear I was told upgrading to a 4 ton would save me lots of money in my electric bill. Lies all LIES I have run the numbers and included outside temps I am clearly paying more monthly than before. So yeah if you still decide to go with them after my story God be with you and I hope you have a better experience than I did.

So we bought these units new about three years ago and service and annual maintenance contract. Every single time they come they find a way to hit you for $300-1,000 dollars for uncovered parts and labor; or something that should have been sold to us when it was new, but was an optional part we were not told about. I would frankly go with someone else in the E Valley if i had it all to do over again.

Isaiah had good customer service skill, and worked with me to make the service needed affordable. I would request him again.

We had a great experience using Precision for our new AC system. From working with and receiving a quote from Mike Collins to day of installation, where Darion and Chris did an awesome job. Came home to 92 degree house and AC not blowing air. Called precision heating and air since I have their maintenance plan and am guaranteed 24 emergency service. I was told that the next available appointment was not for 2 days. I pleaded with the scheduler as I have a 7 month pregnant wife and dog that I would have to board but she couldn’t find accommodation. I scheduled the appointment but called the following morning to try to push the fact that I am supposed to get guaranteed 24 hr service. I again was told there’s no availability and would need to wait for my scheduled appointment. I said that I want up talk to a manager. A manager (Kim) called me about 29 hours later. I explained the scenario and she said she’d investigate. She called me back after about 45 min and said that she didn’t know why I didn’t get service yesterday as I should have. She said she was sorry and as compensation, she would offer another year of the basic maintenance plan. I was insulted! I explained to her that precision heating and air breached my contract as I was guaranteed to have 24 hr emergency service and this breach of service that had a cost of $225 per day in hotel, pet boarding and meals. She then tried to tell me that Precision is not contractually obligated to come out in 24 hrs but I then responded that on their website it states “guaranteed 24 hr emergency services” with my maintaince plan and if having no AC during 116 degrees with a pregnant wife isn’t an emergency I truly don’t know what is. She said let’s wait to see what the problem is and then she would see what they could do. She said she would contact me the following day.The technician came and was nice and prompt. He diagnosed the issue, a blown motor, that would cost about $2600 with my service discount. The technician contacted another manager and again explained the story. The manager said he would take off roughly another $530 which is the bare minimum that I expect. I went forward with purchasing the part because I just had to get the AC up and running again. The part was in a warehouse that was closed so they had to install it the following day. The following day I never heard from Kim the manager. I got a text at 2:20 to see if I was available for a tech to come out and I responded yes. I was at the house five minutes later. The tech came out at 3:15 to install the motor, my home was 96 degrees.The technician was good, the management handling of the situation was not. I originally called my AC issue on Sunday at noon, my AC was not functional until Wed at 4:00 so additional accommodations after the 24 hrs that they were supposed to be at my home cost $675. the first compensatory offer was essentially a $60-$80 value, their second offer was a little over $500 off the cost of repair, still under the additional accommodation cost post contract breach. If I got service by Monday at noon like I was entitled to, the AC would likely been up and running by Monday afternoon. I’m not blown away, pun intended. I understand staffing is tight, it’s hot and things happen, but when they do, go above and beyond to make your customers know you have their back. I don’t feel that was done.

The tech, Ryan provided great service. Answered most of my questions. Suggested I talk to Dave the sales manager to answer my questions about the warranty on resale.Showed me how to use the thermostat in a way suitable to my preferences. I will also give credit to Dave. He noticed that the hinge was missing on my air filter door when he came through originally. I wasn't even expecting them to replace it. That was an extra touch I greatly appreciate. I have gotten used to it. It looks so much better now. With a new unit, no slamming it to get the filter to settle in. The price was perfect. I wanted no frills simplicity. I was given a military discount. Thanks again. My dog and I will spend one more summer here before I sell. It will be comfortable. Thanks Precision Air for making that happen. You guys are amazing

Kevin the service technician was very friendly and personable. After discussing the details and problems with my furnace unit he had a good idea what might the problem was. After looking over the unit he had discovered the gas control valve was defective and needed to be replaced. Kevin continued to examine other areas to the unit and advised me that the coils to the AC unit appeared to be rusted and very corroded and was showing signs of possible or eminent failure with possible leakage of coolant. After conversation with Kevin discussing the condition of the unit and how degraded the other components were l decided it was time to purchase a new unit. Knowing that my old unit was out of warranty and appeared to be in bad shape and was just going to keep having brake downs plus discussing with Kevin the amount of discount and peace of mind of having a newer unit installed. Kevin was so helpful and knowledgeable getting the new unit financed and setting process for getting it installed. Kevin is very professional and meticulous.

Mike was very professional and knew what he was doing. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. If I ever need more service I wouldn't hesitate calling again.

We have had excellent support from Precious Plumbing . We experienced a water leak in our home. Precision Plumbing has been thoroughly helping us identify the problem and remediation.

Once again had leslie out today for our annual maintenance. The office notified me she was on her way and she arrived within 20 minutes. These guys were extremely profession! I first called George Brazil, who yanked me around for five days where I had no heat in 110° temperatures here in Phoenix. My mom gave me their name and number, and swears by these guys, and now I do too. Not only did they show up and assess the situation quickly, they loaned me a motor so that I could get some sort of cooling until they were able to install a whole new AC. The installation was set a month out, but they were able to shift things around and installed in less than two weeks! I highly recommend!

Purchased new washer n dryer combo, unfortunately Murphy’s law came into play, both washer ( hot & cold ) valves were leaking, since Precision installed a new AC/Heating unit recently. ( Top notch service ) on the install. Figure there’re excellent when coming to plumbing issues, send Precision an email, with my issues, received a phone call very quickly. Gentleman answered all my questions politely and was able to get a next day appointment, plumbing associate showed up hours before my scheduled time ( called ahead ) which was excellent for them to do that.Cameron K. was very polite and professional, accessed my problem, made recommendations for repair, with a fair price. I had parts on hand, Cameron suggested a better valve, which I truly appreciated. Repair work was done in a short time and done top notch. Thanks to Precision and Cameron for A+ service. We purchased a new AC unit from Precision for a reasonable price. The install was smooth - we were able to easily schedule them to come out, we received reminder calls and they arrived on time. We also have another AC unit that didn’t need replaced but needed repairs. They were honest about what was necessary and what wasn’t. I keep an annual maintenance agreement with Precision because I'm always so happy with their services. They call yearly when maintenance is due, confirm the appointment ahead of time, and complete everything efficiently. James did my HVAC maintenance this year and was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick.

Richie did a great job on our seasonal maintenance visit. He checked everything in the system inside and out, but also maintained social distancing and wore his mask (despite how hot it is outside!). Our kitchen and bathroom drains were replaced and a new toilet was installed. It was done efficiently with the least amount of disturbance to us. They picked up after themselves and did not leave a mess. All of the workers that have come to our home were very hard workers, especially Toese, he was very professional, and has a good attitude which is very important, and answered all questions asked.

My system was not working properly. My appointment was kept as scheduled and Tech was on time, with advance notice they were on the way. Francisco arrived and was professional and friendly. Our technician, Ismael, was courteous and knowledgeable. He inspected, let us know what he found and gave us our options, and got right to work. Spent $18,000 on a new unit and three month in it broke down. Tech told me that there is a known defect with this Goodman unit and replaced the capacitor. Why would this have been installed on my house with a know defect? Very deceptive in light of the money I spent with precision. Tech that came out was amazing and came out same day. Service he provided was great. Kudos to him.

Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job. Informed me all the way through the process, provided me pictures of the plumbing issues. Stayed until late and returned the next morning to resolve the first complicated issue. Second issue involved the City of Peoria's sewer system. Chris assisted with navigating a resolution with the town until the town's completion of problem. I could not have done it without his help. The company itself had a quick turn around and got someone out the same day I requested a new A/C. They sent a tech to look at the ducts and system. They got us scheduled for install in two days so it wasn’t too many days without an A/C. Furnace went out last week and I decided to get an estimate on an entire new HVAC system. Don came to my house on Monday and went over the numbers with me. The numbers turned out to be better than I expected and they were able to install the system immediately. They offered financing which was easy to apply for and we got approved in minutes. We scheduled the install for Saturday. I was contacted on Friday to confirm the appointment. I received another call from Frank 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Frank and Bruce arrived at 7am. They were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly and they were wrapped up by 4pm. They tested the system and showed me how to use my new thermostat. I couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish.

Changed our shower valve and extended shower head. Did a superb job. This guy was great, fair price, courteous, friendly and fast. Reliable as well. Using again tomorrow for another project. Expect dependable service then too.

They were supposed to arrive at 7 am, we received a call at 6:40 am telling us that the guys were on the way and they showed up at 6:55 am and immediately got to work. My husband and I hightly recommend Precision Plumbing. Jerry worked with us and explained everything to us. He was patient, understanding and gave us a good price. The technician Kyle arrived on time and promptly assessed the overall condition of my AC unit. Informing me about each task he preformed and why Kyle explained in detail his findings and recorded the data, pointing out the amperage for the compressor was in spec but high and installed a soft start. It was overall the best annual service I have experienced.

I found Precision Air on Google and decided to give them a try.. Marc from Precision air came out today to see why my unit was not cooling. He was able to diagnose the system and fix the problem right away. He did not try to sell me a new unit or try to replace a bunch of parts. We have been using Precision Air for MANY years, both for AC maintenance (and installations) and for some plumbing as well. We've found their preventative maintenance agreements to be a good idea and keep renewing them for the benefits they provide. Fantastic experience. Precision installed my unit two years ago, and that was a great experience.This week, my heat stopped working, and Mick Cleveland came out the same day that I called, resolved my issue at 8PM. I just needed my 'smart' thermostat installed correctly. Mick made sure everything was working correctly and had my unit up and working again within half an hour. I will never hesitate to call Precision for help with my AC unit.

This is the MOST professional contractor I have had the pleasure to work with in 18 yrs. in AZ. From initial contact with the office, to both the tech & field supervisor that diagnosed the situation, I had a new AC system, installed in less than 48 hrs. Made an appointment several days in advance. Was told the tech would be out between 7 A.M and noon. I waited got a call at 1140 A.M wanting to know if the tech should start on his way. I responded if he gets here by noon. It's now 1225 P.M no show at noon. I definitely don't consider this company reliable if they can't make their set appointments in the 5 hour window they provide.

when replacing an entire ac system, you’d expect it to work afterwards. not only did they charge me full price for a faulty system that only works on half the house, they came all the way to my house to stand outside, not even go back in, and tell me the problem was not enough ducts and that it would cost me thousands more. then told me to get someone else to fix it, which would invalidate the warrant i have with this horrible company. they’ve ignored multiple calls, i’ve left messages for the manager and cannot get anyone on the phone besides an entry level employee, so i did have someone else come look at their work. they didn’t seal anything correctly so i’ve had multiple leaks since they “replaced” my ac. the worst service i’ve ever had, and they refuse to give me cold air in the middle of summer.

My technician Stefan was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my garbage disposal issue and fix it quickly. I’d highly recommend Precision Air.

We had Cody and Ryan to our house to blow insulation into our attic. They called ahead to ask if they could come early, which is phenomenal. They were very detail oriented, providing before and after pictures, walking us through the process. Finished the job, leaving the area the worked in looking better than it did when they arrived.

Preventatively replaced my A/C unit in March 2022, nothing was wrong except it was 20 years old and maybe not going to last another summer. but after they did the install 2/3 of my house was hot, while the other rooms were freezing.Called a tech out who didn’t even look in the attic, just told me I needed $1200 of more work done (adding a return and a vent to that side of the house). Then I was told the work wouldn’t be completed until after summer.I had another company come out and take a look - unsealed duct work as well as leaking oil in my attic.When I called Precision back they said they will not send anyone out until September and that if I want someone else to come do the repairs I’m “more than welcome”, as well as there is never a manager or anyone higher up to speak with.I paid $10k, and now I’m stuck paying $100 more a month on my power bill, plus a miserable house in AZ summer.

I've only been using Precision for 3 years, but there is such a noticeable difference in their service philosophy. I believe in maintaining stuff, not simply calling when something unmaintaned blows up or dies when it's 110 degrees - Precision shares that philosophy too. Tech's domuch more thorough maintenance & are knowledgeable & professional. Austin & Aserto (probably misspelled) were excellent with this year A/C & some addl plumbing work. Great Job!

If you care about great customer service or at the very least average avoid Precision Air etc. customers first? I don’t think so. Anytime I call the folks I need to speak with are always in a meeting and can’t find time to talk. Promises are made and broken. Continually pushed aside and delayed.Our brand new unit failed 74 days after installed and it took 3 days to get repaired due to part shortages. The unit was repaired only to find that the unit had improper installation at the onset which caused a leak through my ceiling. This new issue and damage has still not been resolved. I’m beyond infuriating how Precision fails to stand behind their products they install and take care of their customers. I understand it’s the busy season but this has been ridiculous. No communication ever until I call multiple times and voice my frustrations.

Leslie showed up on time, introduced herself and went up on the roof to inspect the A/C. Kept me involved in what she found and what I needed!! Replaced two parts also left me a new reusable filter for when I need to replace old filter. I am very satisfied with the service. Chuck K

Andrew from Precision Air did my annual PM on my water heater yesterday. Very professional, fully masked, great guy. He flushed it, checked the heating elements, and made a few recommendations for upgrade (add an anode rod) and repairs / replacements when needed (ball valve, tank direct replacement, tankless upgrade) and of course the good news is nothing was needed this year. This company has a 5 year service contract that is a great deal both for peace of mind and any emergencies.

David and Gordon came out to inspect my current system and walk me thru every aspect of what I currently have and provided a detailed breakdown of my options for a new system. They were a true pleasure to work with and it truly felt like some friends talking shop. They were very professional and Precision is definitely a Tier 1 outfit.

I called due to A/C issues. I wanted to get it fixed before the weather got too hot. They were able to come out same day. Joshua came out and spent several hours diagnosing our issues. He even called Don (field manager) when he was not sure of what was causing the issue. Don came out and helped assess the situation and explained the issues in great detail, providing all possible solutions. The next day Don came out and set up 2 portable units to help keep us stay cool until they could install the new units. When install day came, the team (Teman, Dave, and Noah) were prompt, respectful, and diligent. They made sure I understood what was happening each step of the process. This was an all day process and they did it without being disruptive and intrusive. They cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I knew how to operate and care for the new equipment. This was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend them.

The folks at Precision are friendly and courteous. They are always timely with making sure my HVAC system is in good shape before the hot weather hits.8/23 I also had a recent plumbing emergency. The plumbing division at Precision took care of my emergency quickly and professionally.

Our old AC unit went out, so we used precision air to install a new one. We never had a problem with our old AC unit until it died, but with this one the air quality is terrible. It develops a sour smell once or twice a year.Precision Air comes out go clean it, which costs us money. They try to upsell us every time, which costs us money. We have to keep purchasing a new warranty, which costs us money.The old AC unit ran for 20 years without issue. This new unit has an issue every 3-6 months that requires a tech to come out and upsell us and repair stuff. It really feels like a scam at this point and we can't afford to keep paying a technician to come out every 3-6 months coming up with a 300-700 dollar repair on a relatively new system.In all my life in Arizona I have never had more problems with an AC unit. I kind of regret my purchase years after the fact. I wish I had chosen a different company at this point.Buyer beware. I hope someone else sees this and thinks twice. I have dumped thousands of dollars into this companies fixes and here I am smelling the same $300 stench coming from our vents.

Beware - tech quoted $6k for a new compressor and I directly asked the tech about the capacitor (I knew it was on its last legs from the previous repair) and they stated it was all good. After having someone else come look, they stated the compressor was unplugged (odd) and the issue was the capacitor. $350 later, it was fixed... Be sure to ask questions when getting repairs.

Just got units placed today and gotta tell you.My first contact with precision, air conditioning was pleasant, when they came to do the inspection and measurements. He was very nice professional informative quick, but got to tell you after reading online reviews started losing all faith at one point due to being rescheduled to the following day something about a broken part, to be honest here in Arizona it’s not fun having to stay in a home when your indoor temperature is at 92 to 97° throughout the day and when you have a little ones, it’s heart breaking to see them suffer and try to keep hydrated. So I was really frustrated and upset obviously not at precision or anyone that’s helped but at the situation.However that being said Precision came through they brought me two little portable AC units to hold us over till today for install which made a huge difference.These guys that came to complete the instal nothing but AMAZING, professional, knowledgeable super nice and friendly definitely can tell they love what they do and who they work for…. Thank you Precision.Now keeping fingers crossed no issues arise from units.

Austin arrived timely and gave my heating and air a thorrough seasonal checkup, as well as the water heater. He had a few recommendations to help me to save money and was happy to make me an appointment for some needed plumbing work that he was unable to do while here. I have used Precision for over 15 years and am pleased with their work.

The tech that came out was professional during the annual service . When he was finished he recommended two parts l, hard start kit and surge protector. I told him sure since he was seeing high amps when system was kicking on, and said parts will cost 800$ but no labor cost needed. When I checked parts price they came up to approximately 200$ for both parts so why do I feel like I've just been ripped off.....hmmm let me see now. 400$ per part and they try to sell it as no labor charge but then over charges the parts at a ridiculous rate. Also when I asked to keep the boxes these parts came in he said no he can't give me the boxes because it's company policy. What is that nonsense?! I over paid for the parts I should be able to keep the box. Not happy as a returning customer and definitely don't feel good with them after being ripped off

Shopped around looking for the best price while not wanting to effect quality. I was given quotes by at least 7 different companies, a few were lower but lacked the professionalism and attention Precision showed. Definitely shop around if only to see how much better and less expensive Precision Air is.

This is a real and honest review. I had them out to fix a 4 year old ac unit that was under warranty, so the repair was labor cost only. The technician asked me to pay for the entire amount, which was over $300 an hour ($900) for a 1-3 hour job. Also told the part would be in on a certain time frame and would be completed within 5 days and a schedule coordinator would contact me. Two days later ( with outside air reaching 118) I was contacted and told she would call me back with a schedule date once part was in. Two days later no call. I called back and was told she was out of town and she would call me the following day. The next day no call, so I called for any updates? I was told she was away from her desk and she would call me back at the end of the day. No call back. The next day I called once again at 4:00pm to be told she was on lunch (?) and she will call me when she gets back... but they close at 5. Lunch at 4:00pm? I was tired of the run around, and called another highly reviewed reputable company to see if I can get someone out to repair my ac and they quoted me 1/3 the cost for the same work. This was the worst experience I have ever had and this company knows they can charge whatever they want because people are desperate to have cool air in 120 temps for over a week with no air! Its despicable!!

Technician arrived several minutes ahead of schedule after calling to confirm. Checked the entire system. Cleaned the coils and the attic capacitor as a needed additional service.Everything was explained fully and any problems going forward were explicitly outlined. He wasted no time completing his agenda.As always, the technician was neatly dressed, courteous and well-spoken. Understood all the nuances of A/C and we discussed additional new features for later consideration.

8/24/23. The tech who came to fix our AC was just the nicest person and competent. It makes it impossible to give the service itself a bad review. He fixed the issue. Look…we just have a super loud AC unit. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The issue had to do with something else. I’d use Precision again but maybe ask for AC unit options prior to install to avoid this super noisy model. ?8/23/23 (a year and 1 month after new unit install). After new unit install, tech visit x 4 after install, loud crashing sound first solved by a new compressor, then after issue continued…deemed ‘normal’, the noise remains…now our AC is out, it is 110 degrees and the (previously deemed 'normal') sound remains consistent. Realize the noise could be related to many things…but I was originally suspicious of precision immediately replacing the compressor based on the noise to then calling the same noise normal.Now that the 1 year service warranty has ended as of June…. whatever labor that is now needed to fix this issue will come out of our pocket on this new unit.I hope this can be resolved at little cost and I do see that this company is well reviewed. Our experience has been sort of rough. I paid for a new AC unit that had issues which were ultimately shrugged off...now I have no AC - 1 year and 1 month later and a cost to repair.I want to say…every encounter with them has been pleasant and techs have been very kind.

THIS SHOULD BE YOUR ONLY CALL!We were referred to precision air through my father who used them a couple years ago he had nothing but good things to say about them. We gave them a call and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Mike, he went over everything so thoroughly with us and it was a no pressure sale, I really appreciated that because we were already stressed on the fact that we're reaching a record week for hear and our AC is out and do for another after 21 years, the only question I had was when can you start and what form of payment do you except. (this was so affordable) boom boom boom they were out two days later and in one day the whole thing was done. Wes and Guy the installation technicians were not only very polite and friendly they were extremely knowledgeable when talking to them about adding a system for our garage. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the unit is so quiet ( is it on??- oh yah ... cooling down fast!) thanks guys really appreciate it!

Precision installed a new AC last year in June 2020 and did an excellence job in communication with the install. They were on time within the window and because we didn’t have AC working they called ahead to we could meet them at the house. They explained everything and there were no pushy upselling. Frank J. and his crew were awesome especially because it was hot and a long day for them. This year, 2021, they called to set up our Ac check and again communication was awesome from the office. The technician James Hutzler was on time and explained everything that was going to happen. They even checked and did yearly maintenance on our water heater which was a plus. He gave me options for making the machine run even better but was never pushy and just a nice guy all around. You have gained a customer and I’ll be doing all my yearly heater and Ac checks only through them. Precision Air & Heating always impresses me.Yesterday 8/1/2021Our air conditioner stopped working last night and today at noon it is working again. Nate and Joshua S. came out and were professional and courteous. They explained the problem as they went and got the air conditioner up and working in 30 minutes. Love this company!

I had my hot water tank die on a random Friday and they helped me get set up with a new tankless one by Tuesday. Stefan was my point of contact guy and helped me with every question I had. Francisco (and his friend whose name I forgot, sorry!) were my installers and I was impressed with their workmanship after all was said and done. I've only been a customer of Precision for less than a week but so far so good! I'm looking forward to utilizing their regular plumbing/HVAC services in the future.

Top service, I called Precision Air & Heating and they came out the same day to fix my down stairs Air Conditioning Unit. Chris was the technician and he quickly debugged the issue, after debugging Chris explained to me the cost which I was looking at and various options. As it turns out our air conditioning system is 13 years old and Chris explained to me that in all likelihood the air conditioning system would need replacing and the ball park costs I was looking at. I agreed to buy a 4 year maintenance plan which allowed me to credit the cost of the maintenance plan to repair purchases for the next 4 years, this suited me better since I told Chris I would prefer to replace the air conditioning system in February of 2018 and I would like the present air conditioner system to work for 2 more months. Chris replaced a couple of capacitors and recharged the air system and the house is being cooled now. In all I am happy and Chris worked with me to save money and to help meet my budget requirements. Bill #454599 & Chris was the technician.Ricardo did a amazing job, found 2 bad AC condenser capacitors and cleaned the coils.

Great company. Replaced my unit last Feb for a fair price and have had great service since day one. They assigned Austin as my designates maintenance tech who lives here locally and was very helpful and friendly.

I called to schedule AC routine tune up and a duct cleaning. The duct cleaning was for 10 duct minimum…our house is 9 ducts and up vent. I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours at a cost of $706.50. The 2 technicians were here less than one hour. Imagine our surprise when a few (less than 2 weeks) later we went to replace one vent with a new one and my husband was hit in the face with at least a cup of dirt. I sent a message to the office about our displeasure and John the owner called and was going to have someone come and redo the service. I called again a week later and still heard nothing. It’s been over a year and despite additional message sent, still I have had no followup from this company.

Just had my annual AC tune-up completed. Austin L. did a great job as usual. He was on time and worked efficiently. I had this year's annual maintenance inspection done yesterday. It was done under a maintenance contract so there was no cost. The inspection and review of the results with me went fine. However, afterwards the technician tried to sell me other services and equipment: air filtration system, water softener, and more. It was obvious that there was a need to earn additional income. It became obvious that the service contract is just a tool to get the company back to my house to sell more services and equipment.

Some challenges / misadventures:Supply chain issues delayed original install. However, you guys were able to install 1 new install. New unit works great! Thank you. Minor mishap with coil not being properly attached - caused leak in ceiling. Mike came and fixed. No issues since.2nd unit installed this past Friday - also works great. Mishap during install. Dropped something during air handler install/setup in attics; went through the ceiling. Debris landed on dog... she is ok, but was very scared at the time it happened.Griffith roofing & repair is schedule to repair ceiling damage - Sheetrock and painting - on 9/3. Painting will be a challenge - custom faux finish...I know mistakes happen; people are human. Troy and crew ultimately did a solid install. New units work great - quiet, efficient, and cool/cold.Your customer service is second to none. When issues arose - short a coil for the first unit, ceiling leaks (twice), hole in the ceiling... you were all over it. Much appreciated! Mike Davies deserves kudos! Assume the ceiling is fixed properly and painted correctly, I would give Precision 4 1/2 stars... More importantly I would highly recommend you to anyone! Keep up the great customer service - it's what separates you from your competitors.

A girl and his partner was awesome. They did their job. They cleaned up after they're polite. I felt so bad because it was so but if I could I give him a 10 or more he was good. He was very good and so is his partner they both were good so I think you should give him a big pat on the back cause if I could do it again I do it again.

In 2014 I bought an HVAC unit from Precision and had great service. I'm not sure what changed. Late April I noticed that my house wasn't cooling. We called Precision as the unit was under warranty. On May 9th we were told the coil had a hole and needed replaced (part was under warranty). In order to get process started they needed $1500 up front (half of what it would cost to replace part). They did not leave a receipt or detailed account of what was to be done. Our mistake for not asking. We received a phone call that it should be about 2-4 weeks and part would be in. For the next 2 months until just after July 4th we called every 2 weeks for follow-up. Each time it was we'll call our distributor and call you back with an update. We heard nothing. Finally, we opted to go with another company, who came out and charged the system (knowing it was a short term fix), offered a portable unit and have installed a new unit in less than 2 weeks. Precision provided no follow-up or options. When we called and said we were going another direction they didn't even ask why. Then we got our refund it was almost $300 less than we gave them. When we asked why, the answer was well we think it was for original services in May. But we had no receipt and they couldn't say sure. I don't usually write reviews, but to provide no follow-up, no options and no explanations during the process was frustrating. We had no A/C for over 2 months.

I am very happy to recommend this company for any and all things related to hvac or plumbing. I contacted Precision Air and Plumbing along with several other companies for an estimate to replace my nearly 25 year old unit. Precision Air was the only company that truly spent the time inspecting and devising a plan to fix several concerns we had with the way the system operated. Our estimator Don spent nearly 3 hours at the home during this time. Other companies literally spent minutes and gave a very generic quote. In the end we accepted the estimate that was given by Precision Air at a very fair cost for the amount of work that was to be performed. We set up the installation appointment for a few days from the day the estimate was given. On installation day,our installation team of Guy, Nick, and Brandon arrived promptly and were very friendly. They went over the plan of install and immediately began work. Installation took around 9 or so hours. At the end of installation they cleaned any messes that had been made during install. I am thrilled to say that my HVAC system has never worked as well as it does now. Thank you Precision Air and Plumbing. You have a customer for life due in part to your fantastic customer service, professionalism, quality product, and dedication to your customers.

My technician name pancho did a phenomenal job explained everything that was going on with my unit. Very knowledgeable and respectful the best customer service from a technician that I have received. We had 2 new Trane A/Cs installed July 2021 by Precision Air. They came out at the 1 year mark and up-sold us an upgraded plan for extended service, $900. Our upstairs a/c stopped working on Sat so we had them out to check on it. Apparently we have a coolant leak in our Coil and they want another $3400 after charging us $500 to find the leak. ‍ at this point we're feeling pretty abused and would rather pay anyone else to fix this. Bottom line, these units are less than 2 years old, any issue at this age is either equipment or installation and to charge this much in labor is just horrible business practice. (Also they TRASHED our attic during install.) Keep shopping... they're great at the sale, but not great at the service.

I have recently used both the HVAC, and plumbing divisions. The techs show up on time are professional, and polite. I will continue to use them in future.

The person who gave us the estimate for a new heat pump was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and responded to texts and calls promptly. Until the install. He never responded to my text about an install issue. When I notified the office, I never received a call back. No one ever followed up after the install to see if we were satisfied. I guess once Precision gets their money, they can no longer be bothered with the customer

Annoyed that he showed up a hour late but he came in, diagnosed the issue right away. Fixed it right away, and charged me a fair price compared to other companies that rhyme with Barker and Tons. I’m 2/2 with these guys and will call them again for my a/c and plumbing issues

I have never witness a job done so well and as quick as these guys done. They came out within 24 hours of the initial call. Tyler ran an inspection and called Chris (Manager) and told him what was up. Within 24 hours Chris himself cam out to do an inspection and an estimate on how much the work would cost. Within the next 24 hours Chris sent two wonderful, respectful gentleman Erik V, and Anthony R to do the job. Everyday both Erik and Anthony would respectfully ask permission to enter the home. Both guys updated me on every move made dealing with the job. The job was finished and complete in a timely manner and the plumbing system is running perfect again. Thank you again Precision. When the temperature hit 114 on a Saturday afternoon, we discovered that our A/C was not working. We contacted several companies but only Precision was able to get a technician out. Mark arrived at 9:30 PM and was able to get us up and running. I was most impressed with how everyone from Sky to Mark handled my problem.

It was so easy to schedule our appointment, everyone we talked to was friendly & helpful.Technician Ismael Sosa showed up on time, was very professional, was wearing a mask & put on booties as soon as he stepped into our home. Precision provided same day service when we had an urgent plumbing situation. They keep us apprised of their arrival time and Carl provided the quick service that we needed!

The service man was not properly trained and lacked the proper education to service our residential AC units. He claimed he tested the Freon and electronics on both units in under 10 minutes but had no tools to do these tests. He then claimed our units were too small for the house without knowing the SEER, square feet, volume, construction, insulation or other energy components of our home. After wasting 20 minutes of our time I decided it was best for him to leave. The service man never checked the air handlers or even asked where the attic access was located. Save your money and don’t call them.

I had a miserable day trying to sleep as I work nights. I had tried to replace my old thermostat, but quickly gave up when the old unit was not shown in the new one's diagrams. Had 2 rooftop AC units installed in my house in September 2021. The westerly unit developed a roof leak shortly after being installed and Precision Air hired a roofing contractor to redo both installations including a repair of the damaged drywall in the family room. Yesterday the condensation line from the second unit became blocked and water back up in the unit and then flowed into our daughters bedroom damaging the ceiling. Precision Air will NOT FIX the damage caused by the AC unit that they installed. So much for integrity, quality and trust that is pushed by this company. They DO NOT stand behind their work.

Mark was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes of poking around my AC unit. Blown transformer. He fixed it up and put a preventative measure in so it doesn't happen again. Without him my house would easily be around 100 degrees as of now.

About 3 years ago they installed a new AC system. I been telling them that it is load when it turns on since day one.. they came out a 2 years later put on a starter kit or something. Did not make a difference! 3 years later Leslie came out and she said one of the parts was not working and it’s load because the starter kit is kicking in to start the system.. they charged me over 300 dollars again.. been calling talking with Drew and he is supposed to give me a refund I shouldn’t have to pay for this.. I been complaining about the noise for years and been paying all the money for maintenance warranty on it.. Leslie was great I even requested her to be my tech in future. But still waiting on refund I keep calling to see why I am not seeing it yet on my credit card but They keep telling me Drew is in meetings.. so frustrating

We had our annual check up on our AC unit this year and everything seems to working great! Our Tech Austin recommended we clean off the condenser coil and call it a day, so we took his advice and let him do his thing. Our technician Andrea did a great job servicing our AC/Heating unit yesterday. She also patiently explained what she was doing to my husband who was on the roof hanging Christmas lights. Precision installed our unit 11 years ago and the yearly maintenance service appointments have kept it running without any issues. We look forward to requesting Andrea again next year.

The tech was very professional and easy to deal with. He had a couple suggestions for improving the system, but there was no pressured sales pitch.Adding to the original review I posted and following work performed April 2023. Service writer was very helpful and professional. Same goes for tech who did the maintenance on Navien tankless water heater. However, I'm irritated that Navien changed their design and it cost over $400 to replace part! Also, I'm not happy that the very expensive Navien system needs annual maintenance! Wish I had never heard of Navien!Had a PM on our AC today (Sept 2023). We have typically had good interactions with the tech who shows up, but today with Devin was so amazing! He didn't pressure us at all but did provide information we needed to think about what we needed! It was a delight to work with him!

Haven was professional and was able to install 3 bathroom faucets with ease. His communication skills were great always keeping me apprised of the situation.I have a 4 year maintenance agreement with Precision Air. Earlier this year James was superlative in doing the maintenance on my AC units. As a Veteran it gives me honor in doing business with a Veteran owned company.

This particular visit was a recall and the company did stand behind their work and repaired the ac. Since last service the ac lost all Freon when the unit sat idle for 5 months. Was full when serviced but the company recharged unit at no charge. No leak detected. Apparent Schrader valve leak. Precision did recharge at their expense and was very professional about the repair. Will use them again. Repair person Aron was knowledgeable and professional and Mgr Nells was accommodating. The receptionist who set up my service was absolutely polite and compassionate. Anthony arrived right at his scheduled time this morning and did a complete inspection and cleaning of our two air conditioners plus drained our water heater. He was extremely thorough and kept us updated every step of the way. Being new to the desert we needed educating and he had answers to all our questions and information on what we should do to keep our systems running and in good working condition. When we purchased our garage air conditioner from Precision last spring we also purchased the two year maintenance contract which is well worth the money and we will be renewing it when this one expires. Our water would not shut off in our shower. Cameron was very polite and good with our dogs, making sure they did not get out while he was going back and forth. He did not have all the fixtures needed for the repair on his truck. He promptly went and bought them and repaired the shower within an hour. Cameron also let us know our water shutoff at the house was broken. He had to turn the water off at the curb. We had him replace that as well. Having an older home I was glad to have it repaired. The shower looks great! We have used Precision Air for various plumbing issues over the years. I find them to be honest and fair with their prices and their repairs have held up over time.

Precision texted me a reminder that my yearly a/c maintenance was due. We scheduled and the day before, they sent another reminder. Very professional. The tech, Leslie was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and informative. Will definitely use them next year. Will also recommend them to friends.

I am very pleased with the service I got from my technician for my water heater issue. I called at 7:18 am and he was here within 45 minutes. He was polite and professional. He was super concientious about being careful in my home. He explained things clearly to me and was very efficient. I'd highly recommend him.I also had an AC technician out the same day to diagnose a problem with my air conditioning. I had the same experience with him as well. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. He was mindful of my home and my dogs and did a super job. Our technician Leslie came to do our yearly maintenance, checked our readings and made sure everything was working correctly and clean. Also flushed the hot water tank. She was very professional and I would highly recommend Precision Air & Heating.

I had the pleasure of having Alin and Tyler work on a repair. They were professional thorough in what was a tedious and complicated repair. I received multiple quotes from several companies when searching for a new A/C unit. Through Precision I received a bid that was less than the other companies, but, Precision also did additional work. I can’t say enough good things about Precision Air. Gerald the technician was a hero, in temperatures exceeding 115 degrees he worked hard at 10 pm to get our air conditioning running again. From the moment I called for service, the caring person who answered the phone took amazing care to be sure we got help as soon as possible. The biggest gripe we had with Precision Air was that the technician was not comfortable working on our AC unit because it was too advanced for his training. He said other employees were trained to work on our type of system but no offer was made to schedule one of them to come out. It appears that all of the other maintenance was performed quickly and in a professional manner but our AC still seems to struggle to keep the house cool. Just can't give more than 2 stars................UpdateI reached out to Nels. He apologized for not being able to get our system working right. I now know that with the newer more advanced systems you really need to find a company trained on your name brand, in this case Lennox. Precision has agreed to refund the maintenance charge and was helpful with the information I need to get the right company out to service my system. Thanks

Eric, our plumber tech. Was outstanding in service, experience and knowledge of our issues and he showed a true value and concerns for what we needed. Eric and his associate finished the job that was started by Dalton, and he completed it very successfully! If ever I need a job done again or can recommend a plumber company, it will be Precision Air and Plumbing.

This company tried to sell an overpriced air conditioner to my 81 year old mom. Her air conditioner is working fine but they made her believe it was wearing out. They nearly took her for $13,000. Don't use them.

Brandon and Stefan did an amazing job replacing a section of broken pipe underneath our front yard after Chris diagnosed the issue using their sewer camera. Turned out to be a much more complicated job then they originally thought but the team handled everything well, communicated with us throughout the entire process keeping us well informed each step of the way. They proved themselves once again to be an exceptionally trustworthy plumbing company with outstanding customer service. Don came out and gave us a bid on two new AC units. He was very professional and took the time to explain our options. Although we didn’t go through them due to finding a better warranty offer, I would highly recommend them based on integrity alone.

Edit: Pending some new information regarding the sale of a new AC unit this review may be changed to reflect the fleecing of our family over a new unit. Tactics used to scare my wife into committing to an AC unit based on limited availability projected by the tech. More to come but this will be the start of I don't have some crystal clear answers soon.Consistent quality service delivered with honesty. Always appreciative of the work Precision does to keep my AC going with routine maintenance being an older unit. Upfront and honest about the unit now and going forward. I don't see myself using another company in the valley for my AC work.

I have been with company for over 20 years and only 2 time I have some problems.1 time it was a new person that came out and I talked to the company and they helped me with that personThis company has been there for me when I had a problem, they jumped on it and always help me.Now my A/C had a problem I called them and they always come out the same day. They came out and he showed me the problem . My my wife and I talked about the problem . Just like always they gave me a great deal on the problem. I asked the tech. The problem was my A/C was in bad shape. I asked the tech. the price for repairs and it was going to be alot of money. So I asked him what the price on a new one and the price was out of my price range. He said he would call his boss and ask him what he could do about the price. I got a great deal and I said let's do it. The next day they came out to replace my A/C and the heater. The 2 technician that came out were great and very polite. After it was done the A/C work better then I thought. The unit was working great and it was better then I was hoping! This company is very professional and I will recommend them , you will be happy with this company. Like I said earlier this company on a scale from 1 not good to a 10. She was prompt for her appointment and explained all the finer points of both my unit and inherited service contract. Based on this interaction, I feel very comfortable with continuing to use PA&P--and most importantly, technician Leslie--for my HVAC needs.

I had plane tickets to fly out of town for vacation 2 days after my unit was leaking water into the house.When I saw that water leaking into our hallway. I understandably freaked out. But, somehow, Precision air was able to get a unit installed before I flew out. I would say that in the summertime in Phoenix, replacing an air conditioner that fast was an outstanding effort for my home.Unfortunately, the unit installation was somewhat awry, and caused a problem. Precision Air fixed this with an incredible amount of work, including a crane and ductwork at no charge to us. I think that is outstanding and shows that Precision Air is a company that stands behind their work and is truly customer service oriented. I’d like to say that I was impressed with Guy (don’t know his last name) and his helper. The Technician (Nick - awesome!) came an hour EARLIER than I was told he would be there, assessed the situation within 8 minutes, and came back with the options I could choose from. Once I selected the service I wanted, the cold air was THANKFULLY FLOWING in a little over 5 minutes.Great to work with today as they were when they installed the unit for us three years ago!! I bought my A/C unit last year and it was time for the yearly maintenance. Isaiah was my technician and he was on time and very professional. He talked me through what he needed to do for the visit. We agreed to $1600 + for a water heater installation. We knew the water heater could be purchased (retail) for $600; the installation took 2 hours. With lots going on in our world, we agreed to the greedy rate to fix our problem. The installer was professional and efficient...he got the job done. Our displeasure came when we were hit up for an additional $350+ for “we’ll fix anything else required to get you up and going”. A $32 gas line was replaced, without our approval, and we were charged $342.00 for it. We contacted Precision Air/Plumbing (you will never talk to the same person when addressing your concerns) and were completely dismissed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!$2000+ later we have a functioning water heater that should’ve cost about $1000.

As always, prompt, professional and knowledgable service. Technician was excellent and personable. Explained everything in terms I could understand. I’ve used this company for most of the last 20 years, and will keep using them!

Extremely professional and trustworthy. Anthony was out to my home twice to help me troubleshoot a plumbing/sewer issue. He spent an enormous amount of time showing me what the problem was via a camera he fed through the line. This company had previously replaced another section of my sewer line, and I now have issues in another section they will be replacing. They are fairly priced and Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I won't call anyone else for all my plumbing needs.

Our technician, Francisco was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time inspecting our units and provided a detailed report verbally and written. Thank you for providing great service Francisco.

I called precision as an emergency when I came home to my AC being out after 5 days of vacation. Don was able to come out that very same day and take a look at my home. He is the definition of 5 star customer service. He made some optional recommendations that would help flow throughout my home and showed me pictures of the current installation and explained how it would work more efficiently in a way I could understand so I went with all of his recommendations. Crew came out the very next day and installed the unit. They were clean, polite, and fast. Can’t even tell they were here. Could not have had a better experience.

Paid over $16,000 for 3 brand new units on our properties to be quoted a 10 years parts AND labor warranty to be told a year later it was only 10 years parts no labor. Don who helped us was willing to do nothing to make it right and keep our business and being a business owner myself if someone dropped $16,000 in my shop in one day I would go above and beyond to keep them as a customer but not precision. They simply said there’s nothing we can do it must have been a misunderstanding sorry, if you want to be ripped off and not treated fairly/have them promise one thing and do another once they have your money then use them cause they did nothing to make this right.

My fiancé and I have had such horrible experiences with other AC contractors and companies. Hobaica was the absolute worst. Our friend referred us to precision air and we gave it a shot and ended up getting our new AC unit from them. They were communicative, on time and super friendly. I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends!The paperwork was missing the annual contract with precision air for the annual maintenance where they come twice a year to do a check up, etc. Ryan called Dylan to check and confirmed we had it and stated we should receive the paper work by tomorrow! I love that they confirmed before payment was done! Will check tomorrow to make sure I have received it. Such a pleasant interaction and installation!

Our ac went out. I called and left messages for over 6 companies. Only 2 called back and wanted to charge extra fees due to it being Sunday. I called precision air and they came out did the work and left. Josh was very professional and was able to fix out issue! Recommend them over all other since they answered the phone when we had an issue and did not make us wait days to get an ac repaired.

I have been using Precision Air for years and I'm always impressed by their professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness. My AC broke down two days ago, I called them in the evening, they came by early the next morning and fixed the unit in less than 30 minutes. Keep up the good work!! Also I want to give a shot out to Tommy Moreno Jr, he did a great job.

They were quick to respond for an emergency call. Did not hire them for the repair because they did not answer my question regarding their bid.

While I’m still in sticker shock over the cost, the installation went very well, the personnel seemed competent & knowledgeable, and the unit is functioning very well.

The service and interaction I had with my last service was unacceptable. I was quoted a price to replace a coil. Then when it was replaced they said my drip pan wouldn't work and needed to be replaced at hundreds of dollars. I called the office over and over to discuss and finally got a manager on the line. He said this was a error by the person that placed the order and agreed to comp. After they left I found that the attic entrance had the frame removed and left laying in the floor. I was in the process of selling my home and had to call back in to get that fixed. I was told by Crow that typically putting the frame back is not included. (Then why not set expectations up front??) But they fixed it. Then when my house was inspected guess what no gas to my heat. They forgot to turn the gas back on. Another trip out for that. Everytime I called and asked to speak to a manager I was given the run around. Told I would get a call back or that he was busy. I had to continue to call in over and over before he would get on the phone. After the gas issue I asked to be compensated for my time and he told me he would get back to me. Surprise surprise it's been 7 months and still no contact. I bought a new home and could have transferred my service plan but no thanks. I will find a different company that values their customers.Would still love to hear back from the owner. I always loved that it was a Veteran owned company. It's sad that the people he has working for him don't value integrity.

We’ve been using Precision Air & Plumbing for over 20 years and wouldn’t use anyone else.Today, Dalton arrived and was able to determine that our disposal was leaking. He was pleasant and took care of putting in the new disposal and made sure we had proper clamps for the dishwasher extension. It was quick and so easy to work with him. Precision Air did a great job installing my new AC and air handler. When I needed maintenance, they came out right away and provided me with diagnostics of what the issues were. The issues were resolved same day.

I really like this company. They have always been very professional and very good. They will always get the job done and get it done right. However, like most of the companies here in AZ I do not understand why they over charge people and rip them off? It usually takes the techs around an hour or less to do a job and they charge $300+ for the work. It really doesn't make much sense TBH.

In the past week, I’ve had 3 Precision technicians visit our home for 3 different reasons. Nick came out quickly to address an unusual smell that might have been related to our AC. JR came out to see if the smell was due to the sink disposal. Then Ricardo performed our annual PMA inspection of the entire AC system. They all did a great job. On time, efficient, courteous and friendly, knowledgeable, honest. All 3 worked hard on these hot days. No corners were cut.I look forward to working with Precision and these fine people for another decade and a half!!Also, the schilling people on the phone were very responsive and patient with my schedule changes.Thanks to All, Gary Rogers

EDITING my Review: a Manager called apologized for the bait and switch, said technician was fired and refunded my $250.Anyone can have a bad day. I'd call them again since they were available but manage with my eyes wide open. Previous review: NEVER USE THEM! They told me 59$ charged $250 with no conclusion and only 45 min of effort!! They are BAIT AND SWITCH experts!!!

David, the estimator who responded, was knowledgeable, professional and understood my needs. He presented several alternative packages for my review and selection. His impute was invaluable and allowed me to select the best system for my home He presented several pricing options and discounts available and we were able to arrive at a package that worked for me He was very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him.

Our air conditioner went out late afternoon and a technician arrived within an hour. Found the unit was dead, arranged for a consultant to come out next morning and explain our options. Jim arrived, was a wealth of information and sold us a unit that fit our needs. The price was decent as I had been busy bidding with other sources. Guy and Eric arrived on schedule for the install, were very professional and did a terrific job. We had some additional ducting changes as recommended by Jim and the whole house hasn't been this cool since it was built. The unit runs very quiet which we enjoy that! The technician, James, was very thorough and competent in his evaluation of my hvac. He provided suggestions/recommendations based on the diagnostics he ran. Thoroughly explained in layman's terms to me what they meant and then provided a list of options an cost, with no sense of urgency.Very personable and took as much time to explain to me as I needed.This is my second experience in 2 years with this company and they have a great team to work with.

My kitchen sink/drain was blocked just before Christmas. JR was at my house within hours. After assessing my problem he outlined exactly what I could expect before expertly clearing my drain. While he recommended future action I should consider, there was no upselling of work I didn't need and no pressure to make immediate decisions. JR was friendly, knowledgeable and confident, and completely sanitized the work area when he finished up. I was highly satisfied and will use Precision Air & Plumbing in the future.

We called at 11:00 the night receptionist and it is now 4:15AM. A tech by the name of Alan was supposed to service our non working air-conditioning unit. No one ever showed, or contacted us why the never showed up. The temp in our house is now close to 90 degrees. If we were contacted that no one could repair our air conditioning unit, we would have done business with someone that could of. POOR BUSINESS ETHIC!

Leslie was friendly and efficient. She didn't try to over sale her services. She informed about the issues with my unit and let me make the decisions.

We called on a whim looking to schedule a tune up appointment during the week we were off on break. They had availability and were at our house within two hours. The maintenance tech Richie was knowledgeable and helped us select the best service for our units. We ended up accepting a yearly contract offer. With everything they will be providing for air-conditioning and plumbing it feels like a solid deal considering we were already paying a yearly maintenance on plumbing as well. Now we will have both with the same provider. Feels a lot easier to keep track of.

Having moved into our house a few months ago we identified several plumbing issues of concern. Don was not only courteous, but also very knowledgeable. He was very patient in answering all questions, provided detailed info about each issue and clearly identified all our options.

James quoted the best prices on my new AC System. I shopped 5 different companies and saved $3000 to $6000 over the competition for the same system/ manufacturer. I got a better warranty and maintenance deal as well. Straight up quote, no b.s. and didn't waste my time like a couple of the other big name company's did. Very Very highly recommended.

I had a water issue in the bathroom. It was 7:00 at night . No one answered their phone except Precision . Susie was so helpful and William did an outstanding job . They have my business forever .

On 06/15/23, Precision Air installed a new AC unit for my condo.On 07/01/23, I noticed that the unit was not holding my set temperature.They sent out service techs several times over the next week and a half, but they have not been able to fix the issue. The techs were all professional, pleasant, and have been the only shining spot of this experience.The unit will run for a time at the setpoint of 77 degrees, then it's unable to hold it, going up to 84 degrees and the blower runs continuously. Hours later, it will eventually cool down and that cycle repeats throughout the day and night.The temperature one issue, but with the blower running nonstop for hours on end, I'm incredibly concerned what that's doing to my electric bill for the past month.The issues with the AC would be one thing if the company was communicating with me and working to permanently resolve them, but that is not the case and the reason for this review.I've called twice to find out if they were submitting the SRP rebate or if I needed to, and the person who was supposed to respond me did not.In addition to each of the calls I've made to report the AC issues and to request service, I've also used their online contact form as well as emailed them three times and specifically asked for someone to contact me. I've received zero response to any of this. In the midst of all these issues on a brand new system, not one customer service manager or the sales rep has reached out to see if things were resolved, to see if I'm satisfied with the job and purchase, etc.I'm truly hoping that there is a permanent resolution and soon. I'm open to any number of outcomes and have suggested several of them.

Very impressed, they showed up on time, they said it would take 3 hours to install our new air conditioner which they did. They cleaned up explained everything, had someone come by in less then a hour picked up our old unit. They were the best!

We have always been well treated whether its been AC or plumbing issues, they are always quick to respond and perform professionally. We purchased our AC from Precision Air 7 years ago and it has performed great. When it went out last Friday afternoon (when it was 116 out) they were out the next afternoon and repaired it quickly. We recommend Precision to our friends and family.

Tech this year was very good. Tech last year made me not trust your company so we will try again. Furthermore $2800 for water heater is way high. However I understand I pay the $2800 and you throw in the $800 in A/C repairs. The big issue is the company writing down repairs is not right. I expect a fair proce on all repairs with no discount. Im getting a water heater for $1000 and a 9 year warranty. You want $2800 and a 10 year warranty. Im going to gamble, and may not live here 10 years. Just feel a bit uneasy. After the contract is up we may have to see other options.

I’ve utilized Precision A/C and Plumbing for over 10 years. Their representatives (sales and service) are responsive, timely, communicate well, courteous and perform their job at high levels. James was at our house today and I’ll be signing up for another four year service plan. The service plan has been a great value as our two HVAC systems are well maintained and I expect them to get maximum service life. He explained the benefits and allowed me to take my time with the decision. I appreciate that.

I urge you to use Parker and sons or another business because this one has been the most unprofessional and unreliable I've ever dealt with after paying $6,000 for an AC which included complete tune-ups. This last minute I had they end up charging my TENANT, not me, almost $200 for a tune-up that was part of my contract and package. When I called and spoke to the manager, rosie she was so rude and unprofessional she would not allow me to talk and kept talking over me. She never had a resolution or try to work with me. The tech was late that day and why did he not call me to charge my card when I'm the main person on the contract and the person that bought the AC. The AC does not even run properly, it's poor quality, they're unresponsive and late, and dealing with a very rude and unprofessional manager just makes me want to tell everyone not to purchase from precision air it will save you time and money and headache.

We used Precision to install new units several years ago and have them come out for yearly maintenance and inspection. Most recent was July 27. As usual, Precision (tech was Richie) did a great job and explained possible concerns and preventative maintenance tips. This year they took all the necessary COVID precautions which was great.

I hired these people to install a new AC unit. The installation was fine. The customer service sucked. I was getting a lot of dirt and dust with the new unit. Of course it never happened with old unit and the duct was recently professionally cleaned. I asked them for a mitigation by cleaning the duct, they refused and said it's all my problem. I was disappointed and frustrated. I had to hire somebody else to clean it.

We've had Precision Air for quite a few years now. Very friendly company. Have never had any problems with any of their employees. We request Leslie on all our visits. Leslie is very friendly and courteous and knows her job. Does not pressure you on any unnecessary work that doesn't need to be done. If something needs to be done, then she'll explain fully. We trust her wholeheartedly. Precision has a dedicated customer for life from our house.

We agreed to her repair suggestions and agreed to meet with their sales staff regarding replacement of both the furnace and AC.I would highly recommend Precision to everyone.

I needed to replace my AC unit and heat pump, and from the very beginning of the process, it was something I hadn't expected. From speaking with friends and gleaning reviews on the net for various HVAC companies, I had planned on over promising and under delivering at various points of the process, enticed by countless discounts on an artificially inflated quote. After much research, I decided to call 3 companies; Precision being one, but not the first.Kyle from Precision was a professional, grounded kind of guy - he was very sincere, and passionate about the industry he worked in for over 16 years, and even more passionate about Precision. Kyle gave me an unexpectedly reasonable quote for the AC and the components I needed, with the additional work I wanted for the new install. Kyle recommended an additional exchange be installed for the new unit, and it turned out he was absolutely correct in the way the air moves in my house now. Not only did Kyle sell me what I wanted, he also stopped by during the install, and contacted me after to follow up.Frank and Tyler installed my system, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and made sure everything was as they found it. Removing the old air handler from the attic crawl space was a bigger task than expected, the thing was a beast. During the removal, some of the drywall was damaged, and Frank assured me it would be fixed. It's to be expected, since the air handler was originally installed without any drywall up, taking it out was probably not going to leave the drywall unscathed. With the various issues I had with my install, Frank and Tyler ended up taking almost 12 hours, just to make sure everything was working right, and that I was satisfied with the new system.Shortly after Frank and Tyler finished, I received a call from Doug, the drywall contractor for Precision. I scheduled the appointment for the drywall repair, and Doug showed up as promised. Doug said he could fix the drywall and texture it to match the rest of the ceiling, without having to tear any of it out. I asked about matching the existing paint, since the ceiling hadn't been repainted since I bought the house. Doug said he wouldn't paint the entire ceiling, but he would repaint the repaired drywall and trim that needed to be installed. Doug did an excellent job on the drywall and trim, but I'll need to buy paint and spend a few hours painting the entire ceiling from the repair.Precision is as reputable as the positive reviews you'll read here, they are an outstanding organization with very qualified and professional team members. The process was exemplary, the product and service exceptional. I'm glad I went with Precision Air, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

CAUTION BEFORE BUYING A MAINTENANCE PLAN! THEY ONLY INSPECT!!! THEY DO NOTHING!!!Before I moved to AZ, I’ve always had a maintenance plan. The technicians actually DID SOMETHING every year. Precision only INSPECTS AND RECOMMENDS repairs that need to be made. That is their idea of maintenance, and for that they charge $590 for 4 years.

Kevin went above and beyond to create a positive experience when a series of unexpected things happened during a recent repair. I appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness and dedication to make sure things got resolved. I’ve used Precision since moving to AZ for both my A/C and plumbing, and overall have been very happy with the service they provide.

Well when they were 1 hour late I called them to find out i didn't have an appointment.A guy showed at +4 hours, he was unable to clear the drain and had to remove the toilet. In doing that he got the drain open but had to damage the mounting flange. So now the toilet cant be bolted down. It's 8pm and he wants to excavate a hole in the concrete, tomorrow for $1400+ and not restore the tile, but fix it rightI asked him to install a flange like the one that's broken ($10-$15), and he told me he didn't have one on his truck. He did not make an offer to replace the broken flange.His clean up was lacking a lot.My regular Plumber was back in town and stopped by, fixed it completely in one hour.I'm left really disappointed in this company's performance.

Best plumbing service I’ve ever used. Got quotes from 2 other places and went with precision. Jeff was very knowledgeable and a really cool guy, and on top of that was the least expensive. Couldn’t really ask for more. Will be using them again for water heater replacementEdit: downgraded due to bad experience with AC repair. Was quoted $2700 for repairing an air handler, wound up getting it done for $800 through another company. Leading up to our parting ways, I was given incorrect information on 2 issues from 2 different techs. While Josh did a great job diagnosing the problem, he quoted me an install rate only to then inform me they wouldn’t do the work he’d quoted me on, despite the fact that I had already overnighted the required part in, effectively forcing me to find another company, all the while I’ve got no AC in 100+ degree weather. Pathetic.

Very nice tech organized company I have faith that if we had gone with them quality work would be done. However the price was double what two other companies quoted, so even though they may do quality work and have good finance options it really is not interest free when I would be paying double.Again nice tech organized company but double the price of other companies is in no way worth it in my opinion I hope they take a look at thier pricing.

My a/c was blowing hot air as the temperatures were in the 90's. I called precision air and scheduled an appointment for 7am on a Saturday as that fit my schedule for the day. My technician Aron arrived that morning a quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue. Very friendly, professional and thorough. My house temp was quickly back in the 70's. I called for service after 8pm and a real person answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and set me up with an appointment for the next morning. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem and came back the next day with the part and completed the job. Extremely nice and efficient tech.

My normal yearly maintenance is usually in May. Due to you-know-what, I asked that we postpone until now. They were very accommodating. Today, Ismael arrived on time and was very efficient in completing the maintenance. During the inspection, he noticed that my coils needed cleaning and my UV light had burned out. He suggested that he had a better UV unit and for a little more $$ than the bulb itself, he could install it. No pressure sales.

We had both A/c units replaced. Precision Air & Plumbing were very professional and would recommend them to our friends. Guy, Ryan, Dave and Dino did a great job on keeping my home clean, as they took out the old units.

Leslie came out to do my yearly maintenance on my A/C... she was wonderfully attentive and even did a water heater flush for me.. Used Precision for plumbing repair. Jerry the main plumber accessing the problem was very professional and provided a handful of alternative, cost-effective options. We previously received a bid from another national group that was about 2-3x higher than Precision's bid. They did a fantastic job and ended up saving us a ton of time, money, and getting our house completely ripped up. Thank you Jerry and team!

I have used Precision Air in the past to replace my air conditioning and have been extremely pleased. Called them today to look at my water heater as I trusted their service from past experience.The tech showed up. He never inspected the water heater except to look at the year of the product. He told us we needed a new water heater. He never opened the panels, never looked at the elements, never checked the electrical output, didn't look at the circuit breaker nor did he test for rust. He did nothing but stand there. He went to his truck came back with four options that started at $7K.Whether we needed a new heater or not - the fact was he never inspected it.Literally had another company show up 30 minutes later. They did a compete inspection. Result: elements needed replacing.

My air went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They came out at 9pm to help me. You could tell the company had a busy day. Tanner was the tech and was great. He was very professional and kind even though he had worked a very long day. You would have thought I was his first customer of the day. Great company!!! I would highly recommend.

My ac died in August and one cannot exist without an ac in Phoenix in the summer. I called three different ac companies to interview and see which i would use. The salesman Don Maddox gave all appearance of being one of honesty and integrity. The decision to use Precision was our good feeling from him. Unfortunately, the installation proved to be another thing entirely. The job was not completed until after 10PM, so we had a 2 person team that was exhausted from their 14 hour day. They returned the Wednesday after the initial installation to complete the set up.The workers begrudgingly returned to complete their installation. Tommy one of the workers was exceptionally rude in his assisting Teman with the repairs/completion and after another 4 hours of their time; i am left with:1.two returns which have filters that do not fit so in essence i have returns with no filters.2. the mound of dirt that was left after the initial installation.the clean up of their construction site left much to be desired.the unit itself performs beautifully but i cannot in good conscience recommend this company to another homeowner.Review Rating Change: Thanks to Carey and Tyler I am happy to change my rating of Precision Air and Plumbing. Our technician, Gilbert was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. My parents had an emergency with their kitchen sink around 5pm. My husband called two different 24 hour plumbing companies but they never called back. After waiting for two hours I decided to call Precision Air & Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Gilbert called back. By this time it was 8pm but he was willing to come do a diagnostic even though he was already at home.Before he came, I received a text message to let me know that our service technician was on his way and even include his picture. I really like this feature because it made me feel safe knowing who would be coming. Gilbert answered all of our questions and was very patient as I had to translate everything for my parents. Overall, this has been a great experience. Thank you Gilbert!

I was referred by my parents. From the moment I called Precision Air they were professional. I had to reschedule my first appointment and was called back within minutes of leaving a message. My appointment to go over getting the AC unit replaced was fast and easy! Within 1 week I will have a new AC just before summer. It will be so nice to not have to worry about the air going out! We just had our first experience with Precision Air, we were very impressed with the company. Everyone I spoke with was professional and our service tech Ken B. fantastic! These guys are honest and extremely competent. I can't recommend them enough. All because I liked their TV commercials, I really believe the owner when he says they can be trusted.

The normal turn around time could be upto 2 weeks with most companies. Precision installed our HVAC system three years ago. We've had zero issues since then... until yesterday. The whole system was dead. Simple checks revealed no idea why. So I called Precision. The answering service took my info and within 15 minutes Tommy M. Jr., their tech, called me back. We arranged to have him come check the system out. There was some poor communication on the answering service's side regarding schedules (prioritizing scheduled visits over emergency calls, apparently), which resulted in the tech getting here hours later than originally discussed. I don't blame Tommy for that at all. He was completely apologetic when he did show up. He came in, went up in the crawlspace to check the air handler, and had the system up and running within 15 minutes. Tops. Apparently it was a loose safety switch on the air handler. He didn't try to up-charge me, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, he fixed it, and charged nothing more than the service visit charge. He was quick, efficient, friendly, pro, and just very helpful.This is my third interaction with Precision, including the original install, a one-year cleaning service, and now this service call. Each time my experience was nothing but great. I'm very thankful for them, and will no doubt continue to use their services. Thanks guys!!

I had been looking around for a reliable A/C company but fell short when I noticed they charged a lot for doing so little. I then came across Precision and said why not? Our technician Garrett called 30 minutes before arriving and was at the door right on time. He got down to business and then thoroughly explained what he found, what needed to get done, and how much it was going to cost me. I liked his professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and the fact that I felt I wasn't getting ripped off. He actually discounted a few items and I was one happy camper. So happy that I went ahead and bought the 4 yr plan!! Now our A/C system is running great. I highly recommend Precision, they are an outstanding company. My AC went out Sunday night and y'all had someone out by Monday morning. Alin came out for the maintenance both times we had someone out, and he did a great job, very professional. He broke everything down for me to make sure I understood everything that was going on and needed to be fixed. Fantastic! The process to get a new system was easier than I thought. Great rep, Dylan, came out and took his time went over the options. Then during installation both Chris and Darian did a tremendous job. They were polite, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after. The system is working great! I had a large leak outside the house, which I managed to shut off at the street. But Bryce came at 11 pm to help get me on my way to fixing the overall issue and getting water in my house again. Great service, and a nice guy.

Can you tell me why I just paid $600 for a $25 part?I am beyond upset. I spent almost $30k with these guys to replace both my heat pumps and both air handlers and to install two additional returns thinking I was good for a few years , only to have my unit only make through 2 summers!? And then to have their technician tell me it was going to cost me $800 to install a hard start kit? Of course the way he explained it he made it seem like it was an urgent part and that there was no other way to fix my unit (they been trained well), but after I researched the part and found that I could purchase the part for $25 (on Amazon CSRU2 5-2-1 Compressor Saver Replacement HVAC Hard Start Capacitor 3.5-4- 5 Tons Hard Start Kit FOR Air Conditioner)I was shocked, because that means they probably pay less than that because they purchase at a wholesale rate!I have to say that the, whole experience today felt staged, the technician maybe spent 5 minutes troubleshooting before telling me I needed this part, and when I objected to the original $800 price he immediately said, let me call my manager to see if I can knock off $200. After a 1 minute call to his manager they agreed to the discount, so I agreed in the moment, but it didn't feel right. Especially, after thinking about it later. He spent maybe 15 minutes installing the hard start kit.... So $25 for the part and then $600 for 15 minutes of labor.Also, after a quick google search I found multiple competitors that were doing the same exact repairs for an average price of $325!! I am all for paying a fair price but in this instance I feel I was taken advantage of.Shame on me for not price shopping or pushing back more, but with the high temps I felt an urgency to just get it done, and I feel you guys took advantage of that. With that said, I will no longer give you my business, and will be sharing my experience on google.

Precision Air & Plumbing was quick to respond when my A/C went out. Their technician was able to fix the unit in one visit.

My appt. was for 7-10 AM. At 10:30 no one had arrived. As I was calling to see what was going on, I received a call from Precision Air telling me that the tech was on his way and he was in Chandler. I mentioned that he was already 1/2 hour late. I was told that the appt. was for 7 - noon. I explained that I had been told 7-10 and had received a confirmation text the day before giving the 7-10 time. At 11:00 AM I called to cancel the appt. I was speaking to the rep. when the tech pulled up in front of my house. I decided to keep the appt. Michael Rios was great. I told him that I knew it wasn't his fault and explained what ha happened. This was my first time using Precision Air and I was a little concerned that this might be the way that they operated. After Michael checked the unit I decided to go with the 4 year maint. plan. Except for the timing screw up, I was a very satisfied customer.

I am a new customer. You could have thrown me a bone on this one. You sent two guys who referred to their supervisor as The Romanian, and they charged me almost $240 for a simple cleaning. Should have told me, cleaned it for free and told me if it happened again, then I would be charged. I am still paying off my two new units and this is how a new customer is treated? They were 30 minutes late, too. Not willing to recommend. Should have handled it better.

I called Precision on a Thursday afternoon in the middle of summer to take care of an AC issue. 24 hours later, technician showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem.

Had maintenance completed on two units and the technician was great (Anthony Perez) he was very thorough in his analysis to details.He did find another issue concerning my roof in which he did mention should be checked ASAP...this had nothing to do with the maintenance of my units. He went above and beyond the scope of his work. Thank you!

I would’ve given 5 stars but we did not get the initial appointment scheduled and had to wait 2 extra days in the heat. The technician was great and solved the issue. I appreciate being back in the cool and out of the heat in my home.

What a rip off company. Don't do business with these guys. They will charge exorbitant prices. They charged me $564 dollars to install a $65 surge protector. It took less that 10 minutes to hook up. They had already charged me $256 dollars to repair my A/C unit.

Chris and Darion were great. Very detail oriented, friendly and didn't waste my time or theirs. They showed up and got right to work and didn't just rush through the job. They were very thoughtful about placement of new vents and any mess they were making. They checked their work then rechecked it again and tested everything thoroughly before wrapping up. Very pleasant painless experience. I would definitely recommend these and this company in general to anyone.

Response to my initial inquiry was quick and the technician was here within an hour! He identified the leak within five minutes, ran out to grab the part and came right back. did a really good job with the repair, was very personable and took every Covid precaution for those of you concerned about that. Happy to say we finally found a plumber we will keep on speed dial.

Mr. Marquez was very polite and knowledgeable about investigating the issue with our AC and offering potential solutions. He provided on-the-spot estimates for a couple of items although one was way higher than I anticipated. Nevertheless, I was very pleased with Precision. Thanks for coming out!

I have used Precision for multiple hvac and plumbing needs and have been so happy with the service each time...especially the plumbing. Every plumber I've worked with has done a stellar job and resolved the issue quickly, the first time.

I had them come out because my air quit working. The tec got it blowing cold air but told me everything that was wrong and gave me an estimate on what it would take to fix everything that was wrong. I already knew because Goettle had been out 6 months ago and the unit was 19 years old. He suggested getting a new unit but did not pressure me about it. The sales people came out and talked to me. I already knew what I wanted and they didn't try to get me to change my mind. I thought the price was too high but I haven't bought a unit in 19 years it probably was competitive with other companies They came out the next day and installed the unit and everything seems to be working fine. Work was done well and very quickly. Everyone that I had to deal with was very nice and courteous and made it a pleasant experience.

James came to inspect our two units per our annual maintenance package. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me, and then husband so we fully understood our options. We got 20 percent off our replacement part. He flushed our hot water heater, checked the ducts, changed the filters, and inspected the outdoor units voltage output and cleanliness. Seemed like a thorough job.

We waited two days for our appointment it was suppose to be on Monday morning and they sent an email stating that they had technicians called out and couldn’t make it to check our unit until Wednesday. The girl on the phone stated that they had other customers that were in NEED and needed actual emergency AC service and we needed to wait for Wednesday. AC units were installed about two years ago by precision air. We had to call another AC service provider and paid $200 for a new capacitor replacement to get the cool air going to be able to sleep at night.

Most of all they did a very good job on the install on my new AC unit. We were having issues with our heating unit not working. We luckily received help within 2 hours of my call to Precision. Kelis Millward, our technician was very thorough and explained the problem as well as our alternatives. We will schedule the repairs he suggested. Those will be done in a timely manner as they do have the needed parts. We are very pleased with Kelis and Precision Air.

I used this company to remove and replace a utility sink because I was getting new countertops in the laundry room. I think they actually did a high quality job. I just think I was really overcharged. My fault - I should have gotten an estimate before they did the work. So I was shocked when I get the bill. My son highly recommended them and said they would not rip me off. I feel a little ripped off.

Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by Precision Air and Plumbing. Technician Francisco Marquez really took his time to find the issue with my air conditioning unit. He found a solution quickly and got it working properly right away. He suggested, but never pushed for additional services, and only recommended what was needed. In the few hours that I worked with him, he gained my trust and will definitely request him by name next time my HVAC system needs work. Solid dude!! Thanks.

I can not say enough about Elijah of Precision Air. He was courteous, professional, thorough, and explained things to me in a manner I could understand. Our technicians arrived at and started at 11 am. They completed their work at 7pm. That was an installation of a brand new air conditioner. They were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves the price wasn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for right? So, I will give it time and see what happens. They have been good so far! This was my first time using Precision and i was very pleased with the outcome. I had a clogged AC condensation line that was leaking and needed quick attention. They came right out and the technician was great. Ricardo was polite, professional and had both good technical and communication skills. He quickly made the repairs needed and then provided additional routine maintenance to the system. All at a competitive price. I would highly recommend and will use again.

The process took a full day, which was expected, the equipment was installed professionally not like my previous unit. All questions were clearly answered we couldn't be happier with the results. My excellent experience with Precision Air and Heating begin with the ease of scheduling an appointment for a yearly tune-up. The office staff was efficient and friendly and I never felt like I was talking with a pushy salesperson on the end of the phone.Mike, the technician, arrived at my home on time and did a through inspection of my system, explaining any issues after each step. He answered my many questions as first time homeowner something I greatly appreciated! He helped me to prioritize the resolution of some repairs that needed to be done and offered options.This was more than just the traditional AC tune-up and I would highly reccomend Precision.

After receiving three quotes for a whole system replacement and speaking continually with Greg during the process we decided that Precision was the company for us. Greg did a very good job of explaining everything through the whole process as well as working with us to get what we really wanted for a great price. Greg was professional with the quote, and very timely in answering all questions we had through the week or so it took us to finally come to a decision. Replacing a whole system is not a cheap thing to go through, but we felt with precision we were getting the best system for the money. Thank you Precision and Greg for a job well done.

Diagnosed our problem pretty quickly but feel very over charged for a 15 minute fix with some parts that can be purchased locally very cheap. Parts maybe $100 but total bill was almost 900. We have used them for years at 3 different houses and have always been very pleased with their service but might be time to look around

We had Precision install cloth/fiber cellulose attic insulation; install a UV scrubber light; clean and service the A/C, furnace and water heater. This was all done in the past few weeks. Everyone we have dealt with at Precision, from customer service reps to installation and repair staff, has been great.All scheduled appointment times were met. All staff was friendly, helpful and also exhibited care/concern regarding wearing masks, booties, etc. upon entering our house.Prices have been fair, work has been solid. We also have the four-year maintenance program with Precision, and look forward to our continued relationship with the company.Nice job and a Two Thumbs Up to the team at Precision.

We used precision to replace our hvac system. From the beginning when Don Maddox came out for our free estimate and gave great advice on replacing the system even if we didn’t go with them! Don was very responsive to our questions and our calls. Once our service was scheduled they called to confirm our appointment a couple days prior. Our service team of Frank and Cory were right on time and got right to work. They did a great job in the heat and made sure everything was running right and set to our home preferences. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great job all around!

My AC replacements started with Dillon coming to my home for a site visit. He was very knowledgeable and had answers for every question. On installation day Guy and Wes showed up on time and were extremely professional. As with any project there were a couple hiccups during the installation. Guy and Wes were awesome! They were 100% committed to completing my instal correctly and were willing to stay as long as it took to get our AC back up and running. Precision installed a new HVAC a few years ago for us as well as a tankless water heater and whole home water system last year. Very happy with their work and professionalism. Have also utilized the annual plan which is great for keeping it all at peak performance. Highly recommend.

The installation team that came out today did an awesome job.

Very pleased with responsiveness and professional expertise and friendliness. About 2 weeks later my new Delta single handle faucet started leaking at the handle. I called Precision and they sent out a plumber to my home. He said it was a defective cartridge in the faucet and would need to order part from Delta. I asked him if he would make the call to Delta about the lifetime warranty. He said he would. He also called Home Depot and managed to go to their store to return the defective faucet for me by using my purchase receipt and got new faucet. He returned from store and installed the new faucet and tested to see there were no leaks. All work was covered by Delta warranty, but the Precision plumber exceeded expectations by calling Delta, going to Home Depot to exchange the defective faucet for a new, and installing new faucet as quickly as possible. I am extremely happy and satisfied I chose the very best plumbing company to fix my leaking faucet and when discovered the faucet I bought they installed was defective they handled all aspects of reinstall with a replacement ..... very professional and very friendly quality workmanship.

I have an older A/C unit. A couple of years ago, it stopped working and Precision fixed it in a very short period of time. I’ve had them install a modern thermostat and some regular checkups trying to keep the old unit going a bit longer. I returned from dinner with friends on the 10th and realized my house was getting increasingly warmer. I called and talked to a real person who was so nice and put me on schedule for the next day. Mark showed up earlier than hoped for. He went up on my roof and took photos of the burned out parts (I love that they do that). He had the needed parts with him and had my unit up and running very quickly. I am so impressed with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend Precision.

We had our service work done and when they were done they sold us a electro furnace filter. We called 2 days later and changed our mind. They charged 20 percent for restock and now won't even call us back. I am very disappointed in Precision Air. They said we should have known but yet they never sent a receipt.

The weather took out the power cord to water treatment tanks. They came out and installed new cable with better protection. They have good service. We have used them to intall new ac, water heater, water treatment, a couple toilets, and adding a new shower. They have been great for each of those projects. Will keep using them. Highly recommend.

Devin was the PMA technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and he answered our questions. He also presented and explained the three air filtration systems that Precision sells. I was leaning on not purchasing one. My wife understands more about them than I do and she felt that we would benefit from the first plan. Thanks to Devin and my wife we decided on the first option plus they will add one year to my service contract. Just got a new AC/heat pump unit installed today. Precision made a very stressful situation and decision much easier and smoother. I had several technicians and employees supporting me through this. Kevin and then Josh were great at trying to fix an old and feeble unit but in the end after working with Richie, my husband and and I made the decision to replace it. Today we had Teman and Enrique here to install. Everything was quick, easy and stress-free. I hadn’t even realized the unit was running at first because it is so unbelievably quiet! I am very pleased and would recommend Precision highly.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air, it was 117degrees outside. We'd previously used Precision because a coworker of mine is married to one of their techs. My AC unit is crazy old. Over the years I've done a lot of my own parts replacements as in general I'm not very trusting of AC companies who will come out. Bang a screwdriver against your ac unit and declare you need to buy a new 10k unit. I told precision I was not replacing, just repairing and they've never tried to upsell me anything. They come out, thy do their job. I have their service plan so they periodically reach out and offer to check on things. Here in AZ I've learned to listen when they do. They've kept costs down dramatically for me, been ultra cool with my refusal to let my unit die, and reliable as can be. I can't remember my techs name this last time but he was up there all night and I felt bad, but he got the job done without complaint. And THAT is worth a lot to me.

The team was great! They were conscious of keeping our home closed up to keep it as cool as possible while they replaced both of our units the same day. It was 119 outside the day they spent working at our home, so them being conscious of that was nice, for my husband who was home and for our animals who had no choice to leave if got too hot, thank you precision air!! This is the third call to Precision this summer for A/C work and that is also the 3rd time we have bypassed our home warranty company for them. Our units are 14 years old and admittedly on their last legs. With this being said our technician Josh has fixed each minor problem quickly and efficiently replacing the small components that invariably fail with a system this age. Each time he has answered questions honestly and never “pushed” us to purchase new units even though we had planned to have to do so this latest service. I have said in prior reviews that precision is worth the price and will continue to do so.

I really like Precision Air. All of the techs that have been to my house have been very professional and easy to talk to. They have always provided me with options, but I have never experienced any hard sell tactics. I like having a service contract where I get reminders and expedited service.

at the beginning of the sale and install they were amazing. After one day of having my unit installed it broke. A manufacturer error, they sent somebody out here and made him be on the roof for the whole day trying to put a Band-Aid on. Instead of actually fixing it because it would of needed two guys instead of one. His “fix” lasted less then 24 hours. Day three of new AC unit and I have no air-conditioning. She laughed when I asked to be put in a hotel. They are hoping they can send somebody out before the evening tonight. This is the worst experience, not to mention the hottest.. I got a new unit based on their recommendation, huge mistake. Ill follow up on this post when I have a working AC unit. I have seen no urgency or real ownership taken on the end of the company. The tech that came out was super knowledgeable and without assuming anything figured out the problem with our AC unit fast. We thought we were going to have to replace our entire AC unit but Precision Air saved us thousands. I had a few estimates when I moved to AZ last year for duct cleaning and service for the A/C unit. They may not have been the least expensive, but I went with Precision and have not been disappointed. They installed a new thermostat when the wiring and a bad control on the unit made it impossible for me to do it and they also had a team come out that cleaned the ducts.In April I needed a new unit. Once again they may not have been the least expensive but with the warranty they provide and the timeline to install it was an easy decision to have them replace the unit.Today was a routine service call preformed by Leslie. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She went over a few things that she felt I needed and it just so happens I had already determined I needed. So I now going to have more insulation added. I’m sure when it’s time to have the other things done I’ll be calling Precision for a quote

Had to call precision air because my new $12,000 unit stopped working after 4 years. Called the 24 hour service line and received no response. Called again the next day and they sent someone out to look at unit. Was told that nothing could be done because the unit was frozen and should have been told to turn it . He came back the next day but couldn't fix it but gave me a quote of $4500 since nothing is apparently covered after 4 years. He was able to temporarily get air on and scheduled service for 2 days later for repair. No one showed up and the woman I spoke to told me if the house was hot to leave. No empathy,. No attempt to resolve issue

I had my one year maintenance today. My tech, Leslie, was incredibly thorough and friendly. Manny was the technician who came to my home yesterday for my annual maintenance. He was very personable and I was very comfortable with him. After he had checked my unit, he was very thorough with his explanation of the condition of my air conditioner. I felt he was very honest in his evaluation. He explained my options without pressure which would have turned me off to following his suggestions. I hope you view him as a valuable employee. I have asked that he be assigned to my account as we go forward with my contract.

They were called to fix a water supply line leak after hours and advised they could respond and fix the problem. When the technician arrived he was more focused on selling me additional services than repairing the water leak. He then advises that he could not provide service until the following morning and that he needed to secure a payment to ensure they would respond in the morning. He estimated the repair at $1200 without removing any drywall, vents or even looking at the area of the leak. I advised him I felt that was an excessive amount and he agreed to collect $600. I provided him my card and after swiping it he told me he had accidentally charged the full $1200. I advised him I had not authorized him to do that and he said it was an accident and he could not reverse the charge. He said someone would be there at 7:00 in the morning to make the repair. Two technicians arrived late at 8:30 and removed a 12” inch square section of drywall where I told them the leak had been. They immediately identified the leak at a 90 degree joint in less than 15 minutes. They then spent the next two hours trying to make a simple repair and we’re unsuccessful in sweating the joint two different times. They said they were going to pick up supplies and would return in 30-60 minutes. After more than two hours, I had to call Precision and ask where the technicians were and were told they had to acquire a tool and would return in 30 minutes, which they did. Once back, they made the repair and were gone in less than 30 minutes. I had called and asked for a supervisor and explained the experience to him. He agreed the initial contact and repairs had not gone well and assured me he would look into the charges and make it right for me. He said he would call the next day between 9and 11. After no call at 1:30, I called Precision and was told the supervisor was on a meeting and would call me later today or tomorrow after he spoke to Eric, the owner. This experience has been nothing like they advertise. There is a veteran and first responder in this family and Precision was contacted due to their advertising of being fair and supporting these groups. That has not been the case at all. I do not have a resolution at this time, but caution anyone thinking of using Precision to seek another business.

They have canceled twice. Made new appointment for today between 2 and 6 pm. Came at 940 am, had to cancel hair appt, grooming appointment and charged $700 for a 159.00 tune up. Guy broke a switch I have to pay for that? And they don't carry my freon anymore. Didn't even mention all of this cost until he charged me.

They were able to get me in same day! The lady on the phone was great and helped me schedule everything. I was still at work when Kevin got to my house, he waited for me and diagnosed my issue before I even got home. I was able to get my AC parts replaced same day, and they did a military discount! Kevin made sure my AC was working well and even changed my air filter for me as a courtesy. I am extremely impressed with how efficient and friendly this experience was, and will recommend them to all my friends and family that live in Chandler.

An air conditioning technician at Precision Air INTENTIONALLY TAMPERED with one of my units and tried to charge $2K to fix it. Others should be aware of their unethical techniques.On the evening of 9/26 one of my two units (both purchased through and installed by Precision Air in August of 2019) stopped working. I had never used the company before, but the previous homeowner had purchased a maintenance plan and transferred the policy so I figured I'd give them a call (note: the previous homeowner provided me with these records, along with the annual maintenance invoices detailing how the units were serviced by Precision prior to my husband and I purchasing the home in June of 2022). A technician came out the next morning, turned the unit back on, and it was working without him having to do anything. He said it was overworked and just needed to rest, but took a look at the units outside and some connections in the attic. Upon his return, he stated the units were due for their annual maintenance (which was true... it had been almost a year to the day since someone had been out) and he recommended they be cleaned and additional freon added. Knowing they weren't low on freon, I declined that but consented to the cleaning and paid $600 for the service and labor.Shortly after the technician left on 9/27 I noticed my other unit was no longer working. I thought this was suspicious, but possible it could have also been overworked. I turned it off for the evening and turned it back on the morning of 9/28. Warm air was blowing so another call to Precision Air was made and the SAME technician was at my house an hour and a half later. He took a look at the units again and said the compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. The cost of that, plus labor, would be $2K. I thanked him for his time and told him I'd be getting a second opinion.I called the company I usually use (a smaller,  HVAC company where technicians don't work on commission) and they had someone at my house a couple hours later. The technician worked on the unit for about 10 minutes before cold air was blowing again. He said the wire to the compressor had been DISCONNECTED and newly ZIP-TIED up into a bundle of other wires (it took him breaking open the bundle to discover this). Once the connection was established, he wasn't able to locate anything else wrong (and confirmed it wasn't low on freon). The cost of this was $120.A manager at Precision Air was contacted on 9/29 to inform them of their shady tech with unethical sales techniques. My husband was told he would receive a call back later that day and, as of 10/3, no attempt to reach us has been made. I understand this may take time to look into and a same-day callback may have been an unrealistic expectation, but a we're still looking into this update would have been appreciated (but let's be honest, I highly doubt they're looking into anything). Unfortunately, their technician's are commission-based and this occurred at the end of the month and quarter, as well as the end of A/C season in AZ.A report (pictures included) has been filed with the Attorney General and other appropriate parties. If this tech was brazen enough to tamper with a unit after not getting a sale the first day, chances are he's done this before and has been successful.Please do your research and get a second opinion before spending a pretty penny (commission-based technician's pray on people who just want it fixed) and think twice before calling Precision Air.Edited in response to the owner: Please read the sequence of events and get your facts in order before responding to a review as what you typed is not what occurred. I understand you're trying to save face and shift the blame by lying, but your company is at fault for vandalism and unethical practices as proven by a technician at Cardinal State (don't know where you got the term handyman from).

Aside from not showing up and not calling to say so the service provider Jonathan did a good job today. It’s not right to keep people in their 80’s up till 1:00 a.m. waiting for a promised technician. I feel we’re entitled to a discount.

As the name indicates, our new A/C units were installed today with amazing precision. Starting with a professional estimate from Greg to the crew today, which included: Guy, Ryan, Hunter, Troy and Ernest, we couldn't be more satisfied. If you're looking for honest and straightforward air & heating service, call these guys. We had Chris over at our house yesterday after booking our appointment that day. After looking at our system, he could have easily taken advantage of the situation and, honestly, we would have never have known, but he didn't. He was over working on everything for an hour and a half, and he only charged me and my family a low fee. If I ever have any problems in the future, I'm calling these guys again for sure. Great people!

Precision Air did my installation a few years ago and have come out to service the unit since installation. The installation crew was great. Price was competitive, office was easy to work with and schedule. Austin has been out to service the unit the past 2 years and is great. I recommend them!

I scheduled my appointment via convenient text messages. They contacted me for my annual service per my service plan I purchased. They confirmed my appointment time the day before via text. Called me the day of to notify me the tech would arrive in 45 minutes to 1 hour (she arrived about 20 minutes later). Leslie arrived and was amazing. Literally when I deal with techs for any trade, I tend to deal with someone who feels like a salesman of services or products. Leslie presents as the opposite of that. She maintenenced my system and told me very honestly what I needed to have done or watch for. She made me feel very comfortable when she told me my system was running well, still mostly clean from last years maintenence and that didn't need anything at this time. I didn't feel like she was here to just sell me on things I should have done on the systems. I generally dread these services because I have to tell the techs No when they want me to do something I know doesn't need done. But I was overly impressed with Leslie's truth and demeanor. This is the type or person to have on your team to ensure systems are maintained properly, trust that the job was done, and not sell me what I dont need. Jeff came out Dec.1 to see if I needed a anode rod replacement. He said since my water heater was almost 6 years old he wouldn't recommend it. Was so nice that he was honest about it. Also the water wasn't going down my bathroom drain very fast. He removed some hair. We failed to look under the sink. After he left I noticed water dripping under the sink. Called and he came out the next day and fixed it. Hope to have Jeff again when I have plumbing problems. He's great!!!!!

We called mid-morning and Andrew came out the same day at the scheduled time. We explained the issue with our old water heater tank and he gave us 4 different options that would fit our needs and budget. He wasn’t pushy or attempted to push us in any direction. I got a new HVAC system installed by Precision Air. My whole experience with them was easy and I am very satisfied with their service. I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Had my entire AC unit replaced. The techs were great, no problems! The unit however, won't cool below 77 degrees and it took 4 hours of continuous running to get there. For reference my home is 1200 sq ft. I called the office and spoke with a surly man that told me AC units won't cool below 77 AND, they will only cool 20 degrees lower than the outside temp. I'm not sure where he's getting this info as we all know this isn't true. I told him it's unacceptable and I didn't just spend $10,000 for a unit that doesn't work properly. He said a Mgr would call me right back. It is now almost 7:30 pm on a Friday and of course no call back. And I don't expect I'll hear from anyone over the weekend. If I get a resolution I will update my review. I am hoping for the best.UPDATE......I received a call on Monday from the office to schedule a tech to check the unit. At that time I didn't have a day available to take off work again. As the week progressed we tested the unit in the evening when the temp lowered and it was able to cool below 77. Now, to say an AC unit can only cool 20-30 degrees cooler than the outside temp is ridiculous and untrue. When we are at 118, our homes are not sitting at 98-88 degrees. That's when we know our unit is broken etc. So I'm still confused at that statement. (I had my prior thermostat set at 70 without issues)The bottom line is this, I'm tired of having this foolish conversation, the unit is cooling right now, but I am unhappy that this new unit is not as good as my old one.

Tyler Stevenson came today to fix my garbage disposal and I asked him if they replace showers. He said they did and gave me what I believe to be a fair, honest quote and took measurements and we are already scheduled to begin this week! I am super excited and very happy with Tyler taking the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and how the entire process will go so I know what to expect. He was very patient and answered every single one of my questions confidently. Very happy I called Precision Air & Plumbing and met Tyler today! I Highly recommend!As a follow up, my work was completed by Isaac Arias who is very polite, professional, friendly, and capable. He works very fast and always cleans up all of the areas when he is done. My job ended up taking two days because there was an issue with my new tub being cracked (no one's fault) that was very quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I was glad it was still him who came back on the second day to complete the work. Cool dude, I am very happy.

They scheduled me for 7am to 1pm but showed at 6:30 pm. They charged $245 for 15 minutes of labor as the part was under warranty.

They came out on time and was very professional. I was highly recommended to Precision only to be extremely dissatisfied. Was charged $1000 (full service cleaning etc. & purchased $500 maintenance / service plan. Problem was not fixed. They promptly came back out courtesy call (no charge), replaced a couple more wires. Was told if this doesn't work they can replace the thermostat wire $1000-1200! He said I could probably do it myself, so I did. It didn't help. I called a handyman, less than an hour later my A/C was working! It was a loose wire at the thermostat. Called Precision Wed. now Fri., still no return call from service mgr.

Excellent service! He actually video taped and took photos of the problem and the work done to repair. First time I had service where you were told what the problem was, what will fix it and how to prevent it in the future.

I was very impressed with the installer, Chase. He was very helpful in explaining how the faucet worked. Very congenial. Easy to interact with. Will request him if we need any other plumbing services.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!This is our second time as a Precision Air customer. They installed two split systems in our previous house. So, when we moved into our new home we called them up and signed the extended contract. BIG MISTAKE!!!!Today was their 3rd trip to our house and they said my indoor coil was clogged with paint and drywall dust from our construction 2 years ago. Okay, I can see that. But, I asked why didn’t the tech find it last year? Obviously, there’s not a great answer to that question, only that prices have gone up $170 in the last year. They quoted $454.00 for the repair, which was supposedly a discounted price. Knock me over with a feather!I told them I would do it for the $280 they would have charged last year. They dropped the price to $308. I then asked how long it would take to complete. Upon the answer of about 30 minutes, my blood pressure shot through the roof! $600/hour for HVAC repair, please I’m not going to a highly educated doctor, I just want my AC to work! Needless to say, I didn’t get the repair from Precision Air.I called Arcadia Air and was quoted $179 for the same repair. I immediately scheduled them to do the work.DON’T Make The Precision Decision. Do as I did and do your homework. They are much cheaper and just as expert companies in the market.

In Early March we decided to replace our 22 year old Heat Pump. We contacted 5 companiesPrecision Air was one of them. After evaluating the proposals we chose Precision Air. Don Maddox the salesman made several suggestions to improve the efficiency of our new system.He spent a lot of time with us explaining what to expect from the installation and what savings to expect. He was the best!Jeff and Davin did the install. They were on time and the installation went smoothly. There was a minor problem with the thermostat and it was fixed promptly the next day.I purposely waited a few months to post this review. so that I could have time to evaluate the system. Our savings have been about $75 a month in June and $100 a month in July.I would rate Precision Heating and Air 5 Stars +

I was referred to Precision Air by a co worker. I woke up in the morning to a cold shower…not fun. I needed a water heater. My technician was Andrew, he showed up on time, inspected my heater and presented me with my options. As my water heater was leaking, my only option was to replace it. I was able to choose the heater that I had previously researched, and within 4 hours I had hot water flowing. I would recommend Precision Air and Andrew to anyone with a plumbing or A/C issue.

I have used precision air and plumbing to replace two air conditioning units and one hot water heater into two different homes. This time I needed to replace a slow working toilet. I called for a quote. The technicians have always been extremely professional and were always willing to answer my questions. The equipment used by precision are top of the line and because of the cost, I was unfortunately unable to have the installation completed by them.

Their maintenance technicians were respectful and professional. They are veteran owned and respect our local vets.

After posting this once before they removed it saying I was a fake customer, this 100% happened in Chandler Arizona..We had a maintenance check scheduled for 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. they show up at 8:00 a.m. out of nowhere they start flooding our roof because they had to wash something from the AC unit and it starts raining down like a monsoon downpour all over everything in the backyard with no warning at all.. had to move a bunch of stuff that got wet that should not have gotten wet ..this visit was supposed to be under warranty but because they canceled all of our other previous scheduled appointments now they won't honor our warranty. Terribly unorganized, terrible services, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

After receiving a sewer inspection report that indicated several cracks that needed to be repaired, I called Precision Air & Plumbing to perform the repairs. Andrew came over and rescanned the sewer pipes and reported to me he found no cracks. Not sure how to explain that to my buyers, I asked their agent for the original scan done for the inspection. After receiving that with the areas highlighted, neither Andrew or his supervisor were able to observe cracks. I then agreed to have them flush the sewer pipes (even though no one had occupied the house since the first scan. Following the flush, Andrew scanned once again and still found nothing. After consulting with the buyer's agent, we agreed that no cracks were present. I really appreciate honesty and integrity in a service like this where one doesn't have the expertise to disagree with the professional. Andrew did the right thing and even provided me with a 1 year service warranty to assure the buyers. Precision Air & Plumbing is a 5 Star company you can trust!

Absolute garbage customer service, spent $13k on a brand new unit, during the first heat wave of the summer the relay switch and transformer broke. Over 48 hours with no ac, no customer service, no one gave me any answers, all while it’s 115 degrees outside. Would not recommend to anyone. The customer service woman basically said “sorry, you should just use another company to fix the issue.” No response from at all from Eric Bryan who sold us the unit, they advertise 24 hour emergency response, that is an absolute joke. Do not give these guys your money.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company. First of all my time slot was 7am-1pm, he showed up at 4pm. This old man HVAC tech named Mark started the conversation by complaining about it being “140 degrees” in the attic (no $&it Mark, it’s summer in Phoenix and you picked this profession, not me), and clearly hates his job and did not want to do his job. Came up with a bogus estimate of $400 to change a fuse, and had the nerve to say it was so expensive because again “it’s so hot in the attic”…. I’m assuming he knew I would never agree to that so I questioned him about it and while I was on the phone with customer service he stormed out of my house like a little baby and just took off. Customer service then tells me “sorry we can have someone else come out in 4 days.” Leaving me in a 100 degree house in the middle of summer with a newborn baby, a 2 year old, and 3 animals. Do not give this horrible excuse for a company your business. They, and especially the cry baby Mark, put my entire family at risk. Luckily I was able to get it fixed by an honest company, for, you guessed it, $150.

James is a good technician and very knowledgeable. I am happy I made the right choice by choosing this AC company. Although James forgot to give me a new filter maybe since I mentioned that I already replaced my filters.

I didn’t think I could get my ac fixed at 8pm and that I’d have to wait till the next day. I told him my air stopped working over the phone he asked a few questions and knew right away what was wrong with my heat pump. And he was right! Was fixed an hour later at 9pm at night.

Old unit removed new installed but they have to come back to put a bigger bracket to set the unit on. They installed a new thermostat and new cover in ceiling for the airflow.

So, A/C main board went out during summer time at my new home. Called late after hours to emergency line, someone was dispatched. Told him what was going on, climbed on the roof. Found a number of things Jimmy Rigged in the wirebox, and also that my board had died. He took the time to fix up the wirebox to a better standard, and got the unit running so we had some relief. All in all, very grateful. Only downside was that the replacement board was nearly a grand to swap. Now the replacement board only costs like $120 from OEM replacements stores. So most that is going to be the install charge. The labor seems high, but the company has to pay their guys and make a profit. Understandable with the way this country has gone the last two years with inflation and supply chain.

Every employee from beginning to end has been informative, polite and clean. In 5 years of service maintenance, we have never had a problem. Highly recommend.

I received great customer service from Precision today. I had called in yesterday to schedule a duct cleaning estimate and something must have gone wrong because my information was lost. I called in today and Alyssa was able to help me get a tech out the day of to give me an estimate. Austin was the tech sent out to help me and he was just wonderful. let me first say, I truly wanted to use this company. When we called to make an appointment for a day and a half later, we were told we would be the 1st appointment..between 8 and 10..I took, the day off and so did my husband( incase they could fix the problem immediately, )No phone call or text message to my husband to say that they were running late ..We were even willing, if needed, to buy a new unit. The gentleman showed up at 12:15 and stated that there was a scheduling problem . I turned him away ..what worried us, If he couldn't even call to say he was running late, what would happen if our unit went out? we had the issue fixed and didn't even need a new unit! ..We were truly disappointed ..Not slander..just the facts

Precision installed my new AC unit last Christmas and I am incredibly happy with everything. The service was amazing, the value was the best I found in the valley. I would recommend them 100x over if I could. They really went above and beyond for me, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

The repair was fine & tech did good job as far as I can tell but given no major components were changed I still paid over 2000$ for about 90 min workI will never call Precision again despite having service contract. It was more than double the cost it should've been but I had few options with house full of medical personnel & family & 114 in the shade temperatures

Julian and Teman arrived yesterday on time and in a great mood. They were happy to be installing a new A/C unit for me. They worked hard all day with barely a break. I had a wonderful experience with Leslie who was the technician who came to my home for annual maintenance on my AC unit. It was refreshing to see a woman tech! As a single woman it also made me feel very comfortable having her in my home. She was friendly, considerate and worked efficiently. She made several recommendations, some I took advantage of and others I did not, and she was never pushy nor tried to pressure me into any particular item or service. I will be requesting her again for future maintenance!

We are loyal Precision customers. They are always our first call for a/c and plumbing needs. We often refer your company and will call ntinue to do that. With that said, I was very disappointed that not only did my tech show up 1.5 hours after my confirmed time window, it took me three calls to finally get an estimated time of arrival. It took 4.5 hours out of my day for waiting with no apology. You guys are the best, and this could harm your otherwise usually professional reputation.

I have been a customer of Precision for over 4 years and currently signed up for their maintenance plan. I had an issue with the A/C last week, called Thursday, they came out Friday, which was great. The not so great is that1. I was not supplied an estimate before the work was done2. I was not given any commitment as to how long the part would resolve the issue3. I was charged $900 (After my great 10% discount for being on the maintenance program) for a $135 part (retail) and 45 minutes of labor.I called the office immediately after the service call, spoke to a manager and he stated the technician would need to call me, which he never did. Not sure why the technician would have anything to do with this as I would hope the pricing is centralized - if not then any technician can charge what they want for any service. I am disputing the Credit Card charge and wanted to make others aware. The family owned business does not seem ethical and I will be taking my business else where. At most, this should have been a $300 call, that would be making $150/45 mins labor and $150 on the part.Edit 8.26.2022 after response from business. The technician did not supply an estimate before finishing the work, the technician never called me back, and yes, based on cost, you are not in my opinion, ethical, regardless of whatever award you got. These guys aren’t the cheapest but not prohibitively expensive; however, 100% worth the cost. You get what you pay for. I’ve used them twice, and they do QUALITY work. Had them install a 2-stage heat pump, and then had them out again when the shower piping upstairs burst (from previous owner’s shoddy work). They came out the same day for that emergency and then had it 100% fixed within 2 days. They also fixed the low water pressure issue around my home. Our quality of life is meaningfully better because of the work they did and how quickly they did it. I want to call out the guy who did the estimate. I asked him about the water pressure issue, and he was completely educated on the matter and explained my options with conviction. He was 100% right about the issue and it was fixed. Had two plumbers before that that weren’t sure. So excellent work!

My name is Thomas Stemmons I’m using my nephews account to write this. In 2018 this company came and installed a system at my home right now. I have no cooling in my house whatsoever. It’s hot I’m elderly and I have a seven month old child in the home along with a three and a five-year-old. My system has been out since Thursday, when I called Friday, they cannot fit me in till Tuesday. I wish I would’ve went with my gut feeling and went with Ace Home Services instead of this company. When I asked how they would take care of me, come Tuesday since I had to wait he said he can’t control it .

Great experience from Gerald who did an emergency visit on Easter evening to diagnose our AC issue. Our issue was that we had a huge leak and lost all our freon. We had an 18 year old system and some parts rusted out as well. Gerald was very transparent with pricing and pay options and he was even able to get us a discount that helped out so much! Very knowledgeable as well and very professional and nice guy!! Our team installers (Edgar and Doug) were courteous, fast, efficient and knowledgeable as well. Answered all my concerns and questions that I had and the entire experience was very comfortable and put me at ease from start to finish. my husband and I definitely recommend this company for sure!!! Over all things went OK. The only things I was a little disappointed about was the cleanup on the outside left sheet metal trimmings in driveway and around the house. Trimmings for instalation not picked up and electric box left open. Those items not that big of deal but the main issue was they replaced the return grate in the hallway with a smaller one that left a gap in woodwork on both sides. I don't understand why they replaced it because it was the same size filter being use. Nothing else was done besides replacing the grate. The 2 guys was courteous and overall done a good job on the insulation

The service was excellent! But the price was very high 🤔 being a disabled veteran and money is always an issue, Stepan is good but he used my part's, charging 250.00 for 30 minutes seams a bit much. However I would recommend precision air and plumbing.

Multiple.reasons. Loud Machines is main reason and informed they are operable units so they most likely won't be fixed. The two units are only 2 weeks old. Repair man tells me one thing and then tells the install manager another. I have contacted the BBB after being told this.

Air conditioner was on the blink. Called and the next morning, Kelis arrives. He checked in detail what the problem was. Explained to me about the problem. Quoted me time and labor with a decent price. I gave the approval and Kelis was done in a hour. The results is night and day.I recommend Jelis because he has great attitude and very professional.

Our yearly service/maintenance was done very well. Their technician, Austin, was prompt and did his work efficiently and effectively. Signed up for another three years of maintenance.

This place is a joke. Put in for a service call for today or tomorrow. Lady called said the earliest they could come is Friday and asked if that’s soon enough, no. No sooner that I hung up, I get a text saying my service call is scheduled today between 7am and 1pm lol it’s already 645pm. A little too late if you ask me. I’ll take my chances with a competitor.

As always Precision delivered! Our machines have seen better days. So when it was time to switch them out we went to who we trust! The price for the 2 units was great. The best part was the professional service. Thank you to Anthony, Frank, and Julian! They did an amazing job from start to finish. If your in the market at least give them a shot!

As promised by precision about the time and Francisco was on time. He was very helpful in explaining the problem with my a/c system and the cause for the constant blowout fuses. Purchased an AC unit from them years ago and have had them do the annual maintenance checks since. Their team is awesome and always professional. Their willingness to also help with pricing is appreciated. This is the second time having Leslie as our tech for our annual check up and she has been great!

They were super nice and helpful, Tanner the tech who fixed our A/C was awesome very helpful. He had our system up and running in 20 minutes after he arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service on a holiday.

When we had a slab leak discovered late on a Friday, Chase arrived and diagnosed the issues. He followed up with us through the weekend and ensured we had two plumbers arriving to fix the issue Monday morning. Jesus and his partner arrived and worked tirelessly in the exhausting heat the entire day! It was quite an accomplishment to witness. I am grateful Precision sent this “A Team” of thorough, hard working people to fix our issue!

James showed up on time and promptly started and completed the maintenance. He provided me with photos of what was accomplished and his recommendations. Additionally he was kind enough to set up a plumbing appointment for my water purifier. I’ve used Precision since 2013 and have always been very happy with their service.

Arrived on time, although 4 days after the problem occurred (no A/C for 4 days). Diagnosed the problem; left to get parts; returned and installed; restored A/C, all for a mere $1,700. Even though we have, for over 10 years, had a 5 year service contract, we did not feel we received the timely service advertised. Next, when I questioned the bill, an even $1,700, in light of past experience of receiving a discount (20%) because we have a service contract, I still have received no answer. Finally, today, we saw a rep. to discuss a new unit for our casita (the current one is 17 years old) we were advised that, to cool 240 Sq. Ft., the replacement unit would cost $10,000. And, we were also told there was no inventory anyway. So, we will wait until the unit dies, and then explore options - elsewhere. Overall, however, the service and sales people were great.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He educated me and my wife on how to improve the life cycle of AC. I think we’ve found a company we can depend on.

We had a major issue come up today. Our water softener burst and water was going everywhere in our garage. We called precision and they came out a few hours later. They assessed the situation and provided us a solution. We chose to have a new water softener installed since it would have cost about the same to have the old one fixed. So, our water is back on and we couldn't be happier. We have been using their services for years and we will continue to do so. I recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a professional and reliable company.

Josh was amazing he came twice as he promised once we got Southwest gas on we didn’t realize that was the problem because I had turned the gas off not realizing that it would affect the heat because I didn’t want my mother cooking any longer so Josh was very understanding we got the heat on he came today as promised he got our heat on he did not give up we couldn’t be more impressed with his service your honesty and also you handled our plumbing, toilet issue beautifully perfectly, and we cannot be more pleased. Stefan installed a new faucet meticulously. He went above & beyond by cleaning the cabinet under the sink as well. James was very thorough in his maintenance check afforded by our PMA with Precision. We appreciated his knowledge & explanations, especially regarding the need for a new water heater. Professionals at their BEST!

Richie was amazing! We’ve been having issues with our A/C unit since we bought our house. We contacted Precision and immediately received a phone call to schedule an estimate for a new unit. They initially wanted to come out the next day but we were busy so they scheduled the next available time that worked for us. Richie showed up today and was extremely knowledgeable and took into consideration that our unit was not working with our kids in the house. Summer of 2023, we had an AC unit go out. Precision Air was able to get a new unit installed within 2 days of my initial phone call. The install team arrived on time, were very professional and courteous and worked all day in miserable temperatures to complete the job. I’d recommend Precision Air to anybody looking for AC service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dylan gave us a quote we were comfortable with on Sat. Monday morning Valmir & Teman arrived punctual, introduced themselves, explained in detail about the installation, and the time frame involved. Both Valmir & Teman were professional & extremely polite/friendly. They were very conscientious of the work area, cleaned up and left my garage very clean. On completion they showed us the new unit and asked if we had any questions. We are very satisfied. Thank you Precision Air & Plumbing.

Precision was our best choice by far. We consulted many air conditioning companies before we selected Precision, like Parker and Sons, goettl Air to name a few. The moment Claude Wouters their field supervisor showed up for our appointment and checked our unit, we could feel the difference. Beyond professional, you could see the personal care. The price beat all competitors and was not why we went with Precision but was definitely a factor. They were able to schedule our install a few days later to accommodate our needs knowing that our unit was inoperable. Their instillation team Mike and Wayne showed up and introduced themselves and provided us with a walk through of the entire process so that we knew what to expect. They were so friendly and professional. They made sure to protect our home good while they were working inside and cleaned up everything when they were finished as if they were never there. We are extremely happy we made the decision we do to choose Precision and we know you would be as well!

I committed a horrid mistake by purchasing my AC unit from these Shysters!!! The installation was done both late and sloppy, had to call twice to check out unit when I purchased it in Aug.2020!!! According to them all parts, coils were guaranteed for 10 years, Really??? Just got stiffed out of 649.00 for a part which was never shown to me when supposedly removed and the new one put in. According to the repairman, not all parts are guaranteed and labor is not included. IHe apparently forgot to give me a copy of my bill have been calling for over a week and though they way they will return my call, NO ONE does! Even the thermostat they put in at a cost of 250.00 was defective and had to be replaced!!!! Unfortunately the staff who answer the phone don’t know much and of cause don’t make an effort to help or guide you to the person who can, Einstein they are not, sad the way businesses commit all the unjust, thievery they do!!! I advise everyone to not give these shysters their business and please don’t believe their hype of how good they are and their ratings. Remember Satan was once an Angel, Enough Said!!!!!!

I have used precision since moving to Arizona and have been very pleased with their service. Today, Andrew from the plumbing side came to our home and took care of the problem we were having. when he was done with that, he checked our water softener and fixed two other leaks on a couple of our sillcocks. Dishonest, indifferent, incompetent, lying Melvins at Precision Air, but what do I know.The (Lack of Precision Air), technician Michael called on Friday afternoon to let Me know the outdoor fan motor was not working, and the compressor would not run. I asked Michael if he would replace the outdoor fan, and get the unit operational. This same technician then told Me the refrigerant compressor was shot, compressor oil was all over the unit, and a new unit was needed. Michael's quote for a new 3 ton AC heat pump, is $6,124.00 installed.Saturday & Sunday passed with no AC at 108° to 110°F in Gilbert, what a delight.By 10:00am Monday morning a Certified & Qualified AC technician from PM Plumbing & Mechanical had the outdoor fan motor replaced, and the AC unit was running strong.No compressor oil had leaked out, the refrigerant charge was still full, from the factory, a package unit.This unit, is a Bryant, 13 years old, and installed by Lack of Precision Air in 2009. The P. Air technicianin did not want to replace an external, electric fan motor on Friday afternoon, but did want to replace the entire unit, and did not mind leaving the home occupants with no AC over a three day weekend. What a Melvin!The phone receptionist/CBIC/official co-business associate, is another SheMelvin who refused to acknowledge My complaint about the poor service, refused to let Me speak to an HVAC supervisor, or have a supervisor return My call, and she let Me know there is still a $59.00 service call fee, for the Friday their service tech showed up, fixed nothing, and quoted $6,124.00 to get a new unit.Don't be fooled by the name Precision Air, the real company name is, Melvin's AC Unit Changer Outers.Word of mouth spreads fast, pass it on!

Michael did a fantastic job making sure everything could and will be fixed. Worked with me to get a very reasonable price for 3 new toilet installs and repairing any damage to the piping.Time and time again, precision air and plumbing has gone above and beyond and never disappointed!

I would give 100 stars if it let me! I don't often write reviews, but this situation definitely called for it.Our 66 year old ranch home in Scottsdale had its old, cast iron plumbing collapse under the foundation of our home and also out to the exterior where it connects with the city sewer line. We had to dig up the foundation from the laundry, through the kitchen/dining area, into the entryway, down the hall, into the guest bath, and finally outside to where the pipes connect to the city. It has been a MASSIVE project and super stressful.The only thing that has made it better is the fact that Precision Air and Plumbing has been the company handling it all for us. They have been, in a word, incredible! They have been communicating with us the entire time to make sure we knew each step of the process, they coordinated all the subcontractors, have helped us manage the home owner's insurance, have cleaned up as best as they can under the circumstances each day, and have been super professional.These guys have worked so hard, I don't even know how they can get out of bed the next day! The amount of dirt and concrete they have had to move in and out of the home makes my back hurt just watching them.Huge shout out to John, Jason, Brandon, Billy, Dave, and Haven who have all worked on our project (I hope I didn't miss anyone because they all deserve to be mentioned!). They understand how stressful this is for us because basically the entire home is torn up and dusty. The support and kindness they have offered has gone above and beyond what was expected, and I just can not describe enough how pleased I have been.While I would wish this type of project on no one, many of the homes in my area of Central Scottsdale have this type of plumbing and they are rapidly coming to the end of their lifespan. If you know you have cast iron pipes, I recommend you have Precision Air and Plumbing check them with their cameras. Better safe than sorry, and this company has earned a lifetime client!

My family woke up at 2:00 a.m. to a very hot house, sure enough our air conditioner had gone out during the night. I did a great deal of research on Air and Heating companies and I decided to call Precision after reading many of the positive reviews. I was interested in a company that would be honest and professional and reliable and one I could trust. One hour after I called Precision I had a technician at my door and one hour later my air conditioning was working again. The technician, Robert, was very professional and took the time to explain in great detail the repairs that would be necessary and the cost for repairing the unit. I was pleased with the total charges and the quick and professional response. I will be using Precision Air & Heating as my air & heating company of choice from now on.

Dalton came to fix our garbage disposal today and made quick work of it. It just needed to be unstuck and have the breaker reset. He offered replacement if we felt it was needed and was also honest in saying it was probably not necessary. Very happy with Precision for all our home needs!

The tech was very personable and easy to work with. However, the issues I was having were not fixed. I have another tech coming out in a week to re-evaluate and hopefully fix.8/1/2023: tech came out and evaluated the system. Nothing can be done about how loud it is inside. There is no attic in my house so the vibrations aren't absorbed anywhere. But he put a Start Kit on to keep the start up from being too forceful and help prevent issues with the compressor over time. Alin was very knowledgeable, friendly and I enjoyed working with him.

I had the same experience as Wendi Denham. I called them and they asked me the same questions then tell me they can't come until Saturday!! What makes me very mad is I purchased my system from Precision Air a few years ago and now they can't come repair it? I ended up calling Penguin Air and they came the same day I called.
