I called Tony on Monday morning around 10:00 AM to remove a cracked toilet flange and install a new flange and new toilet. He asked me to take a picture of the problem and text it to him. No on has ever asked me to do that and I thought it was a very good practice. The purpose of the picture was to allow him to review and know exactly what tools he needed to bring.

He arrive about an hour after I called him (due to being on another job), was professional, got right down to business and was out of here in less than an hour. Definitely will use him again if the need should occur.

We had had him do work for us previously while updating our kitchen so when we found ourselves in an emergency situation 3 days before Christmas (2022) we immediately called him. It was a very cold rainy night. Our shower stall was not draining and it did not seem like an emergency so when he offered to come immediately I said let's wait 'till tomorrow. By the next morning I had come to realize we had a big problem. The weather had gotten even worse - near freezing rain ALL day. He came quickly and found that our line from our house to the septic tank was blocked. He got out there, dug up our line, spliced in a clean-out port, cleared the root blocking the flow, and put it all back together - all in freezing rain. We were expecting to have a house with 12 people which would have had to have been cancelled (with a loss of air fares for 3 families) - you can't have a dozen people in the house with no water! The price was absolutely fair. The service was ideal. He's the kind of person who wastes no time and just gets the job done fast and right with a great attitude. We really really like him and you will too.

Immediate response is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Ivey responded before most companies open in the morning, and was here within 30 minutes. He listened and investigated before diving into things that were not the problem, and we thusly incurred no diagnostic fees. Tony scoped my sewer line to inspect for bellies due to issues with bellies that most of my new construction community was fighting with our builder to fix. Tony found a different issue (large rocks in my line leftover from construction) that the builder’s plumber told me wasn’t a big deal to avoid fixing it and Tony explained why it was a problem so I could push for it to be fixed, which it was. The large rocks in the line actually broke his camera, but he bought a new one and came back to finish the job without an additional cost. I found him knowledgeable, reasonable in cost, and willing to educate me on my sewer.

My well pump went out in the middle of the day leaving my home without water. Mr. Ivey was able to replace my well pump and bladder tank in the same day. The quality of the work was above and beyond expectations. Don't hesitate to use this company.

Professional, Honest, Knowledgeable - Had several years of plumbing projects which accumulated to a point that needed attention. Selected Tony to come out and see what could be done - complete shower faucet replacement, re-plumb and replace outside faucets, kitchen sink faucet, new cartridges in another bathroom, wall removals to gain access in several locations - you get the scope……. It was a list. When Tony was about 45 minutes from completion the power went out, rain, hail, thunderstorms and pitch black. This does not affect Tony as his dedication to complete the job brought out flashlights. With the power out (eight hours) no way to restart the well pump to ensure all the lines were sealed. Tony came out the following morning to inspect all the work to ensure everything was working properly - dedication and customer service. Based on all the replacements the price was very very reasonable. Will definitely use Tony in the future for all plumbing needs.

Had an emergency situation at a clients home. A water pipe got poke with a screw. I called Ivey he was there in like 10 minutes like the plumbing police it was that fast. Got me fixed up in about 30 mins. I will be calling on him again for some of my jobs.

We have an issue on toilet, so I search online and saw this website and fix the issue. The description on the website looks good to me. So I am trying call the number and make an appointment, because I saw the number on the website is service and sales. However, after the guy know my issue, he is very rude, he ask me is it the emergency? I said no. And he ask why you call this number? I check the website again, there is nothing shows there this is an emergency number. Looks just a normal number. Never contact here again. Bad attitude.

I’m so appreciative of Ivey Plumbing. They came on short notice and dealt with a major problem we were having with our water lines that were connected to one of our toilets, water leaking in our basement, and the outdoor runoff thing-a-magigy (don’t check my plumbing facts- my wife understood the problem, so I didn’t pay close attention). There was a point that water needed to drain out, so the team of two went and took another call, and then came back. They stayed until all the problems were fixed, which was after 9pm.
