Excellent service from the first contact with the Mrs. to schedule the appointment (she thought of this great name) through Mr.'s visit. He was on time, explained the problem and repair, performed the repair which has held and was very pleasant. I will certainly hire them again.

I've used them twice now. Once for a shower faucet, other time for a vanity installation. They are awesome. From making the appointment, to the guys coming out, the work, the payment, you name it, they are top notch and will use them again and suggest them to others.

Jim has perfectly done three great jobs for us. He replaced out leaking outdoor faucets, installed a new quartz counter top, sink, and toilet in our powder room, and repaired out broken sun-room PVAC AC/heater unit. Every job was done absolutely professionally. Jim is highly experienced and very friendly to work with. We give him the very highest recommendation!

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Mark was fantastic! He was knowledgable and able to identify our issue quickly when other plumbers could not. We had snake head break off in our drain from before we bought our home. Other plumbers thought we needed complete sewer line replacement at 5k+ per line. Mark knew within minutes by sending down his camera during the complimentary consultation. We saved thousands by using Mark. I highly recommend Mark for all your plumbing needs.

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Joel with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and quick. He gave us a great price and helped us save some money by using some of our existing parts that were in good condition. This is the second time we have used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and with a different employee. Same great service and price! We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and an outdoor faucet that was leaking bad... Came and fixed both issues the next day and was reasonably priced.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

My soninlaw works here...no seriously they do great work and stand behind their work and dont charge a lot for their work ! :)

Made an appoint to fix hot water heater. They said 5 days, then called back and said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out. Dishonest people. Do not use!!

I hesitate selecting the “repairs” they have made on my house because none of them are in good working condition after repeated visits. I’m forced to use this company through my property management office and they are a complete nightmare. They show up hours late never do the job correctly and have to send other repairmen out to complete the job after the first guy didn’t do right. I’m completely unsatisfied with their performance and wish I could use another company for my repairs.
