Taking care of friend's house in N. Vegas, water heater pilot light went out. Troy came, got the pilot light lit, then the owner of the house decided she needed a new heater. Troy came that Saturday, installed it, took the old one away.

He did show up late for the first appointment. Office manager said 9:00 am to 11:00 am. 11:15, no Troy. Called again, told 11:00 to 2:00. 2:30, Troy comes rolling up. Seems his office manager doesn't account for travel times.

If Troy's late, it's because he's giving his attention to some problem. He'll do the same if you have a problem, too.

Fantastic experience. Emailed them my problem which I thought was a condensation line blockage late Sunday night. Early Monday morning Troy contacted me to schedule an appointment for that day. He even came to my house after posted work operation hours due to my work schedule. Troy was polite and quickly assessed and fixed my problem. Even took the time to look at another small issue and offer advice without blinking an eye. This amazing customer service is rare to find now a days. Would defiantly call Troy and Thor Industries again.

Troy was very helpful and determined to figure out a solution to an unexpected issue that occurred during a vent cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to put in extended time needed to get the done done correctly. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

Troy fixed our central heat/air wires from a dog that loves to chew.
He went above and beyond by making the exposed wires safe from our chewing dog, and we now have a fully functioning unit again.

Very fast and amazing work, I always recommend them when someone needs a plumber.

I called them up late on a Friday night, just hoping to get main line for my sink free from blockage, they were able to show up Saturday morning took care of it and took a look at our toilet that had been having issues at my mother's request. An extremely fair price for everything in my opinion. I will be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Was supposed to come to my house to install a water softener system and made an appointment for sometime between 9-12pm. I call them at 10am to make sure they’re coming and they say 2-5 pm. Okay no big deal. I wait until 4pm and called the schedulers again and nobody answers. I called Troy and he said Charles was definitely coming, and he’d let me know what time. Day goes by, no answers from anybody, and I tried calling everybody again and nobody answers. A whole day wasted due to bad communication. Do not use them if you are expecting a responsive service

Troy saved the day. We had some gas work being done that required the gas line to the house be shut off. When the gas was turned back on the hot water tank would not light. I read the manual & followed all the instruction to get it lit with no luck. The contractor also had no luck getting it lit. I called Thor Industries & spoke to a woman who I told what was going on. She said let me check with a tech & get back to you. I got a call back like she said & Troy was on the line with her. Troy tried walking me through what might be the issue, but no luck in getting the hot water tank working. This was around 4:30pm. He said he had two more jobs, but could stop by after that, if that would work. That was perfect. I got a text when we got off the phone with a 2 hour window for when he would be here. The window came & I got another text saying Troy was on his way. Troy arrived & looked at the hotwater tank & had an idea of what the problem was. It was 1 of 2 things & he explained what the issues might be. He worked on the hotwater tank for a couple of minutes & got it working without any big expense. He explained everything along the way. The communication was fantastic through the entire process, which is important to me. We will defiantly use Thor Industries again. Thanks for saving the day Troy

Keith was amazing and super helpful. He replaced my shallow sink and faucet with a new one, all while installing an RO System. The company is also super great to work with and make things as easy as possible payment wise. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Very unorganized. Didn't even fix my air conditioning, I had to call a different company!

A/c stopped. Middle of Seprember in Las Vegas. 98° and no breeze. Called thor industries. 90 minutes later it was fixed. My fan had fallen off inside the a/c unit. They re installed it, tested it. And its working fine one hour later. That's how I like my HVAC work, no fuss, no muss.

Toilet still backed up didn't reach the problem🤔😔

I have called Thor Industries twice, once for HVAC tuneup, and once for a plumbing repair. Both times I called, the nice lady that answered the phone told me that they were all out on jobs but would call me shortly to schedule something. Neither time did anyone call me??? I called them because they were Google Verified. While I can't rate their quality of work, they are lousy at customer service. So, my recommendation to anyone that does decide to call Thor Industries is to do not call if you need immediate help, and if you do call, have a backup plan. I gave them two chances, they will not get a third.

Called Thor Industries because my water heater started leaking I spoke to Troy who was able to schedule me in the afternoon of the same day for a very reasonable price. Keith arrived promptly at 4pm which was on the early side of the window given to me (4-5pm). He took care that water from the pan did not spill over on my finished garage walls. He completed the water heater replacement efficiently and cleanly. I am definitely going to use them in the future for my plumbing needs and consider them for HVAC services as well.

The water heater that was in the house when we purchased 11/17 was leaking. Keith from Thor came right out and determined that it had failed internally. I’m not sure who originally installed the unit but we determined it was under warranty. Keith took ownership to track down the warranty process. On Sunday he called and told me that he had obtained a return authorization from the manufacturer but they wanted the old unit before they gave a new unit. On Monday, Keith uninstalled the old water heater and took it to the local distributor. Several hours later he called to say that the local distributor was balking at replacing it. He continued to work with the distributor and Troy spent several hours trying to get the manufacturer to do something. In the end the warranty was not honored. I had them install a new unit (different brand). Their efforts were over and above what you normally see. They made sure I had a water heater, at a reasonable price, by the end of the day.

I've used Thor on 2 different occasions in the past 3 months. I was extremely happy with both experiences. Troy is very professional, friendly and efficient. I contacted a few plumbers and Thor gave me the best quote! Troy and Keith are A+. I would give them more than 5 stars. I won't use anybody else from now on.

Great service, nice and professional. I had a leak in my garage and he came the day I called. They left the work area cleaner than it was originally. He also gave me a free estimate on another issue I had but i wasn't ready to repair. I will call him next time I need any kind of plumbing issue.

If you don't mind a tool stuck in your toilet by this plumber, and you're OK with getting charged for the cost of HIS tool AND your toilet, because now the toilet needs to be broken before the tool can be removed, then use Thor Industries.

He left the tool in, along with his handprints all over the walls. What I'm so disappointed at, is that he took absolutely no responsibility and had the nerve to send a bill for his tool. He offered to break and replace the toilet……and charge us over $1000 for it. This is just so wrong! His mistake costs us over $1000, for a $150 job we had hired him!!!

Took care of a plumbing issue with skill and knowledge at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Matt from Thor Industries has been out twice for two separate issues and both times he went above and beyond to take care of my issue the same day I called. He has been nothing but professional and the reason I will use thor for my future needs.

I am so happy with the service I just received! The gentlemen from Thor were great, they got out here very quickly, and just before a holiday weekend when most people won't even answer the phone. They gave me 2 different options for the job I needed done and both were reasonably priced. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. Thor responded within the hour and arrived at the beginning of their scheduled window. The crew was kind and respectful and provided transparency of the process throughout their repair, including what was broken, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. They were so amazing for fixing my AC so fast in this heat wave; I am grateful.

They replaced our water heater with a top of the line model for $1150. They added $100 because I had a faulty water valve.

I have been looking for a good company that I felt would not give me the round around and increase the price. Thor is that company for me!! Being in Vegas-the air conditioning is the most important thing next to food! I will continue to use Thor & recommend EVERYBODY to use this company. If I could give them more stars I would!! Thor was contracted by my property management company. Troy was polite and made certain he got me scheduled ASAP. Troy took his time to do the repair correctly (removed old caulking, etc.) -- and re-evaluated after it was done to make certain it was done correctly. He was kind and friendly. He gave me some good advice on how to deal with certain plumbing items. I would definitely use them the next time I have an issue at my house.

We were very pleased with our experience with Thor Industries, specifically our technician Keith. My husband installed a gas dryer in our new home and never having done this before we wanted someone to make sure he had hooked it up correctly. He called Thor Industries yesterday afternoon and they were very willing to come to our home first thing this morning. Keith was friendly, quick and efficient with getting the job done. Would definitely recommend this company!

the guy's came in and did a clean job. price was ok. he told me to call him if there was any problems even if they were minor . he wants the customers to be completely satisfied.

After 4 days of back and forth trying to get someone to help fix our main water line we had someone from Thor Industries come out and fix our water line within a few hours. He went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted out and didn't have to wait another day without water. An absolute lifesaver.

Troy was an amazing help to me! I tried installing new thermostats and my AC and blower completely stopped working (in July!). I called Thor industries and Troy told me what the issue was over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. Yes, he could have charged me a couple of hundred dollars to come and replace the blown fuse, but that just goes to show you his integrity and willingness to get your system up and running. Would highly recommend in the future!

The main shut off for the water to my house blew up and I had another plumbing company out first and they told me they couldn't fix it and mind u my water cannot be shut off at the street...called Thor industries and Troy the owner and Matt showed up immediately and fix the issue very quickly and my water is flowing again and for a great price

If your time and money are important, do not call these guys. You'll regret it.

Troy just installed (Mid Dec) a new water heater and I can tell you that he performed excellent on every level.

They were on-time, on-budget, clean, and focused. Their APP made sure I knew when they were coming, when they were done, and a confirmation of my payment.

I took away a star for having to wait 2 months for my inspection. Apparently I fell through the cracks. Even so, they delivered a solid service for me at the time and followed up several days later to fix a problem with the initial installation, so kudos there.

Keith from Thor was fantastic! Great communicator and reliable. Was able to identify the issue with hot-cold shower knob, overcame challenges if any and got the job done. Definitely will reach out to thor for any plumbing and HVAC services moving forward. Troy was great with scheduling.10/10 for Keith and Team.

I called Thor Industries after one of my A/C units stopped working and they scheduled me for a 2 hour appointment window the following day. The technician failed to show up during the 2 hour window. I tried to contact them via text and phone call, but received no response. This company displayed poor customer service and a lack of respect for my time. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I called for an emergency water outage at 7pm Saturday night and they still have not called back to even given and ETA, Sunday morning they still have not called....they must not need the business.....I called Pure Plumbing and they called back and told me when they can arrive...That is customer service!

Great service and prompt. He should up 1 hour after I called at 7pm. He fix the problem and was very reasonable in pricing. This is the only AC company I will use from now on. I wish I could give them a 1,000 star rating.

I recently purchased a new house in Summerlin and I called Thor Industries to install a water softener and RO System. I was very pleased with the amount of information Keith and Troy provided me. I want to thank Troy for the great he did installing my garbage disposal. He was on time. I didn't expect my pipes would be in terrible shape but they were upgraded with new pipes. I would recommend Thor.

I was at a loss for about a week wondering what was going on with my slow running toliet. Apparently, after trying a few things I gave in to call Thor. Keith called me back to discuss the issue. He showed up on time. Straight up front cost before even performing any service. We had a clog in my sewer line causing the slow flush. The two men Mat and Keith worked together to pin point the issue. After maybe 45 minutes they were able to get the overflow in the front of the house opened and remove tons of soiled toliet paper which seemed like it was pretty heavy duty paper. I was really surprised. They snaked it, which was impossible for me. I needed a new toilet so we went and bought one and installed it ourselves after. Works like a charm. Should of been a plumber. Really interesting job and knowledgeable. Smile

I gave Thor Industries a call because I was having some plumbing issues. These guys came right out and fixed my issue without hesitation. Also, they walked me through some other issues that I was having. Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Had a plumbing issue with my sink backing up in my kitchen. First company came out and told me they'd have to bust out part of the wall and possibly the floor and it was going to cost $$$.

Called Troy at Thor Industries and he said he thought he could fix it, but it may get to the point where he might have to bust out the wall etc.

An hour later troy and his assistant had it all fixed and it was a fraction of the quoted cost of the other company!
