Sure-Fix Plumbing & Drain

STEAR CLEAR! I wish I could give negative stars. I was referred to this company. They were quick to come out and quoted us low. However, once ****** arrived, costs quickly mounted. He had to go into our basement to reach the plumbing. He asked if he could use one of our buckets and a pair of my husband's pliers. That was all fine. I had to leave for work and my mother stayed and paid him. When my husband got home, all of our basement lights were left on, our bucket was full of dirty water, my husband's tools were left out, and the pliers were damaged. When he called the owner of the company did not so much as apologize. He simply called ******, and ****** replaced the pliers. But we still paid this bill for a professional service and were given terrible service. When ****** came to replace the pliers he complained about paying to replace them and complained that he had been laid off for two days. They also told us that this may only temporarily fix the problem and recommended a $500 service. So time, money, and frustration may be for naught.

The guy was great. When the first visit didn't solve the problem, he came back at no charge.

Excellent service and value. My grandma had a clogged drain in her bathroom and called quite a few places. They gave the best quote and even gave her $20 off senior discount. She was very happy with the service, they came on time, were efficient and professional.

I have had continuous problems with the drains in my house. I had another big name company who came out, a few times. Seemed to remedy the issue but then it would return. These Guys came out, trouble shot the drain issue, found it, and FIXED it. I haven't had an any issue since. I might add that what they found was NEVER mentioned previously. I will use them from now and HIGHLY recommend them.

My newish toilet started not fully flushing. From a referral from my property mgmt. company, I called Sure-Fix. They came right out, removed the soft blockage and repaired my toilet. Then the next week, the same thing happened and he came out again and fixed the problem and provided a warranty. Thanks Sure-Fix! The service was very responsive, professional and didn't cost an arm, leg or butt cheek!

I personally know the owners and employees they are great people and you can really trust them being in your home!

We have had good experiences with these guys clearing our drains. Even on some tricky jobs, they stuck with it until the problem was corrected. Ron and the guys at Sure-Fix are honest and trustworthy plumbers for sure.

I have recomended them to several friends and have heard of no problems. Professional, Clean, Courteous. Upfront and honest pricing. was what I heard back wwhen I asked. They would let me know if it wasnt good. I dont recomend often. Only those I can trust.

Really great service, had to get an ice maker installed and the did it in about 30 minutes.

I had a leaking pipe and they were able to come out right away to fix it. Plumbers were very helpful

Quality service, good price

Ron came over to deal with a leaking pipe, was able to quickly identify the location of the leak, and came over to fix it a couple of days later. The leak was behind some cabinets, but he was able to cut a couple of holes behind them and find the leak, so I was able to get my water back up and running much sooner than if I had to wait for an entire contracting team to remove the cabinets, etc, etc.

An especially big thank you as well to their team for coming out on a day off to help me out!!

I made an 8am appointment for Justin to come look at a clogged floor drain, at 8:50 I called to find out his ETA. Was informed that he had been held up by his 7am job & was heading my way. At 10 I called again. The lady who answered was apologetic and I truly understand being behind but it did not give me confidence in that company. I’m sure they do great work. I called based on reviews. But I don’t feel they put any value in their customers time.

They never quoted me over the phone. Had to visit my property multiple times to fix a kitchen sink. The technician said he would have to charge me for every visit, and would have to visit two more times. Then he promised to get the job done on a Monday, and when I called to see if he was going to show, the company declined services based on my tone.

Well, if a company can’t adequately quote me, then threaten to charge me for repeat, unconfirmed visits, then I don’t want to do business with a company like this.

The guy(can't remember his name) was informative and fixed the problem fast. My only problem was he was not wearing a mask and when I asked him to put one on, he pulled a dirty surgical mask out his pocket😔

Sure Fix is a hit!! They came out to light the pilot light! Gave me a couple recommendations to maintain it and left free of charge! Thank you guys, this proves honesty and integrity does exist in private business'!!! SMILES!

Great service and well stocked.

Very professional on the phone and was able to come unclog drain line the next day (Could have come same day, but we used chemicals to attempt to clear it ourselves). Technicians seemed knowledgeable, were nice, and answered all my questions. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Great family oriented business

Surefix came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink. One thing happened after another and I ended up with some new piping under my sink and had to get my sewer line hydroflushed. A simple job turned into a longer, more intensive job. The technician took everything in stride, explained everything to me and taught us a few thing. Courteous and got the job done. They were kind enough to give me a reduced price given the unexpected turn of events. My wife and I were pleased and will call them again. Thank you!
