I am truly impressed with Jim and his staff at Honor Heating. They are very friendly, fast and did an amazing job installing my outside faucet. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will be using them in the future!

Honor Heating & Plumbing came today for a furnace check, and I've never been more pleased with any contractor. Jim Morrison was our technician and was extremely professional, and thorough in his work and explanations. We recently moved into a new house and there were multiple issues with our heating and plumbing that we wanted to discuss. Jim patiently listened to our issues and explained our options. I will definitely be using this company again, and will request Jim every time!

We had a great experience with our technician when we had our AC looked at after several years with it struggling to keep up the the heat. He explainied the issues with the unit and gave his honest opinion of our best options. He didn't try to sell us on topping it off with expensive freon as it would be costly and ultimately wouldn't be fixing the issue. We're currently pricing out our options for a replacement before the unit breaks and will be going with Honor to get the job done.

jim morrison is. Consumate professional and was prompt. He redid the pipes under our kitchen sink as they were installed incorrectly. Price was good too.

Thanks to some recent storms, I needed my furnace replaced. Many friends recommended honor to me and I will recommend them to everyone too! They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The removal of my old furnace and installation of my new furnace was rather quick, and I felt very comfortable around them- which I haven't with previous handy men- and being a woman this was pretty important. We contacted Honor to replace an outdoor faucet. Our technician, Jim Morrison, was very professional and friendly and was able to complete the job in a very efficient and timely manner. He explained thoroughly the repair and how it would also involved replacing some plumbing inside the house. We were impressed with the service and how reasonable the cost of the repair was. As a property manager, it is very important that we respond quickly when our tenants have problems in the home. We recently had a water heater go bad within days of a tenant moving in and no more than 2 weeks later we had issues with the furnace. On both occasions Jim came to the rescue. Not only did he take care of the problem quickly, but his knowledge and professionalism made a lasting impression.He takes the time to explain everything and you will have no doubt about what the problem is and how it is being fixed. I hired Honor from an Angie's List offer to do a furnace maintenance service. My technician, Jim Morrison was friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. However, I'm confused... Jim often referred to the office, and the owners in regard to how they track the employees and make sure employees don't run-up jobs, etc. However, a couple days later I was taking to someone who claimed to know Jim, and they told me that Jim IS the owner. What I'm confused about is, if that is indeed the case, why Jim presented himself to me as simply an employee of the company (a company he spoke very highly of - perhaps this is why).

Our furnace and A/C all went out during the first heat wave of the season and Honor had us a whole new unit in less than a week, whereas other places were backed up two weeks out. Staff were very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their financing options through Wells-Fargo are also excellent and affordable in comparison to competitors. Jim Morrison personally came out and replaced a toilet for my grandmother. He was very prompt, honest, and flexible. Jim was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Honor will serve as my plumber in the future!

Jim came out on a Saturday after my A/C stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a range of fix options. Once we had chosen a plan, he completed the work very quickly and gave us more information afterwards to help in the future. While I am hopeful that I won't need more work in the future, if I do, I will be calling Honor!

Jim has perfectly done three great jobs for us. Jim, the owner, came out to a location I was looking at buying and walked me though the entire process of redoing the heating and cooling system. He spent over an hour explaining all my options. I purchased an Angie's List deal for a whole house humidifier installation. Jim arrived on time and greeted me with a smile. He explained everything thoroughly before and after the installation.
