When you have a septic issue, you can't wait... for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, every company I called to fix our septic issue told us it would be a week or even more before they could come out. Donahue told me that, too, EXCEPT the gentleman who answered the phone then proceeded to ask me questions about the problem to see if he could diagnose it and suggest a way I could fix it myself. He asked questions, he demanded clear answers, then offered to guide me, step by step, through a process he thought would solve the problem. In other words, instead of having me wait a week and then charging me hundreds of dollars to come out and offer a basic service, he basically told me how I could fix the problem myself. Now, I won't say it was the most pleasant afternoon I ever spent, because, well, septic, hello?, but he was exactly correct in his diagnosis and did successfully tell me how to fix what turned out to be a minor problem- over the phone, without charging me anything. Josiah was very professional and honest. He helped us figure out the water problem our basement had, (a problem that another big company was not able to help us find a solution for). He was very kind and very clean. He worked very hard cleaning all the water problem, and properly disposing of the water, and he guided us to the actual solution. Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. Ryan is a valuable asset to your organization and should be recognized for the favorable image he displays in the name of Do It Right Plumbers. Our zoned heat/ac system was not working in part of the house. The technician said the zone control board was bad and gave us an estimate of $6,200 to replace it. The cost should be around $700. Had another company come out the next day and they found that one of the compressors was not running. They fixed a loose wire and everything is up and working fine now. Cost of the actual required repair was $112. We have used Frank Gay before and their prices are always very high. But, they are quick to respond when called and that is why we continued to use them. This time; however, the price they wanted to fix what wasn’t broken was totally ridiculous and honestly an insult to our intelligence. I advise extreme caution with this company.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. Steve is a plumber that takes a lot of pride in his work and it reflects in the results. I would definitely trust and use Steve again for plumbing repair or upgrades in my home.

Hasan knows his trade and on top of that, he is a great to work with. He came to our house in the evening and helped solve the leaking problem with a water pipe and he price is fair and reasonable.

Purchased various plumbing products for new home here, all functioning well. Bought 10k worth of kitchen equipment (Wolf) all of which failed in the first two years! Unfortunately, these guys don't have a service department. The people that handled the service work took weeks to fix, thank God it was all still under warranty. Painful experience for high end goods!

Do NOT use this company. They didn't even try to address the problem through our home warranty company. They voided our warranty. Very unprofessional. Tried changing the app (3) times in one day after agreeing upon a time when initially setup the appt. Workers got mud all over the house.
