Eddie came to my house today to fix my kitchen faucet. When he came the faucet needed to be replaced. I didn't have the replacement at home. He ran and picked one up. I am on a very tight budget and he somehow made it work. He worked within my budget, and I was still able to get a nice faucet. The customer service was second to none. Ryan was amazing! Got the shutoffs installed to find the shower mixer cartridge had welded itself with calcium to the mixer. Ryan got a new mixer and installed it in the same day!!!! Maybe a little more than I thought I'd have to spend, but good work costs money. Thanks Ryan!!!

Marcus Bland was the repair man. He arrived in the time estimated. He was SO very pleasant on this Easter Sunday morning! He was professional, and he explained the issue well. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would be happy to have him do any necessary repair work in the future.

Job Estimate $130-150. After work, was informed $250. The bill in the mail said $260. I talked to the plumber that did the work about why the billed anount was not close to the estimate and why the price on the bill was ten dollars more than what I was informed was the final amount of 250. He said he does not like giving estimates, he said that the owner does the pricing, and I would need to talk to him. I called three different days and could not get anyone to answer the phone.

Lincoln Sewer & Drain came out April 2014 and April 2015. Very professional place. They came out the day after I called them. They were very thorough with their work and explained things. Ran auger and then ran all faucets to make sure everything were flowing right. They quoted me $2,000 more than another company to replace sewer and plumbing. I ended up going with other company in June 2015. I will recommend them to anyone though awesome place.

These guys are great! We needed AC for an office build, and I talked to a lot of HVAC companies. ECO responded quickly and got me on the schedule for a visit.The guy that came out to help us look at our options was the same guy who did the install. We got a 4 unit ductless for a great price. The team was polite and professional. The install is tidy and clean, and they did a great job cleaning up their mess when they were done. The unit works great, and our power bill has dropped since we don't have to use the window unit we'd been limping along with. I would definitely recommend ECO!

This company isn't very up front or professional. Lady told me they had a 10am opening, I booked it. Not 10am-12pm, not 10am-2pm. After almost 30min I called to ask why I don't see a truck or get a call, she told me that the guy was probably busy on his first job. I won't tolerate unprofessionalism. Be up front and precise with your customers as if their time matters just as much, and give them a heads up. I told her to keep her guy at home and I moved on. Which is what I recommend, move on.

There are a lot of plumbing repair contractors in our city but few of them are really good at their job. Especially a person like me who had troubles with the old house I own. It's very painful and money consuming to hire and hire and hire plumbing repair service for the sake that the previous contractor did not do his job! Anyway, so far so good with Magic Plumbing!
