Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Excellent service and quick responses. We used their service for replacing our damaged wood floors. They were very responsive and got us scheduled very quickly, and the service was also excellent.

My tub handle broke off at the valve and the tub could not be turned off, this meant it was time to turn off the main water line :( well, that did not fully work and water was still running. then, the darn handle broke completely off my main water line meaning no way to turn my water on or off and water stuck on.

We called and Roman was literally at the house in like 30 minutes. Sadly, we had to have the city shut off water and a few extra unexpected repairs. However, we will come out ahead and have a better setup from here on out so that is a huge win.

Roman is very professional, upfront, and honest about the prices discussed. Everything showed us along the way what was going on we could make an informed decision. Super easy-going and straight forward with communication and options. He will be coming back next week to help us with the rest of the repair. We are so grateful that the water is no longer ready. Cliff was great. I called at 12:30 and he was here by 2 to fix my garbage disposal back up. Would 100% call him again and very affordable with it begin such last minute. Cheaper and more knowledgable than any name brand place.

We've used Jeff's twice now. Both times they were wonderful! Kristy in the office was so nice & helpful with explaining the process. The crews were timely and worked hard. Our 2nd time using them was for an emergency repipe & Riccardo helped work us into their schedule so my grandma wouldn't be without water for too long. Dustin & his crew are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

When my AC repair man spotted a leak in my plumbing under the house...I found Hayden listed on Angie’s List. I called and got Matthew on the phone on the first try (amazing that people actually answer their phones)! He was at my house and the repair was done within 4 hours total.
