A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Coast Plumbing Heating and Air for any of the services they provide.

I had a water heater leak and flooded my basement. Kings Plumbing is the only company out of 10 calls that would answer my call. They were at my house in less than one hour. I got the water heater replaced and they referred the best restoration company, who got here in the same amount of time. The price was fair and the guys were extremely professional and i would highly recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing work. Thanks Kings Plumbing you guys are lifesavers.

My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

Brody was awesome! Efficient and quick! Thanks for coming by on such short notice. I knew my garbage disposal was broken and my dishwasher wasn’t draining properly either. But Brody had it replaced and like new within the hour. Just wanted to give him a shout out for the quality of service.

Aiden did everything I expected him to. And he didn't try to sell me extra service at this time. Everything seems to be draining just fine now.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

We are very happy with the service from Island Plumbing and would recommend them with reservation. We called on a Saturday morning and had our shower drain blockage repaired by 1:00 that same day. They were on time, communicated well and were very friendly and professional. They are definitely our go to for future needs! Thank you Glen and Zach!

They have the best customer care support and they are fast to provide service, very reliable, with the best plumbing equipment at hand! Would definitely use them again and would really recommend them for all ur heating and plumbing needs!

Paul was new to us when he came to fix a burst pipe in our basement. He came highly recommended on Next Door. He was terrific! Not only did he fix the problem, he also worked with us on preventing the issue from happening again. He installed an outdoor spigot that was far superior to the one we had. He offered to replace it with the same one or do the upgrade - our choice. We chose the slightly more option and it works so much better. We are very grateful to Paul for his professional work, his can-do spirit, and his advice. We will definitely contact him when we have another issue.

Caleb and Jeremy were great to work with! They came out immediately and took care of my problem in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with their work. Rob Parsons was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was working on. He was efficient with his time and was in and out with all worked completed in less than 90 minutes from the time he knocked on the door and cleaned up. Really appreciate the work that was done. Will be going back to Pristine Plumbing and asking for Rob next time any plumbing issues arise.
