I love that I can count on a company like Dexters Plumbing Services, I found myself in a cold shower and panicked! We discovered our water heater decided to bite the dust, and leak it’s contents all over the basement! Within 24 hours, they had a brand new tankless unit installed! We have trusted these guys for well over a decade and will continue to call on them whenever there is a plumbing need!

Dexter's Plumbing Services where polite and professional. I was given the price before they moved on each step of the way. Very good service! They came within their given time frame. They were easy to work with and were quick and clean with their work. Easy to work with and very friendly. Their rates are the best you're going to find anywhere. Requested an appointment online which was very convenient and simple to do. Our plumber Luke arrived on time and repaired all my problems. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and cleaned up the work area when finished in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use Dexters Plumbing Services in the future.

The tech was extremely professional and personable. Came in, quickly identified what the issue was and made the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. He didn't leave until he was assured the leak was fixed. Was my first time using Dexters Plumbing and they will be my first call if I should need them again.

Dexters Plumbing Services team were outstanding professional plumbers. They replaced two underground and under house water pumps under the most difficult conditions possible. Through out the process they let me know what they found and what it was going to take to complete the replacements. I hope I can have them handle all my plumbing needs in the future.

Contracted through Dexters Plumbing directly to install a hot water tank. The company was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They fixed another minor issue while on site and still beat another local plumbing company, who was quoting me for just the tank install, by $325.

Our cold water valve (in our laundry room) broke while disconnecting the hose and we had to shut the main water off. When we called Dexters Plumbing Services, they were there to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time.The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable.

We had an DIY faucet and line install from the previous home owner. Water was leaking all under the sink. We called several companies and we're told it's too small of a job. Dexters Plumbing Services answered our call at 7 in the evening and answered all our questions. The plumber that came was professional and did the required work. He talked us through the process and what he was going to do. He cleaned up after himself and answered all our questions. We will be using this company in the near future.

They were very knowledgeable, great response time and turnaround time. We got a new tankless water heater from them to replace 2 40 gallon tanks that were old and leaking.They did a very quality job downstairs and my husband and I are pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also, on a side note, we did have a few people come out to give estimates just to make sure the pricing was set right and all three estimates from the other companies came out nearly the same so pricing wasn't an issue.

Avoid this company at all cost! They make you pay a $79 membership fee for a year -to wave, in their words, the service fee- but soon you realize it's a scam. After the plumber did his job, they charged me a fee of $200 for 2-hour minimum charge, when the plumber took 1/2 hour to unclog the sink, despite having spent more than half that time on the phone. They also added $75 for materials, which they didn't use. When I received the bill and complained, the collector lady laughed on the phone and threatened with putting a lean on my house if I didn't pay. After bitter and ugly arguing, we settled on $200 flat.

Andylet me know in advance that things could be complicated but was willing to come out and take a look. Even though he has never worked on this custom shower brand, he was taking everything step by step using his experience. In just 20 minutes he was able to replace the broken part and stop the leak! Very fair pricing as well. Thank you.

Fantastic same day service. Our technician John , was outstanding in every aspect and incredibly professional. I wouldn’t consider any other company other than Dexters Plumbing Services going forward which includes requesting Gerald for the job. Job well done!

John was the gentleman that came and provide excellent customers services. He was patience and articulate each step of the process so I was comfortable and understand what was going in with my sewer pipes. I understood the process and got the change to actual see it. I called this company after the freeze on 12/26. They charged me $300 to secure an appointment that they failed to show up for. They are a SCAM. Do not give them your money. They came up for me when I searched Houston plumber and had good reviews. They have been not responsive in refunding my money too. I’m a small business owner and I would never dream of treating a customer like this.

Very nice and fast response. Dexters Plumbing Services came out the very next morning to take care of the job. Dexters Plumbing Services has only done plumbing work for me but I was completely satisfied and would have them do heating and cooling work for me also. They are very friendly and professional. They came back twice to make sure everything was working properly, there was nothing wrong with their work, it was my ignorance that brought them back. I recommend this company.

The plumber Dexters Plumbing Services sent out informed me of all the items he checked. He even inspected the entire crawl space for any other problems and then reported back to me. He keep me in the loop with every step. He addressed all my concerns, including my need for cleanliness. He cleaned up after himself and left my property spotless. I really appreciate this service

Dexters Plumbing Services company provided excellent service. They give you a 3 hour window for your appointment and also give you a call half an hour before the technician shows. Instead of buying a new disposal, the technician fixed my existing disposal which saved me money! I highly recommend Dexters.

My main sewer line needed to be cleared. I called Dexters Plumbing Services at 6:30pm and was told they could have someone out to me by 8:30pm. They got someone out to me within 45 mins. Tom was the plumber sent out and he was fantastic. He knew what he was doing and he did it quickly. He was polite, personable and very pleasant. Very satisfied.

I contacted Dexters plumbing immediately after the February 2021 freeze and received confirmation of an appointment on Tuesday (between noon and 2:00 pm). I was told a technician would contact me half an hour before arrival. At the time I made the appointment, they asked me if I would agree to a $240 visit fee. The visit fee seemed exorbitant but I reluctantly agreed. At 1:30 pm, not having received a call from the technician I called them to verify they were still coming. The operator said he would contact the technician and give me an ETA. At approximately 1:50 I received a call from the operator to advise me that the visit fee had changed and that if I agreed to an annual membership of $ 135 plus the $240 visit fee they would make it to my home within a week. At this point I told them to not bother.I can understand that because of the freeze, Dexters plumbing is in high demand and many homes are in need of their services. However, good their technicians are, the owners in my case, attempted to extort me. Good luck to those that do business with Dexter plumbing, in my experience this business has zero ethical behavior.

Awful service. No showed an appointment made a week in advance and did not return phone calls with a solution for over 24 hours. Subcontracted out a simple job to a guy by the name of Ben that performed unacceptable work. They had to remove a toilet to access plumbing for bathtub fixtures and then left the toilet fill line behind an adjacent stud bay, unsecured with pressure in the line. I reopened the drywall that had since been repaired and went hunting for the supply line. Not a single faucet/handle on the tub fixtures had a wrench put on them to secure them so they have 30-60 degrees of play. Also replaced supply lines to an outdoor tankless water heater but did not replace pipe insulation and left the torn insulation hanging. Terrible service by Dexters Plumbing and their subcontractor. Truly amateur.

I had a water leak in my main water line. It was on a weekend evening and they came within the hour. Both technicians were polite an knowledgeable and the leak was fixed in under two hours and everything patched and cleaned up. Would highly recommend Dexters Plumbing Services for others if problems arise.

Pricey. Called and was told they would charge $99 for showing up, plus whatever else the repair service would cost. Most, if not all, other plumbers in the area charge $49 for a service call which would be applicable towards the repairs, if one agrees to the service.

Tom was a knowledgeable and professional plumber.He helped us to unclog the backyard drainage system. He worked so hard to complete this almost impossible task on time.He finished at the expected time and cleaned up his mess. Would definitely use them again for all of our future plumbing issues.

Do not use this company! They said they would come on Tuesday between 10 and 1 to fix a broken pipe. Their trip charge was $240 (which would NOT be applied to service), but I was desperate and said OK. At 1:00 PM they called and said that maybe they could come in about a week. No reason given. At 5:00 PM they called back and said they were only servicing 'preferred customers' at this time and wanted to give me the opportunity to purchase a preferred customer plan! TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!! I am outraged!! PS - when I told the guy I wasn't interested, he LAUGHED and said Good luck

Very friendly staff and both the gentleman who came to house were very courteous and professional. I called them because I couldn’t get our normal plumber to my house for an urgent service. We now have a new plumbing company. Top notch!!

That should be a skull and crossbones, not a star. Sure, it's after the freeze, but when I inquired about getting on their list, I was told they charge $149 membership fee just to get on the wait list, then $450 just for the service call. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves, and they should.

Tom was awesome! He was very honest, and open with helping me understand what he was doing and how we could prevent future problems! He explain to me why the lines probably went bad and I really appreciated that a lot.

Undoubtedly a scam - all fake reviews. They charge a $200 services fee just to have someone come out and then more on top of that. The address doesn't really exist, payment and receipt is sketchy. Would not recommend or go back.
