Great company to do business with! We had a new bathtub installed and the job came out perfect! The plumbers were professional, courteous, clean and arrived on time. Owens Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company for both my home and my business. My old plumber lost my trust by quoting 3 times the price that Owens charged.

Eric did a great job as usual. It was time for furnace check up. Eric checked everything out and found all was in good condition for the winter.

I will ask for Eric when ever we have heat or cooling problems
He is through, fast. and neat. Cleans up when done.

Would highly recommend. What made the experience even better was that he recommended contractors to assist with evaluating and fixing the water damage that occurred when our water heater broke. They came out the same day! This saved so much time, especially on a holiday weekend.

Tech came in .when asked why he was not wearing a mask, he told me that this virus was just the flu, and the numbers were made up and that washing hands lowered your resistance ( his hand were filthy). I am at high risk for dying if I get the “rona”. He did not believe in customer service and I have to believe his company does either. This company should be following state rules, not ignoring them. I got a quote for work but he will not be coming back in my home ever. He also said the mask I was wearing was only good for dust. I told him it wasn’t for me, it was for him, so I didn’t spittle on him when I talk. Idiot

Quality service, good advice.

I was interested in a price for a simple garbage disposal remove and replacement. The plumber that showed up was professional and courteous so I considered having them do the work until I asked how much would I be charged . The plumber said $ 900 + dollars. After regaining my breath and some degree of sanity I asked how much if I bought the disposal myself and then they would install it for me, the answer was $ 554.00 !!! At which point I asked how many hours was the job and what their hourly rate was ? The reply was they don’t have an hourly rate they just price each job separately, so naturally I declined . I went to Home Depot and bought a new 3/4 HP disposal for $ 179.00 and installed it myself in 47 minutes. I timed it because I am 67 years old and retired so I am not as quick as I once was . I was told “ we’re not the cheapest nor the most expensive , the plumber said the job would take approximately 1/2 an hour.“ well I must say that $554.00 for 47 minutes work is in the old school speech “ a total rip off” I would like to know how any company can justify this price . My suggestion to anyone who needs any repair work done on appliances or anything for that matter is to find a company that does do an hourly charge and ask how long it will take . Run don’t walk away from this company and find a company that doesn’t take advantage of its customers with outrageous pricing.

Dave offered the best pricing among the quotes we got. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and effective. He gave us the opportunity to save money by doing easy stuff ourselves, and didn't try to upsell us beyond what we had requested. He was also friendly to our barking, unsocialized dog. We were very impressed and he's our new favorite plumber!

We had a great experience with C4 Plumbing! Mark was able to get our estimate and repairs completed within a few days. He also took the time to show me all of the new parts he installed and how they work or differ from the old parts. We will definitely call C4 for any future plumbing needs!
