We had a drain pipe issue, and as soon as I spoke with Brian at Mr. Rooter I got a great feeling about the company. He scheduled Adam to come and do the estimate and said this type of issue was his specialty. When Adam came to check everything out, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the issue. He explained what they were going to need to do, and they were back first thing the next morning to get started. Adam and his crew worked tirelessly to get everything fixed and by far exceeded my expectations with the repairs. He was up front through the whole thing about what they were doing, and was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of plumbing repair!
