Very quick response to call. Had leak underground that left me with HUGE water bill. Adam came and checked it out, went under the house, and showed me the water meter going fast. He came back the next day with an excavator and put in new pipe. Very professional and very clear explanations. Thank you Adam & Shane!!

The technician Robin is so personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and work both carefully and diligently. Vanessa the customer service representative is so nice and friendly. You can tell this is an establishment that really cares about their customers. I would recommend them to everyone! They know what they are doing and do phenomenal work!

Called Mr. Rooter of VA Beach and they were able to fit me in their schedule. Sam showed up around 8:00 in the evening and stayed well into the evening to solve the problem. He approached the issue and solved the problem very methodically and in a professional manner.

Sam was wonderful from the start. Before his arrival he called and let me know his ETA and arrived about the expected time. He was able to pin point the problem, asked all the appropriate questions to understand and made sure to let me know what he can do, what he might have to do and what he was going to do. Sam was polite, professional and friendly. I appreciated him breaking down the quote and explaining everything to me and how it could be adjusted all depending on what we find (we had a washer drain pipe that was overflowing due to being clogged which was causing a leak). He even cleaned up after himself & made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns before he left. I’d definitely request Sam again (if I could!) as well as Mr.Rooter Plumbing again and again.

David Diggs and Travis came to our home and replaced two leaking shutoff valves for our bathroom toilets, and did so in less than 30 minutes. It involved transitioning from the old Quest tubing that the old valves were attached to, and going to pex tubing to attach the new shutoff valves. Their knowledge and professionalism was what I appreciated most, and I have great confidence that this job was done beyond expectations. I would have no reservations about recommending this company, and especially David and Travis, to anyone needing a professional plumber.

Zane came to our home and he explained everything to us and let us know up front the cost. If we need any plumbing needs in the future we will definitely be calling again.

A great plumber experience! Jammal L. was incredibly professional and responsive. He quickly and expertly diagnosed the issues with my old toilet and leaking faucet which were negatively impacting my water bills. He provided me a range of service options based on my budget that day which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly and courteous and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Plumbing work can be expensive but this experience left me a happy customer.

Would give 10 stars if it allowed me to. Had an issue with a toilet months ago and they came out to fix it. The same toilet had a small leak and they came out to fix it again at no charge and with a smile. Would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue!! They definitely stand behind their work!

This company was a breath of fresh air. Everyone there, Toni, Natalie, TJ, and the rest just put us at ease. David and his partner done a good job in a timely manner explained everything and gave us an estimate prior to doing the job .They were very professional and used safety measures with the covid virus we are pleased with the work they done would recommend Me Rooter to my neighbors and friends.

Adam & team replaced the polybutylene water service line from the city valve box to the structure. He was out the same day I called for an estimate and completed the repair at the quoted cost faster than I expected. Excellent customer service.

Besides fixing what I broke in my home DIY project, he took some time to teach me his recommended path forward in completing the plumbing work that would be needed after the emergency repair.

I’d definitely hire him again.

Our well pump stopped producing water. I spoke to a couple companies over the phone, troubleshooting what it could have been. (almost 30 yrs at this forever residence) One suggested the well may have run dry and would need to drop a new well. I got a good feel for whomever answered the phone at this company, then a text message with a picture of the person coming. Jammal Lindsey was friendly, professional and saved me a ton of money. It took less than 30 min to determine my pump had just lost its charge, he got it refilled and reprimed and all is working. It's been over a week; my sprinkler system is working fine and we've added water to our swimming pool. I respect the communication; Jammal showed me what he was doing and why, he was very patient. In today's fast paced world of digital everything, this old dog appreciated the time and attention he took to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!

Had Aron come out and assess a leak underneath my crawl space. It wasn’t until after he was down there I realized the service would be covered under my home warranty but he was kind enough to still give me an estimate and educate me on the issues he assessed.

Sam was such a personable and professional technician. I’ve had workers with zero personality before and it’s always so awkward. He diagnosed what the issue was and told me how to prevent the build up of algae in the future. He went above and beyond which is always rare to find. Fixed my sewer issue on the first try as opposed to another professional service who couldn’t get it corrected after two attempts. I’d recommend their services to anyone in need of fast, effective service done right the first time.

We called around 1pm for service for a clogged toilet. They said they were really busy and would put us in for an emergency order in case there was a cancelation. Twenty minutes later they called and said they'd be there in 40 minutes!!! David came and fixed our issue quickly and explained what was wrong. He was super friendly and understanding. We will definitely use them again if needed!

Had a drainage problem and Mr. Rooter made time to come out that day. Kevin came out, diagnosed the problem and got started right away. A new line had to be installed from the meter to the house. For the amount of work that had to be done, it was done very quickly. All the workers were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I had to call and have them come repair a clogged shower drain we ran into while having family in town. Within an hour of calling TJ was at our house getting the job wrapped up. The entire time he walked us through what he was doing so we felt comfortable and informed about all that was getting done. All in all solid experience, reasonable price, great work and great professional staff.

Called Mr. Rooter because of a water leak in the kitchen that had water coming thru tiles when you take a step. Didn't know where the water was coming from and checked every where. Called Plumbers in the area nobody was available until Monday. Called Mr. Rooter they had a Plumber at my home within an hour. Kevin found the source of the leak (busted pipe in the wall) and repaired the leak in a short period of time. Kevin was on time, very professional, wore a mask the whole time, and did not mind answering all my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and I will definitely will be using the company in the future. Excellent Job!!!

one word-AMAZING! That is how I would describe David. Multiple words? Funny, professional, kind and knowledgeable in his craft. I would 100% request David again and again. He described to me what he thought may be the issue before he started which gave me an idea what to expect. After he completed his job he told me what the issue was and how it had been repaired. This is my first time with Mr Rooter of Virginia Beach and I can guarantee it will not be my last. I have already told at least 3 people about my amazing experience with the company and with David.

I discovered a couple water ring marks on my garage ceiling, under my master bath and needed to find the source of the leak. I got an appointment quickly and plumbing pro, Zane showed up on time. I put in a service request 3 weeks ago and no one never contacted me. I received the initial email saying someone from their VB Office will be in contact. I don't believe I should have to follow up with my own request. Expert service! I had a blockage one of the bathroom pipes that caused slow draining in both my sink and shower. Mr. Shane was outstanding and efficient. He briefed me on possible issues and quoted me prior to doing any work. The diagnosis ended with a simple auger fix! 10/10 would recommend their service to anyone.

I called around for plumbers to fix a bursted pipe behind my washer. Ultimately, my driveway was also pooling water as well. We thought this could be a underground leak too. Mr. Landry was very helpful, explained everything thoroughly. I was given a variety of choices, did not feel forced just because. Not even 20 minutes, he was all done with fixing the bursted pipe. I was very nervous about the driveway that was flooding as well. Today (pipes fixed yesterday) , because of the pipe fixed, the pooling of water on my driveway also stopped. Definitely will call them again if anything comes up!!!

The men came in and went over in detail how to find the leak. They had to open up a wall to find the problem. The gentlemen were professional and kind. They went over all the options to fix the problem.

My water heater burst and my property management company put the work order in to Mr. Rooter. Jennifer was very prompt in getting me scheduled for the next day once they got approval to replace the water heater. Sam responded out the next morning to replace the water heater not knowing it had burst the night before as they had previously quoted replacing it due to leaking. There work replacing my sewer pipe was good but they didn't fulfill there promises till 8 complained several times I think the rectified my concerns I'm away I can't check there finishing work now but of not I will be back

My toilet overflowed in my Jack and Jill bathroom for the first time ever since I purchased my new home (nearly 8 years ago). Daryl Heath, the technician, listened to my concerns. He replaced the fixtures inside the tank, and cut away the excess outside metal piping from the toilet tank to the wall. Here are pictures of the beautiful work.

I can not say my Warranty company has been great, but what I can say Mr. Sam has been awesome. However, let me brag on this Queen Tricia for a minute or five. She has been professional, concerned, tentative and a pleasure to work with. Today I was a little annoyed by miscommunication due to my warranty, but she made sure I was taking care of. I am in the healthcare field and on a daily I get annoyed and frustrated, but talking to her made me realize I need and want to change my thought process to limited the mentioned. She is amazing all I can say and if you don't believe me just call her for an inquire. I bet you will smile , laugh and your day will get better like mine.....

Ricky the technician was absolutely on point in all areas. He explained everything he had to do to fix the problem. We like the fact that he was very honest and represented his company very well.

I found Mr. Rooter through Yelp after calling two other plumbing places to get a quote and time frame in which someone could come out.

I had a washer installed but the delivery guy couldn't get the hot water hose off the valve and advised I call a plumber to help so nothing gets damaged. The water in my house is apparently very hard and the hose was REALLY old (19ish years) so the hot water hose had fused to the valve.

Mr. Rooter was able to send a technician out a couple of hours after I called (all other places I called said maybe late Friday, but likely early Monday) which was great!

My technician's name is Zane Albrecht. He was incredibly personable, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional and polite.

If I have any plumbing issues or plumbing needs in the future, Mr Rooter will be the first company I call and I will request Zane Albrecht every time!

The plumbers are very helpful, respond quickly, and are very professional. We needed a leak repaired and 2 faucets replaced. Mr. Rooter plumbers came in a timely manner and did a good job. We needed the main water line from the road to the house replaced. They managed to do it in one day. We are super pleased with the quality of the work done. If we need a plumber in the future, we will call them.

Repair specialist showed up precisely at the appointed time and was ready to work. He looked over everything and made appropriate recommendations to correct the issues. Once we agreed on the repairs, he promptly got to work and had the issues resolved within a very reasonable time frame.

Aron texted and called ahead, showed up (after calling and letting me know) hours ahead of time I expected, and left my house as clean as he started, with plumbing problem resolved and tested. Best service I have had in years. This will be my first call in the future for all if my plumbing and drain problems.

The day after Christmas my drain backed up on the front yard. Mr. Rooter sent Aaron Gill out to unclog it. He was quick and professional and told me everything I needed to do to prevent more problems.

After my toilet overflowed the bathroom floor, other companies o found through a referral service didn’t respond for hours. I called Mr. Rooter from Googling plumbers. The receptionist was so nice, booked me same day and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely recommend and use them again.

We hired them to install a gas line. Jamal was very nice and did a great job and was half the price of another plumber.

Kevin, my assigned technician, was on time and most polite. He arrived wearing a mask (for Covid) which I appreciated as I was also wearing one too. He cleaned up after the install and was a good representative of the company.

Jeremy was very friendly. Replaced both toilets in my house and was done within 2 hours. Would recommend this service.

I'm so glad I decided to call Mr. Rooter to come check out my toilet flange I nearly tried to DIY. Dan worked with my schedule and had Terry out to my house as soon as I was free. He got to work immediately, and had what would have been a nightmare for me to fix as good as gold in just a couple of hours. This includes him making a trip to buy a new toilet for me. We had trouble with our sewer line and called Mr Rooter. Put simply, you get what you pay for. Bryce and his colleague dug up and replaced our sewer line in half a day, explained what they did, and left as small a footprint as possible. They were professionals; zero drama on the job site and it was completed to a high standard. Recommended.

Our outside water spicket broke at 0630am when turning it on. Unfortunately, this old house you have to turn off the water to the entire house. Leaving us without running water. Mr. Rooter was the first company that I called that was able to come over and check it out. We originally thought it was possibly a quick job, but man, were we wrong. Sam our technician was with us for probably over 5hrs trying to fix and replace the spicket and pipe. You could tell the previous person rig it. He didn’t rigged it but actually fixed it!! Which we appreciate!! He was very polite. Explained everything to us. And did an amazing job. I 100% recommend him. We had Kevin and Bryce out today to repair our toilet flange, install the toilet, and install our IKEA sink. IKEA sinks aren't the easiest to work with but the guys made some tweaks and got the job done. They were very professional and worked very hard. We will definitely have them out again should we need them. 100% recommended.

I called them for an estimate on replacing my entire sewer line. Caitlin was so easy to talk to when making the appointment. They came out the following day. He was so nice and professional. The gentleman explained everything they would do in a way I would understand.

Two days later I called them back to schedule the work. It was supposed to rain so they brought extra crew out. Boogie, the supervisor, is such a nice guy. I told him I've never had so many nice looking men on my property at one time. 😂

My kitchen sink had a crack in the drain ring that needed to be repaired. Junior was the professional that was sent out- he definitely is one of the politest and skilled plumbers I have met. He laid out a mat beside the sink to keep the tile clean, when he finished the job was perfectly done & there was no mess! He had created more space under my cabinets and had also closed the holes in my corian counter top where a detergent & soap dispenser had been.

I paid almost $400 for them to unclog/repair my toilet. As soon as they left my toilet was clogged again from simply flushing it with tissue. I’ve called about my complaint and no one has followed up. I had to get someone else to fix my toilet. Zero stars; would not recommend

Aron Gill from Mr. Rooter was awesome! I discovered an issue in the morning and he was there in the afternoon with a plan and an offer. No drama, solid work. Couldn't have been better.

My shower was causing all three toilets to bubble and overflow and flushing my toilets was causing a backup in my showers. I was at reenlistment on Facebook looking for a plumber when my friend recommended Mr. Rooter. I called and told them my problem and they had a tech out in least than three hours. He assessed the situation, provided us with three different quotes, and unclogged the drain within an hour of being there. I was very impressed with my service and already have a second job planned.

Customer Service was amazing. I spoke with Caitlyn several times regarding my concerns and she was understanding and did what she could to correct the situation. On May 25, 2021, the technician Jammal was the first technician, he damaged my faucet handle and took the defective part that was causing the faucet to continously run water when he left. He was rude and disrespect. David returned on June 11, 2021 but wa unable to repair the faucet. I asked about the missing part and he said that he didn’t know but would ask about it. On June 18, 2021, I emailed regarding the missing piece that Jammal took with him and I received an email saying that no one knew where it was. I wasn't able to attach the video of the leaky running before the damage but I attached before pictures the faucet before Jammal's visit and what it looks like now.

Jammal Lindsey was awesome! Very professional, very helpful, and willing to answer all my questions and was friendly. He waited to make sure the clog in my washing machine drain line was cleared.

I called Mr. Rooter on the advice of Mr. Handyman to have a couple of repairs done heading into closing for the sale of our home in Virginia Beach. Not sure what happened to my review narrative but I wanted to warn any future customers about this service provider. This job was overpriced and the plumber had to come back to fix the shower head. As to not being able to find the job in their database I would say your database is not accurate.

I was able to receive both a quote and service for relocating washing machine hookups the day after requested. This company was called in do to a repair from another contractor. Gordon was very experienced and efficient. Even in the construction zone he was careful not to add to the mess. We inquired about another issue which he was able to explain how to rectify the problem. We had him come back and complete that project as well. Our experience was great! We would work with this company again.

We had a blocked and broken sewer line as discovered by use of a camera which was fed down the drainage pipe. The clog was removed and then the next day Mr. Rooter replaced the line. Kevin, the plumber, and Paul, the excavation guy, were both very professional and did a great job of installing a new line and returning our landscaping to excellent condition considering the amount of digging that was involved. They were both courteous and respectful of our property. The online staff of Caitlin and Natalie were also very helpful in scheduling and answering questions and scheduling the work to be done promptly. The work was more expensive than expected but I'm probably not a great judge regarding what would be a reasonable cost for the labor and supplies involved. In summation, I was very well pleased by the repair effected by Mr. Rooter.

The plumber, Zane Albrecht was efficient in preparing 5 quotes for me for the work that I needed done. He also did a stellar job removing and reinstalling a toilet that had a small leak. He was very gracious as I watched over him and asked many questions. I had done plumbing in my teen years and had a good grasp on what needed to be done, but his experience, and practice, was clearly very good. As I learned more from his answers, I convinced myself that calling him was a much better decision than doing it myself.

After reaching out to several major plumbers in the area, Mr. Rooter was the quickest to respond to our emergency plumbing needs. We had to turn off the main water line the day prior. Kevin Brown came to my house early Saturday morning to perform water mitigation and fix a leak under my crawlspace as well as a sewer drain issue on the other side of the house. He was timely, responsive, and professional throughout the entire time he was here. He and his partner, Travis Greenberg were able to complete the mitigation and repair project within a couple hours. And then they both inspected our sewer drain and was able to locate the 2-inch leak under one of our cast iron pipes. Instead of replacing the entire 50 foot cast iron, he recommended tapping into another drain line that was recently installed with 10 foot pvc. This decision definitely saved us hundreds of dollars. This project took about an hour to complete. His team also eliminated the sewer odor with the treatment they provided.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and their team to resolve any ranch household with crawl space plumbing issues!

I had a mysterious leak on my living room floor that happened every time I took a shower in the upstairs Bathroom… The first plumber I had look at it said that he could not locate the problem charged me $75 and left telling me I should call a leak detector. When Sam Bailie from Mr. Rooter came, he quickly identified the problem, gave me options on how to proceed and explain in detail What he would be doing. He completed the work quickly and I was very happy with the whole process.

I was super impressed with Mr. Rooter and their phenomenal pro, Zane. We are getting ready to sell our house soon and needed to get a new water heater installed for the new owners. I originally wanted to get a tankless water heater, but Zane was a true professional and new the ins/outs of what that would require. He very quickly took a look at our current setup, determined the best option would be a larger tank water heater, and gave us a price that was very competitive to anyone else we talked to. He even worked up quotes for both tankless and customer-provided tankless. Needless to say, we took his advice and got the larger tank water heater...which is like night/day from our previous one (18 years old, never maintained by previous owners).

In today's world of wishy washy home repair contractors, this was a HUGE selling point to us for Zane and Mr. Rooter. I tried to remove an old kitchen faucet, to replace it with a newly purchased faucet. I got some of the work done on the old faucet, but got stuck on not being able to complete the job. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach once again, and Brian H. came out same day, not more than an hour after my call! Brian is the epitome of the terms professionalism and customer service. It didn't take him long to remove AND install the new faucet, but he also took the time to educate me on the tools necessary to perhaps complete the work on my own in the future. I remain impressed and gratified by the service that Mr. Rooter of Virginia Beach provides our community.

Aron Gill was the plumber that came out when I called. I had a broken drain pipe under the kitchen sink and also a small water leak with the faucet which was quite old. He was very professional and helped me understand all my options so I felt I could make the best decision for me. He did a great job and made sure all was ok before he left. Requested an apt late night for as soon as possible to cap a gas line. He rapidly found the blockage in the sewer line and leak in the waterline both fixed same day.. He got approval for the work and repaired the same day, work finished by 5.00 pm. The hot water tank at my residence completely went out on a Friday and I received prompt service the next day (Saturday). Although the unit could not be replaced until Monday, the repairman made preparations for the follow-on repairs by draining the remaining water from the tank and recording information from the old tank to obtain a new tank that will properly fit-up. Repairman arrived before 9:00 am Monday and was finished with the job in an hour. Great customer service and the repairman was very very professional. I truly recommend :-)

My sewer line backed up and they came out quickly, figured out the problem, and fixed it as quickly as possible with all the work that had to be done. They did their job quickly, but thoroughly, and made sure everything was fixed and running well. I got estimates from a couple companies, Mr. Rooter's was the best offer. They didn't just patch the problem like the other plumbing company was going to do, they took the time to make sure it was done right and fully replaced the piping that was bad. Even with fully replacing the pipes, their estimate was about the same price as the company who was only going to patch it. The technicians were great and answered all my questions and concerns, fully explaining everything. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

We noticed an accumulation of water near our entrance sidewalk. After I turned off the sprinkler system valve, the leak continued and was between the water meter and the house. I have the Home Serve repair service offered by Dominion Energy for such issues. HS contacted Mr.Rooter Plumbing, and they sent Plumber Jeremy Shacklette to check it out the next day. He determined it was likely a water service line leak and had American Leak Detection determine the exact location. Jeremy then thoroughly explained our repair options, after discussing them with Caitlin at Mr. Rooter, who in turn was familiar with HomeServe coverage. Jeremy's experience and cogent recommendations resulted in our decision to opt for a replacement line vs a section repair, since the old line was brittle CPVC installed in 2003. I am SO GLAD he did so, since a second leak/break was later found.
Kevin was the plumber assigned the replacement job (along with trainee Matthew), which involved replacing the old 3/4 CPVC with newer PEX 1 line to meet current code. Mr. Rooter plumbing was able to pull a new line instead of a full excavation job. This meant running a steel cable through the old pipe, then pulling the new line through, using a wedge device (pic). Bottom line, it did not damage the lawn at all.
I could not be more pleased with the work done by Jeremy, Kevin, and the rest of Mr. Rooter Plumbing, including Caitlin at the main office, who was our advocate with HomeServe to get us maximum coverage. They were prompt, professional, and took time to explain what was being done. I will most definitely contact them FIRST the next time I need a plumber!!!

I originally called to get a idea of why my kitchen ceiling was leaking. Boy did they do that and more. Sam and Marcus showed up, found and fixed the leak in no time. I called Mr. Rooter for repair of a leaking Quest water pipe connection. Sam Bailie was assigned the project & arrived within the designated time scheduled. He listened to my update regarding the leak (which was an additional leak I found after previous contractors had repaired a different section of the water line). My plumbing issues started when I was notified by the city that I had a leak. Called my insurance company and Mr. Rooter came out, identified the problem and fixed it (water line leak) in just a few hours.
A few months later, I started having drainage problems. Unfortunately, I chose a different company this time since this issue would be an out of pocket cost and not covered by insurance. They identified the problem and attempted to fix it, but FAILED miserably. I ended up disputing the charge with them after they broke several things in my home and the overall work done by the plumbers and technicians was incomplete! A four day job turned into a little over 2 weeks from start to finish for them to complete, but the job was done....or so I thought. I STILL continued to have drainage problems even after calling them back out to my home several times.
After the 4th call, I decided to call Mr. Rooter for a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. They identified the issue that the first company misdiagnosed. The first company was close, but it turned out to be way more extensive.
Adem, was very helpful explaining everything (old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced). He definitely had alot of patience with me, because I know I asked the same questions about 50 times, but he answered them the same way every time and didn't seem to mind. Once I understood everything that needed to be done, I signed the contract to get the work done. The team (Sam and Travis) they sent for the job was very polite and professional the entire time they were in my home and didn't mind answering any of my questions. They were in and out in the time they said they would be and did a good job cleaning up after themselves once they finished. All drainage issues were resolved! THEN, this week I noticed my yard was extremely soggy, so I called Adem back out to take a look at my concerns. They scheduled a leak detection, which to my surprise, they ended up footing the bill for! Adem also let me know if the issue was something they did, they would take full responsibility. Turns out, I have another leak under the concrete they had already removed and replaced and Mr. Rooter is sticking to their word and addressing the issue. Unfortunately, they'll have to dig up the concrete slab they recently poured, but at least it's going to be fixed. This entire process has been a little uncomfortable for my family, but we survived the inconvenience. I'm just grateful for an honest company that came out and did what they said they would do and not have me wasting my time and money.
I have been recommending Mr. Rooter to everyone! I'm definitely pleased with them, starting with the customer service rep (Toni was very responsive to all my calls and working with me on schedule availability) to the Technicians. Mr. Rooter came out to snake one of our drains and found a separated pipe under our house. Once we were ready for the repair they were here withing 4 days to start work. They completed a major repair and rerouted one of our main lines within 2 days. They were very professional and their customer service was amazing. Were now up and running again and can sleep good tonight knowing that it was done right. Highly recommend Mr rooter for any plumbing needs you might have!

Excellent service! They are available 24/7. We have had to use them several times due to the fact that we own a turn of the century home. They came out right away and fixed our problems. Some of our problems have been extensive and some as simple as blowing out sewer pipes. Jennifer, in the office, is knowledgeable and efficient. She will not leave you hanging. The professionalism and care our tech, Sam Bailie exhibited when he came to our home last week was extraordinary. Unfortunately, our home appliance company informed us that we must use their contractor to replace our water heater. I would have loved to reward Mr. Rooter with the project, but our insurance company insisted they should simply replace our unit under terms of our insurance. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter is the need ever arises again.

The technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job repairing a sewer line that has tree root. I was a little nervous about the plan of digging up my manicured lawn to repair the sewer line. I was pleasantly on how well they put back the lawn. From afar, I was hard pressed to tell where the dug up the grass. Truly an outstanding professional job. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing repairs...very impressed with their workmanship.

I was amazed at the responsiveness and the willingness to answer my questions about the repair. I knew the cost up front and it was more than fair.

DAY ONE: I made an appointment with a technician to receive a quote. The representative arrives, I explain what I need done and he says the job is going to be $320 with parts and labor. Since I needed the job done asap I did not have time to shop around. I also needed the job done before 8am because I need to open my business by then so I was charged extra for coming in before operating hours. OK, so I make an appointment for the next day at 7AM.

DAY TWO: Technician does not arrive and I receive a call from the owner of the company around 730AM saying that unfortunately he's not going to make it due to a family emergency. He offers me a $50 discount for the inconvenience and promises me he will have another technician at 7AM sharp. I say OK.

DAY THREE: I arrive at 7AM sharp and the technician DOES NOT SHOW UP! AGAIN! I try to call the owner but he does not answer my phone calls. I receive a phone call from the technician at 750AM that hes on his way...I tell him its too late because I need to open my business at 8AM and I paid extra to get the job done BEFORE then. He explains that he was just informed about the job this morning!

He apologizes and would like the opportunity to come in anyways to take a look at the job to see if he can come up with a solution without turning off my gas. The other technician told him it would be a quick and EASY job. I say OK.

He looks at what I need done and quotes me at $376 with the discount!
I asked WHY are you quoting me a higher price than I originally was!? He said the first technician was wrong and the job I actually need cost more. HOW CAN THE FIRST TECHNICIAN BE WRONG!? He explains the first technician isn't as experienced as he is! SERIOUSLY!?

He said I need the adapter from a specific hose and the only way to get that piece is to purchase the entire hose which retails at $245. Which I KNOW that isn't the price he pays for it, and now instead of helping us out for all the inconvenience hes trying to make more money off me by selling me parts I DONT need!

Now that I knew what I needed to get the job done I went online and bought the adapter myself. PAID $33.45!!!

On day came downstairs and saw a water stain on the ceiling of my living room which is below my bathroom. I assessed that I had a cracked or busted pipe. I immediately went online to find a plumber. Mr Rooter Plumbing came up and so I contacted them however, they were not open but a representative called as soon as were. I explained my issues and they immediately worked with me on the service charge and a plumber was out on time and was very professional. Turned out that the water stain was not due to a busted pipe. I really appreciate that he did not try to up sale me on anything that I did not need. I highly recommend them.

I needed the main drain exiting my house unclogged. Mr. Plumber technicians presented me an invoice to unclog the drain and make a diagnosis using a camera. In the end they unclogged the drain but were unable to use the camera. However they insisted on charging for both services. After several phone conversations and emails, Mr. Plumber agreed to offer a minor discount for the failed video attempt. However my Military Discount was suddenly non applicable. Apparently Mr. Plumber finds my years of service in the Navy to be irrelevant!

Since they were unable to locate the drain with certainty, Mr. Plumber's technician suggested my front yard be indiscriminately dug up. Another company, successfully preformed a video diagnosis and accurately located the main sewer line prior to digging! What a concept!

This is the third time I have hired Mr. Rooter. Workers are always professional, do quality work and are knowledgeable. They are a little more money but Definitely worth it.

I had a bad leak in my bathroom faucet. Joe came and replaced the faucet and connections under the sink. He worked very fast and didn't leave a mess. It works wonderful now.

We had a drain pipe issue, and as soon as I spoke with Brian at Mr. Rooter I got a great feeling about the company. He scheduled Adam to come and do the estimate and said this type of issue was his specialty. When Adam came to check everything out, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the issue. He explained what they were going to need to do, and they were back first thing the next morning to get started. Adam and his crew worked tirelessly to get everything fixed and by far exceeded my expectations with the repairs. He was up front through the whole thing about what they were doing, and was very professional from start to finish.
