I contacted Bizzy Bee about a problem with my tankless hot water heater. They quickly diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer and ensured that the needed parts were covered by the warranty and made the repairs for a price considerably less than the price quoted by another plumber. They were thorough, polite and followed up to make sure that the unit was operating correctly. They could not have been better to work with. I will definitely use them again.

The Bizzy Bee team installed a new kitchen sink after assessing our (very) old one. New one works like a charm and they cleaned up after themselves nicely!

We had a drain problem at our house... spent $350 with ARS, a full day with the city, and then Rob comes out at 7PM just to see if he can help and within an hour has everything fixed for under $175. I had researched Bizzybee in the past and found their pricing to be reasonable but had never used them until I was in a bind earlier this week when my pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Bizzy Bee fit me into the schedule on the morning I called even though I'm a new customer! The technician was courteous, did a great job discussing the issues with me, and solved the problem in a professional, cost effective manner. These guys run a very professional operation.

Ben is the man! prices were fair and Ben was super polite and explain everything he was doing and prices before he did anything, all around good experience with this business!

We had lost a piece of jewelry down our shower drain and Travis was able to come out quickly and attempt to retrieve it for us. He spent a good amount of time and effort to try and get it but no luck. We still appreciated his attempts and the quick response that we got on a Sunday...will use them again if we have any other plumbing issues!

Bizzy Bee Plumbing is the only plumber I call. Their employees are skilled, show up on time and answered all our questions. The tech kept me informed as the job progressed and their prices are very affordable! They even cleaned up and my house looked like they were never there!
