Reached out as we had issues with our shower and toilet clogged. Taylor got back to us immediately and helped us out with suggestions to unclog, as they weren’t available on Sunday when we reached out but said would come if that didn’t do the trick the next morning. The suggestions worked and highly recommend / will use if have draining issues in future that warrants service as he was professional, helpful, and was recommended on a community group as a local and family-owned business. Had hard water that was leaving spots everywhere. It was so bad around faucets, shower, water dispenser in the refrigerator and coffee machine, I had to use a razor to help clean. Called these guys and they installed our water softener, total game changer. The water softener has done wonders for skin, hair, and probably saved my appliances. Great work, professional and great price. Would definitely refer and use again ourselves.

When I initially contacted this company, it was after hours and just as advertised..they answered my call. I explained that my water heater had not been working for some days, while waiting for my less concerned warranty coverage to respond about my replacement. Taylor called me back instantly. He was honest and confirmed some doubts I had about a previous diagnosis. After contacting them over the weekend with questions, they responded without me ever feeling pressured. After being given a reasonable HONEST quote for a new replacement, Taylor arrived during the time frame that I was available to install my new water heater. He was able to installed it sufficiently & quickly. (He even noticed a wasp nest in my garage and got rid of it..wheww) Thank goodness that there are still honest reputable companies like Da Drain Fellas.
