Pipes were frozen. Dean took care of them, replaced a valve the was not insulater, wrapped my pipe, and even shoveled my walk. He was great! He even made friends with my pups. Awesome experience.

The fix to my problem was complete and efficent. Going from a saddle valve to a compression, turn supply stop not only fixed my problem but will allow me to turn the water supply to my refrigerator off quickly if the need to do so arrises. I think the fix looks more professional than the saddle valve.

Last evening we had a sewer backup at my Dad's. Dispatcher called and said they didn't have anyone available. I explained what was happening and she said...let me try one more of my guys. Well, Jeremy came out after he was already off work for the day and was able to help us out. When he arrived, he identified what needed done, gave us a quote and he was able to restore our plumbing in no time! I gave only 4 stars, because last visit was not great. It was a couple of months ago, which is why I called them. Paid too much for the service that was done. This time, I had Jeremy, who was great. The greatest service. Fast, clean and very good at his job!

We discovered our sewer was backing up out of the clean out. Wife was in a panic, dread was setting in, and our day seemed ruined. I called Reddit Root'r first even though I was referred to some other plumbing companies. The lady told me they had a technician available. She had him call me and he said he could get here in 30 minutes. His name was Chris. Very pleasant and professional. He went right to work and didn't mind us observing him using his machine to clear our sewer. We had questions and he was happy to explain things to us about sewer clogs. It was pretty hot, no breeze, and we offered him a cold drink. He was gracious for the soft drink. He was able to unclog our sewer much to our relief. So much relief and so happy for the quick response and service. Day was not ruined after all. I give Chris 6 stars out of 5. I also said to Chris....thank you for our service, we are both veterans. I have no doubt who I'll call for plumbing issues in the future.

The technician (Frank Demara) replaced some old lead pipes linked to our washing machine with new PVC piping. He had to cut through some drywall to do this job. He was very professional throughout the process. My wife and I appreciated how he totally cleaned up the work areas after he was done.

Dennis came to the house to inspect and clean the sewer line (if needed). He let me know his findings and kept me in the loop about the whole process. We couldn't have been happier with the service!

Gave 4 Starts because the initial technician came out on the weekend and seemed a little frustrated. The problem returned this morning. This time Zack G came out and took care of the problem. He called and explained everything. Was informative and I felt much better about the job.

They show up promptly and do a decent job. Prices are kinda high, with no discounts for Seniors or Veterans.

David was fantastic. Provided great, easy to understand explanation, of the problem with my hot water heater and the options for fixing the same. This company is fantastic, and David exemplifies why it’s so great.

Dennis was our technician and worked for 2.5 hours to unclog our sewer line. He did an amazing job and was very pleasant to deal with. He also gave us a great rate! Will always use them and recommend to everyone.

I called around 8:30am and able to get timely appointment. They called when on the way and arrived as promised. Once here they were professional and got right down to business and finished in about 30 minutes.

Kudis to David Gutierrez for coming out on a weekend to get a new washer and dryer up and working with new shutoff valves on each line!! Couldn't turn the water back on without the washer lines leaking so we were looking at having to wait till Monday to get somebody out. It was worth the price!!

David Gutierrez, was very nice. He removed a gas line for me. He explained every thing he was doing .He also arrived early to the house then what I was told and that was great. I have used Reddi for a long time they are always super nice people and is willing to help with any other problem that might need to be done.

The estimate was a bit out of our budget so we decided to hold off, but I really appreciate not having to argue with high-pressure sales tactics. Jesse Hilyard did a great job! Sewer access is in the basement - had to haul his machine down and back up. Cleared sewer blockage and then cleared kitchen sink blockage. Applied chemical treatment.

The city cleaned their sewer lines, and possibly blew something back in our lines. All our waste water was coming out of our outside stairwell drain. I was able to schedule the appointment via email and they able to come out the next day to fix the problem. The fact that there was no additional charge for coming out on a Sunday was great. Zach G was very friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. He did a good job cleaning up after himself as opposed to some other repair people. I would definitely use them again.

My toilet was leaking, and I called Reddi. David Gutierrez came to repair it several hours after I called. At first, it appeared that the flapper needed to be replaced. However, it still leaked after it was replaced. After David placed dye in the toilet to determine the source of the leak, we discussed the issue fully, and I decided to replace the toilet, since it was 13 years old. David and Aaron did an excellent job replacing the toilet in a very prompt, professional manner, and left my bathroom in very clean condition. David was very knowledgeable and friendly, and fully answered all my questions. He was very trustworthy, and was an excellent representative of Reddi! I submitted an online request for garbage disposal repair - someone was out the next day after coordinating a time over email. I think his name was Zach, but he was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable and cleared the blockage at no cost. In and out in less than 10 minutes! Give that guy a raise!

Excellent experience with Reddi. I had a drain backup in my home and needed to get it addressed as soon as possible. I called Reddi and they immediately set me up with an appointment window of 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. the same day. I received a call from Luke around 3:30 p.m. who advised he could be at my home early if that was OK. He quickly resolved the issue within about 30 minutes. Great job, Luke!

Our water heater needed to be replaced and gave me an appropriate quote which included his service and time. My water heater needed to be replaced. Devin Self, the repairman was very careful,polite and efficient! Excellent results.He also helped me with my garbage disposal. He is the reason I now use only Reddi for my plumbing needs.

David Gutierrez was the plumber that replaced my water heater. He did excellent work, explained my options well, arrived on time and communicated well. This was on a Saturday. Reddi doesn't charge extra for weekends but their service was much more expensive than other plumbing companies I've used in the Wichita area.

Our Technician Ryan was very respectful of our property and very quickly made us feel at ease with his professionalism and knowledge of the field. He very quickly pointed out what needed to be done and saved us from any future home disasters by pinpointing another issue that we weren’t even aware of. We will happily recommend Ryan and Reddi.

Zack was great! What I thought was a clogged sewer turned out to be the City sewer line and Zack diagnosed the issue. He then helped me notify some of the neighbors who might be affected. Not totally crazy about paying labor on something that was a City issue, but grateful that the real issue was found. Did I say Zack was great!?

I continue to be impressed with the services Reddi offers. I had a second floor toilet leaking which damaged our ceilings below. I called Reddi and had a licensed plumber, Ryan Wise, out assessing the problem in about an hour. Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained three possible scenarios regarding a fix which included prices. He found the problem quickly and went out of his way to help save me a lot of money. I sure appreciate all his extra effort and professionalism. Within a couple of hours from my initial call I now have our toilet working again and I feel confident the repair will last for many years. Keith, he's older... maybe in his 60s. He's a bit slower but his work quality is very good. We had a leak and clogged drain. He repaired the leak and fixed the broken pipe. He was polite and funny. My kids liked him. He did a good job.

Zach Townsend was awesome. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going on even though I didn’t understand a lot of it. He went above and beyond, which is something you don’t see much of anymore. I was really impressed!

Devin, David and Isaac (a newer employee) are amazing! Their quality of work was beyond measure and even found small signs of a bigger risk at hand and brought light to it to help create a game plan to fix before the next big rain. There was also a faucet issue I had and they went the extra mile to fix it and it wasn’t in their work order. If you book I’d suggest request them especially if you need plumbing rerouted. They are quick, clean, extremely helpful, and will always have you in their best interest!

I needed a shower pipe repaired the same day it started leaking. Reddi was the only company that would schedule me for the same day and Frank, my serviceman, was 2 hours earlier than estimated. He was in and out in what seemed like less than an hour. Very professional and courteous.

Adam was able to quickly assess and take care of getting the kitchen sink unclogged. Since he had to disconnect some of the pipes, he was very careful to assure there was no leaking after the pipes were reconnected before he left. Adam had a great personality and easy to talk to.

I’d twisted off the copper pipe feeding the shower diverter. Keith got it repaired with a new diverter installed in a couple hours on Sunday.
