Way way way expensive and lousy job. Got all my circuit breakers replaced with brand new switches. Couple of them got broke again in less than year, So I again called Radiant electric, they came and replaced switch again with hefty charge. This again start sparking and tripping. Finally I called licensed electrician and got the panel replaced and now things are normal. The new contractor told me that the price I paid for switch replacement with Radiant is way way higher.

There is no work guarantee at Radiant electric and also looks like not very expert in fault analysis. The problem with my panel was bus bar got corroded and aged out confirmed by several licensed electricians which this company failed to conclude even after several visits.

We had an issue with our garbage disposal and new dishwasher not working all of a sudden. One day the disposal just wouldn’t come on and we thought we just had to unplug it. Still didn’t work. Then we discovered the dishwasher not working and thought that the plug in for them. We saw a lot of commercials for WireNut on tv so decided to give them a call.Glad that we did!Come to find out that our electrical panel for everything is past expired (Brian recommended that these boxes be changed/upgraded after 20 years!) That’s what shorted out everything. Brian also changed the plug ins for the disposal and dishwasher for easier access!!! I am so glad that he went and checked the electrical panel!!!

Could not shut water off in bath tub. Called at 7:30 am and plumber arrived by 9am. Had the problem fixed in 1/2 hour. Thanks Arico

Fixed a tricky issue!

Brandon and Joseph went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the placement and function if my new HVAC vents. They even did me an extra favor unrelated to the job at hand. I remain a happy long-term Isley's customer.

Prompt communication to schedule service, and explanation of what the service would consist of. On time, called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. Polite, respectful and professional at all times. Kept me well informed every step of the process, and gave me great maintenance recommendations with absolutely no up selling pressure to perform extra cleaning or repairs, just straightforward explanation with pictures of what my furnace looked like and needed, well appreciated. Highly recommend for all services needed.

The guys from here were replacing a furnace at my neighbors and they removed a cement square I had marking my water line. I asked them why they did that and they told me I was rude for getting mad at them. That square was put there because my water line is about a foot down and hard to locate. That is the second square I have had removed by someone.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
